Hm...if they have their game installed on an SD card, that could be the issue. The game won't run too well off of one. If they don't though, they could try using a different network connection or trying to clear the game cache to see if that helps.

Should just be either a social media or email. You can also check on your FB and Twitter app permissions settings to see if you see AL there. If you do, then that means that it should be bound to that account

Hey guys my game crashes Everytime I complete a stage collect certain rewards I can leave it on main menu and access different menus no problem but when I try to do events and stuff it sends me back to main menu Everytime or closes game not sure how to fix this trid reinstalling like 4times making new acc none worked even tried on new phone still happens

When I am attacking a fleet other than that moving from different tiles and all are really smooth

unfortunately I cant say then, we dont have any reports of lagging in battle except for people who have slower/older devices

your current phone uses 2gb of ram which is the bare minimum for azur lane, if anything is out of date, have low storage, or have too many processes open, crashing may be expected

@pine karma there have been no reports abt the notifications not working yet I will have to check if it works for me and i will tell u later
its a known issue with notifications that they tend to go and come back as they please after maintenances

it can also mean your connection is too slow/unstable to load the game up though most of the time it is broken files

I have a small problem in the new Gallery feature. Everything works perfectly fine except for one, only one, of the illustration not ever loading at all. That one illustation is the first, the Kaga one. After having downloaded it, tapping on it to see it only opens a white rectangle. Tapping again for fullscreen doesn't solve the issue.

it should be relatively fast after their initial response to your email assuming that its not the weekend and assuming that you reply as well

they tend to get to people's issues and prioritize responses
the only data that will be lost in a force bind process is the dummy account that is made for merging the binds
it can also be recovered, but most people dont want that account back

Looking at this from the Japanese AL Twitter, will it be that the iPhone 6 won’t be able to play this game anymore or the login function is available. you may be able to log in on an iphone 6, but the game will likely not work properly and there's nothing you can do to fix that sans upgrading your phone
It’s just that when I go to the App Store for the Japanese client, it says that it’s compatible with my iPhone but I’m not sure about it.
Or maybe it could just be that it does not support the Apple ID login function
people have been reporting issues daily since that went live in here, as it's the same on EN
so you may be able to play but it likely won't work properly. This is an Apple issue, not an AL issue

al may work on an iphone 6/6s/6+ but it will run horribly
they hardly have enough ram to run the game as is, they are on the bare minimum
I believe AL has moved past the support for trying to hold onto iphone 6 phones and do not mind making the game run poorly on it

Huh, my error fixed itself as quickly as it appeard and I can see my sub fleets and finished that 3rd Daily ticket. The error still shows up in the logs, but the game no longer freezes or resets.

there are some ships missing lines (for example saratoga's free skin didnt have the dock view line audio for a very long time) so i think its just a mistake on their part that langley is missing that

@steel flint have u tried repairing the files from the ingame settings and if u have done that already and if it still does not work try deleting the cache file manually but only do that if u have binded ur account to FB or Twitter or Yostar
To delete cache file go to internal storage --> android --> data --> and there will be a file called Yostarazurlane delete that
Then when u launch the game it will reinstall all the files and that might fix it

keeps saying network connection failed. recconect now? [network down] and then i press reconect and it changes to [host not found] and then i hit reconect again and it works again

Okay. If you did, you then need to select the correct server. Your account stays on the server that it was created on (such as Amagi, Lexington, etc). If you're not sure which one, just try logging into all of them

yeah i do have multiple twitters, but ive tried them both and they do the same thing
im logged in on my emulator and it shows the twitter account i have bound but when i attempt to log in, i still get the tutorial even with the correct twitter and server

The support website shows that misclick gem purchases can be refunded. Is this true and does it mean purchases of gem packs or purchases with gems (skins, dorm food, shop refresh)?
they have told us before that they cannot refund purchases such as accidentally buying skins, oil, dorm slots etc
I believe it means gem packs, but its a little vague

the event purchased items are delayed is a very rare occurrence, they will be instant 99.99% of the time

I'm having issues when trying to log-in to the game. Was playing normally today with no issues and decided to take a break. After 4 hours, I decided to play again. The game loaded normally up until the log-in screen (where Jean Bart is standing). The manjuu does that loading animation and the screen goes black. The game then restarts. Someone told me to try restarting phone my phone and turn off wifi, turning wifi only crashes the game after getting to the log-on screen.
My Amagi's affinity is stuck at 90 and nothing I do can fix it. She's my first secretary and I use her in battle and interact with the touch functions but nothing changes

is anyone already report ios 13.5 constantly close the game?
AL crashes throughout the day for me, usually when I’m opening the dorm or entering/exiting a battle. It’s been happening since I started the game over a month ago. Could this be caused by having an older phone?

I seem to be getting tech points for duplicate ships as when i retire them or use them as enhancment, my tech points go to where it is supposed to be

Why does the event quest say that someone is on a commission when clearly the selected boats are not? I even tried using the advice button too keep getting this error. Screen shots show the error and the rest show the commissions.

Is it reauired and the error message is actually invalidly stating the order or error (stating a further error befofe stating that a sub is needed)?

There's no auto log mode, but there's a realtime debug mode that you can manually open and get a screenshot/recording of

Not sure if I ought to be asking here or in bug reports - I just downloaded today, can't launch the game. Using Samsung S9+. It'll show the logos upon booting the game, and then takes me to a black screen. Only advice I've found suggested reinstalling, tried that, and nothing changed. Any ideas?
can you try using an alternate connection like wifi to data or vice versa?
Unfortunately all I can access is data currently - I'm at work till 10 EST, and the wifi here may as well be nonexistent, lol.

So my games been crashing randomly, either during a battle or while I’m feeding girls in the dorm. The game just suddenly closes and I’m just outside the app. This started happening ever since the iris event began.
Now that I'm home - can confirm that being on wifi instead of data didn't help my game start. @elder vapor I'm experiencing the same issue as your friend, can also confirm that clearing cache and data didn't help, even tried reinstalling a 3rd time.

when you open the game there are 3/4 tabs on the left side of the screen, press the one that you bound with and login to it
then make sure to change your server to the one you play on usually
if you need images for reference, check the pinned image abour binding and logging in and see step 4-5 only

So I didn't see another channel more appropriate but I didn't receive any compensation for the previous Duke of york banner rate up error, I went about 100 cubes in and she's the only rate up I didn't pull as well.
They already sent out the compensations for those who spent more than a certain amount of cubes in addition to a default compensation last week
