I was almost positive I was playing on Washington, but apparently, I was on Lexington.

Ender, I'd suggest trying every server.
That worked for me, and our problems showed up the exact same way(TW Authorization 100222 and the double TW login).
Does it still bring you back to your bound account despite the server?
no you must be on the right server as servers are unique with data

one bind covers all of the servers, but servers hold their own data 
Every other server brought me to the tutorial.
When I hit the right server, it brought me to my account.

I'm not sure what to do but I've removed her and added her back. Removed the skin (which brought her back) and put it back on and it just makes her disappear again. So here I am. What else can I do?
It's a known bug. Unfortunately there is no fix for it right now aside from waiting for the devs to fix it

I am having an issue about not receiving verification code email and I contacted CS about it. They asked me to provide some information including UID but since I didnt have any picture of my profile ingame I couldnt provide them with that info but did all other info asked. It's been 3+ hours since last email. Should I send another email asking if there is anything that can be done?

Hello. I'm having some trouble accessing my account in phone via TW or FB. TW is giving me this "TW Failed 100222" while FB is saying "Logging Successful" but it defaults to Amagi Server while im on Avrora.

@carmine hedge as long as you provide the account information of the account you need help with, they will help you get that one back, so there should be no issue with playing on a new account in the meantime

that error means some files were corrupted and/or missing, so generally a reinstall or file repair is needed

the forever loading screen you have there is corrupted files or a poor internet connection, clearing cache sometimes helps it why is why I suggested it @lavish pulsar

Hello, I want to present an error that occurred to me with the Skin taihou "Forbidden Fruit" L2D, and that is that when I bought it and downloaded it, its skin appeared invisible, I tried to go to the settings and repair L2D and it did not work, restart the game and I started it again and it didn't work, I even installed and uninstalled the game and it still didn't work. You will probably need to get another bind method in order to login just in case
As for removing the deactivated FB, you will either need to reactivate by FB I think or contact customer support to remove it

Had to reinstall the app, my account is binded to yostar on Lexington server, but its sending me back to tutorial. I submitted email request. (with both old account, and tutorial account name. no UID for old account) any ideas how long it will take?

you may want to try restarting your device and try to logging in multiple times as it may be delayed for unknown reasons

you need to download to the phone memory first
the additional files can be only downloaded in your phone memory

i cant enter the whole game
the game says "login successful" and throws me into the tutorial

but when I get to step 4
instead of showing me the Facebook interface to login, it just tells me "login successful!" and then sends me to the tutorial :I

well the update nuked support for iphone 6... cos of apple policies
iphone 6 and 6s has no longer been supported as of this patch, older devices before it have likely been cut as well

I figured it out. I bound the account to a new Facebook... I then was able to unbind the Apple ID. I now have my main game bound to Apple ID. Thank goodness.

@candid obsidian In order to log out of the account you have to finish the tutorial. Afterwards go to the menu and find log out.
