I suddenly felt like trying the game again but after I downloaded it I dont understand anything about how to get back into my acc. Its on the same device as I used to play on if that helps

hi! i had my facebook account binded to the game. i logged into my acc just fine like a month ago and uninstalled the game but now when i login to facebook and the right server, it starts me into the tutorial. i dont have my uid but i have a picture of my lvl and name courtesy of someone from my friend list. is it possible to recover my acc from it? my acc is in sandy server btw
@minor sun If you're absolutely sure that you've tried every server and possible bind you may have, send a ticket to CS with your account details, and say that you don't know your UID.

Unless you're willing to change that account's name as well (assuming it is yours), I don't believe there's any way to overwrite it unfortunately

@willow cedar It is. It's a known bug where your fleet tech points are shown higher than you actually have. There's no known permanent fix yet, but a restart might temporarily make it go away

Hi. I just applied a recent update to my Android 10 and now I can't log in to the game. I am stuck at this loading screen. I have tried force stopping, and restarting my phone but those didn't work.

So i bought a Trade license a few days ago and i havent been collecting them and i went to go check my mail their all gone.

try scrolling all the way to the bottom of your mail and then back up (if you have no mail at all, try scrolling regardless)

I'm overly cautious. The subject of the email is "Gale". Is this person the Gale from Azur Lane Customer Support here on discord? If so, is it allowed to write them a DM, bc I think I could resolve my problem faster that way. Can't seem to find any rules regarding this, so I wanna make sure and ask before.

Was wondering whether is it possible to disconnect apple account from one Azur Lane account so I could connect it to my main account.
What happened was that I thought logging through the button on the main screen (the one after the first loading screen after opening up Azur Lane) connects my main account to that apple id (bcz my main was logged in). I realised that it created a new account instead, and that I was supposed to go into the game and log in through ‘account’ in ‘settings.’
Tried logging in, but it says that the id is already bound to another account.

I mean updatings worth a shot, and @frail gulch in my case it stopped working right after I downloaded the newest update but worked an hour prior so I don’t think the prescience of the update is the issue just the update itself but I could be wrong

It's just an issue w/ the iOS update for only certain iOS devices (such as my iPad still works fine). Staff are aware of it though

@leaden oracle I couldn’t either (same issue as in your videos) and updating my iOS was the solution that we came to and it worked for me. it seems like my device isn’t one of the ones having the more severe issue. If your iOS is the most recent version (not just 13 but 13.5.1 for phones idk if it’s different for different devices) I don’t have any solution for you, if not, try updating and see if that helps.

None that's come to light. It's just a simple case of the game showing you the incorrect value compared to what your account actually has server side.

You shouldn't have enough in the first place. That's why you're getting the error

Using Bluestacks with Azur Lane and my facebook log-in worked. It even transferred over Gems I purchased through iOs.
So that's a temporary option for anyone with a pc.
Using IOS. Today opening my Azur Lane app is impossible. whenever i try to open the app it kicks me out immeditatly (as in does not even get me into a loading screen). tried uninstalling and downloading the game but the same problem occurs.

@steel kettle SE is an iphone6 variant iirc, which may be your issue as the 6 isn’t supported any more

just about all devices will heat up like an oven if you run 60fps
run 30fps if its causing too much issue

unfortunately I cant say on phones but anything that is new such as within 2 years should be fine, but just about every single phone is going to heat up with 60fps
and it can be worse if your phonecase keeps the heat in

Iphone 6s and below and any iPads that are 6th generation or below are not supported anymore due to them not being able to update to iOS 13

For purposes of seeing what works and what doesn't, my 6s I mentioned earlier appears to be working now that I've updated the OS and deleted/reinstalled the app. Whatever that's worth.

How I deal with this STRESS for so many big events? in the recent months we have been receiving the events sincronized with the JP server (never more) and I cant stand against this STRESS caused by the continous big events in a short period of time.

Try restarting the application to see if that fixes it. If it doesn't, try a file repair from the settings menu in game
ye restarting fixed it, no idea how it happened tho, i just went into hard mode 8-2, and they appeared

- I want to buy the Trade License in the store, but I cannot as Google Play says that my Google Play balance cannot be used for the transaction. Is this a User side, Google side or AL side issue?
- I cannot update AL on my iPad as the App store says that "the developer has removed this version from the App store", any ways to fix that?
1.)That's more of a combination of user and Google. This means that your local currency isn't supported due to the game not being available in your country. So Google won't accept your local currency for the game
2.) Same as above, the game isn't available most likely. And since it's not available, it won't allow you to update it through the Play Store

After the small update today my AL app on iPhone 8 autocrashes after starting, has anyone else been getting this? Restarting the phone did not help

I downloaded the newest update in the game in IOS (Version 1.5.02) that supposedly fixed the "Help" function but it made Azur Lane crashed every time I open the game. I have already deleted the game & re-install it but it is still crashing.

unfortunately there is no fix for this crashing issue except updating and then reinstalling
technically true that battery drops buts that because its aging and not intentional battery sacrifice
if you have a laptop or computer, you can run azur lane on there if you really do not want to update

@sinful yoke It seems that when I bound the account, it put on the default server of Amagi. I noticed immediately, exited the app, opened it again, went on flexington, and the game started up the tutorial that I began in Amagi. I finished the tutorial, quit the game, rebound using twitter, selecting Lexington and it worked

Just saying idk how much correct this is but apparently ppl are having problems with the ios update on iPhone to 13.4 and 13.5 which can cause display problems if u want check more abt it just search on internet and update it if u feel it will be fine.

@sick wedge Gotcha. You could try clearing the game cache, downloading the Twitter app if you haven't already, and restarting your device to see if that solves it. If it doesn't though, you will most likely need to contact customer support to check on the Twitter bind on your account
