It's a known fleet tech bug. The lower amount is the amount that you actually have, the game just thinks you have more.

Other than that, the actual support people here would likely be a better help, especially with that error code (Google returns nothing for me on the error)

when i play AL from iPhone the game seem to crash while in the event stage, as in fighting one of the enemies almost 6 times.

I would recommend iphone 8/7 or above, I imagine iphone 7 will not be able to support AL longterm but its a much better choice than iphone 6s and lower

Oh no, for that, all players will get the rewards once the numbers are reached, irrelevant of if they have their accounts bound.
Though, it doesn't hurt to bind your account anyway

Hello guys, did anyone had a situation like this. I was playing on auto and spaming my screen (the screen after won battle,stats,kill etc), for i second i didnt look and my game just randomly reloaded itself and i was thrown into the login screen (loading the game and after that main menu for choosing the sever). I dont know, did i mess up or that could be a random connection problem, after login again i had no problem lol (was afraid i bugged the game for some random advantage)
i went and check my archives and this happened. not sure about this but i think it's only happening to me rn and a restart does not solve this. any clue as to why this is happening? sorted to vichya dominion ships in this screenshot but there are a lot more

@brazen cipher Definitely seems like some simple connection issue. If you haven't tried already, I'd suggest trying to restart your device and network router. Or trying a different network connection. Just to see if any of that helps out
@carmine hedge I'd imagine it's an issue w/ either taxes or your currency not being supported if you downloaded the game from a third party provider

no. in the memento folder. for the bands rewards. i limitbroke a few ships to reach the requirements for bands rewards but i can't claim some of them.

Monarch not having voice lines is a known bug for iOS, and there's no fix.
Excuse me about the gotcha on this new event it seem that it hard for me to get the SR ship like jean batt and massachusetts instead I got le malin 3 times and alot of common and uncommon ships. It something wrong with the Rate up system or it just my bad luck...... 🤨

Taihou’s sprite being uncooperative is a known bug now that I’ve had a look, though it was fixed by a restart in that particular case. Don’t know about yours, however.

That's usually an error w/ the game connecting to the update server to verify your game version. If you haven't already, try restarting your device and network router. Or using a different network connection if possible. Just to see if any of those options work

Hey I was looking around for a help forum I could use for the game and I finally came across this. I was wondering if I could get any help in accessing my old account since I got enough storage for the game again? I recently redownloaded the game after playing for months and even linked my account to yoestar when I first started (I checked my email and found the old verification email and my old username is still being used) yet I can't find a way to log back into it. It is, yes. Gear loadouts are saved locally to your device (for some odd reason). They're not tied to your account

@broken sorrel Make sure you're logging into the correct server. Your account stays on the server that it was created on (such as Amagi, Washington, etc). If you're not too sure which one, just try logging into all of them

EX lines are just lines you unlock when you oath the ship. Only some ships get them

Hey guys I got a new phone and I tried to sign in via Facebook, which is what my account is bound to but it was acting as if I didn't even play. It's an issue where your tech points are shown higher than they actually are. A restart of the app should ideally fix it, though if it doesn't it usually just fixes itself after some times/random restarts

I keep encountering this error followed by the app locking up. Possible false positive? Last time it happened two days ago, I unbinded my account from twitter and yostar and rebinded under a new private email, so I doubt it is someone else logging in.
It allowed me to open development console while locked up, but would not let me close it.
App is fine after relaunch, but the error is a bit odd.

I've updated the game recently, however, it seems that the App won't load past the initial screen. The game always stops with a small white square in the top right corner, and crashes immediately after... I need some assistance with this.

Has anyone else Noticed that when you open the Manjuu Misadventures event page to get the SR Of your choice there's 8 Spots for tokens instead of 7?

i have reinstalled azure lane and after allowing the permission to access storage and the showing of the yostar logo it just showed me a black screen
Did you link the azur lane to SD card perhaps?
This also happened to me when i had corrupted files, but if you did reinstall game it is weird
I know my azur lane stopped working this way when i linked more than base file to SD card
I know that happens when you instal game without obb files
so when you download apk and install it instead of xapk
@vast quartz I saw that I had won in the crimson rerun event. It says that I had been contacted by email and items were sent in-game. I haven’t gotten either of those things. I am wondering if it takes time or what should I do.

yes, just rmb which server you're on and ensure your fb isn;t locked or anything
