I will be doing that if tonight's patch doesn't fix a similar problem to that. I bought the lucky bag and have been having the constant crash reload bug. Did a reinstall and that didn't stop it. Have locked all my ships to be safe as well.

I have been trying to send a message on support on game for over 2 weeks since the pickup rate for victorious. I got every character. Multiple times. But not even once using over 100-200 cubes did I get victorious. Since then I've been trying to get victorious and I continue to not get her just the same repeats over and over. How do I get in contact with support for some kind of compensation cause it seems other players had the same problem.. and others had similar problem with other characters

You can check #trophy-room for posts, there's one from 5/21/2020 with victorious. Non rate up SSR's can be fairly difficult to pull, so it's not particularly surprising that you can go an extended period without getting a specific one. Your best bet is to just persevere or try to take advantage of wishing wells when they are applicable, but otherwise there is nothing that can be done here.

she's just been added, not rateup
Butt not getting her in 200 to 300 cubes
there are no guarantees to roll anything in the game, so even 1000 cubes may not get you a specific ship in the end.

The best bet is to wait for rateups/applicable wishing wells or to remain vigilant, if you keep using your daily roll on the light construction you should get her eventually

Have you tried relogging onto the google play account? Occasionally that will clear up discrepancies
Hmm. Is it the same on alt devices/emulators, or have you tried clearing cache while doing so (make sure to have your account bound)
Typically the issues with payment amount discrepancy are app store related, so I'm unsure of what steps you can take besides relogging/clearing cache on the app store app. It also may be an emulator quirk.

You want to restart on the same server that you already had progress on? You can try binding on the title screen with a fresh bind method, and it should get you a new bound account/progress, but if you want to use your old binds you would need to go back and unbind them manually.

Hello, I’ve been having this loading issue ever for the longest time ever. By going off the app, the loading symbol goes away, but if I left it there to load, it typically kicks me back to the login screen and says “server maintenance” 
dont spam click it and it should be fine

Hello, I've been receiving several notices of network errors when trying to login even with 4g+ data. It can be fixed by restarting the game but it's getting way too annoying if I have to do that every login. Can anyone help me look into it?

AL is playable even in 100KB/s as long as you have stable connection
That's weird, I'm able to load YouTube videos pretty fast with my 4g+
But when it comes to AL I have network error
It's the only game that's giving me this problem
if you're not sure about it, try to tether your internet to your PC Device and then try to run a ping test to make sure you don't have any internet high spike ms / request timed out
or just try to run a VPN and see if there's any difference

Hello Yostar #tech-support, I play on Sandy server. I've spent $200-300 trying to get Le Temeraire, I strongly don't believe she was added to light construction or the standatd base pool. In my quest to get her I got about 10 Sandy's, 7 Swiftsures, 5 Avroras, 3 Belfasts, 4 Sirius, 3 Little Bel, 3 Z18, and roughly 2-3 of many other Elites. Could you please run a test to see how many tries it takes you to get her?

You're not gonna get banned just because you play on 2 devices. Most of the time I've seen people play on 2 devices though, phone & emulators.
