@little remnant logged in using my appleID, finished the tutorial, logged out and tried to log in using my appleID, got sent back to the account that just finished the tutorial. Logged out again. Tried to log-in using the yostar account, got sent to tutorial again.... 🙁

When should I be worried if I don't get a reply about the recovery of my old account onto the new bind? (my apologies if it comes off impatient asking)

I have a problem, after this new update I wanted to go on my account I have to accounts one in my old phone and one on my new phone. I wanted to transfer my progress from my old phone onto my new phone but I have to bind my account first so I went to do that on my old phone where I have all my highest progress and I log on but it takes me to a black screen with a continuous loading screen that’s been there for more than awhile now:( how do I fix?

@proven smelt the only way to fix that is reinstalling and well... it means you will lose access to it, so you're stuck

I still cannot reinstall Azur Lane on my computer since the update.I have been using Bluestacks without problems so far. The day of the update, I launched the game as usual which asked me to download from the store but the download could not go through. I decided to uninstall AL then reinstall it and again, impossible to download it (it starts then around 72%, or a little more, it stops).
I tried to restart my computer, uninstall / reinstall Bluestacks (even the version with the shortcut to the game), nothing helps, I have been blocked since last night (around 25:30). Does anyone have the same concerns?

Hey, i have a problem. Had to reinstall AL due to storage limitations. But now that i have it up and running again. It won't let me sync with my twitter on the main menu. I can authorize AL to access my twitter, but when I do that i just get this ''authorization failed'' message every time. Yes, i did bind my Twitter before the mandatory app update, and i also play it on Bluestacks and my progress is still there just fine also. But i can't synch it with my phone. Can anybody help me?

Uhm... this is not a critical problem but still I wonder why is that. I have two devices. One is a Samsung Galaxy A3 and the other one is a Samsung Galaxy J6, and so far I've installed Azur Lane on both devices. The game runs smoothly on both, but there is a little detail. The game on my A3 weighs only 147 MB, while on my J6 it goes up to 3.4 GB... Is there a explanation to why is this a thing?

thats a way gmail uses to seperate the same email, for example yoloaccel is the same as yoloaccel+1 or yoloaccel+2 in terms of how gmail looks at it

i need help, i have my Yostar account binded to my old Email that i no longer have access to, i'm am still able to connect due to Google plus remembering my old email and thereby giving me access on my PC thru Bluestacks, but unable to on my Cellphone, is there a way for me to change my Email bind? My iphone physically doesn't have the space to download this mandatory update despite AL being the only other thing on it right now besides the OS. Is this really how big the update is? If so, would it be beneficial to just completely reinstall the game, assuming doing so gets a version of it with this update already in place?

I actually merged my apple account and my lexington server kicked me off and changed the server to an Amagi server and i need to go back into my old one and i love this game but this is stressing me out

That happens when you try changing the server back to lexington? when merging apple account did you attempt to do so on the title screen @fluid magnet
In that case you may have made a bind to a blank account, did you bind the other account previously with any other method?

Make sure to change server to lexington/check all just in case
I'm not 100% on transferring the apple bind, but normally if you create a secondary bind you can unbind other binds, so you can do so on that other account if you want to get back that apple ID bind. If it doesn't work you can also contact customer support.
I got issue to log in. After update to android 10, i can't get in the game anymore. So i try with VPN, and i can login with VPN. What should i do for log in without VPN? Do I have to play with VPN from now? Thank you.
It can sometimes be temporary network issues, which also can be occasionally resolved by using alternate connections, restarting the router/device, and other connection troubleshooting besides vpn. Some people report that it's just logging in that requires vpn access.
Hello I'm a current player in AL but I accidentally uninstalled my account because I thought you can install it on another device then sign in to your Yostar account and still be able to use your old account apparantly I was wrong but now I lost my account is there any way to get my old account back ? @final pebble some users have reported that, but it may not apply to your issue. I'd see if you can see if any of the other connection troubleshooting can help if you don't want to use free vpn's or it doesn't work for just logging in.
Okay. So if you did have it bound to Yostar, just use the Yostar login on the title scree, input the same email you bound w/, generate a new code, input that new code, and then once you're logged in w/ Yostar, make sure you choose the correct server (such as Amagi, Washington, etc) as your account will stay on the server that it was created on. If you're not too sure which one it was on, try logging into all of them to check to see if any of them have your account

@median tide I found people who solved the problem by reinstalling the game (with the search bar with the keyword "spin cube"). Sorry, I'm not a technician. Continue your research and consider resintalling the game anyway (for my part I am stuck with the download via Google store which stops all the time). Good luck to you.

Not sure if it's been reported. But when I log on I get a noticed in the fleet tech that all 4 nations need an upgrade. When I know I dont have the points for it.
On way to clear it I found so far is to restart my phone. I stops this for a few hours

Reinstalling the game does seem to have got the update down as well, as its listed as being completed on the app store, but going into the game and it asks me to download a manual update, before taking me to the store which only gives me the option to open the game again...
What I did was keep some of the 'documents', and just uninstalled the game files. Should I try again and delete the stuff I didn't last time, or is there another step I should take now?

try logging into the twitter and double check all of the servers 
I checked right now and all the servers are new except for one where I followed the instructions where the last tech support told me to do so they can force bind.
if they had told you to make a new account for force binding, it would also mean twitter was never connected to your account 
keep in mind it takes them 0-5 business days to reply, they may be a little busy at the moment
