@zinc dove Unfortunately I'm not too sure of what you're meaning. The battle screen should ideally be automatically at a set distance. The only thing I can think of is screen size/resolution but I'm not too sure personally

if that doesnt help you get back to the login screen, unfortunately you will have to reinstall the game

if you transfer ALL the info including the obb there
if you just transfer the app as you would via settings

I play the game in my spare time. im not going out of my way to play it
I could use some advice, having some trouble I can't get into my home server. Every time I try the game lets me log in then goes black, music keeps playing but nothing happens.

There isn't a way, sorry to say. To have CN text, you will need to play the CN client of the game and not the EN version

No, not exactly. As long as you have enough information about your account to find it (such as in game name, server, commander lvl, etc for example), support can help recover it if need be

No, you're able to log into the game on multiple devices. You just won't be able to play on multiple ones all at once

There are times, yeah. From an install that goes faulty, to just a bug that requires a reinstall (though those are extremely rare)

Yes. As the title screen does not bind your account at all. It tries logging into a bound account. But if your account wasn't bound in the first place, you're effectively logging out of it. And in which case, you'll need to recover the account
How do I do that I actually had a level 77 and now it’s giving me back to the begging where it al started cause I tried to bind my account to Twitter and I was on the Washington server but now it’s just getting me me back to the beginning

B/c it was bound incorrectly. You tried to bind on the title screen, you don't bind there. To bind your account, you need to bind it in settings menu in game while you're logged into that account. For you to recover your account though, you will need to contact customer support. Their contact options are in the bot message a few messages above

What’s a uid thing for contact support
That's User ID. It's a long string of numbers that would be found in your profile in game. If you don't have it, you can just put N/A for not available

If you lost your account, just give them your username and Server and they will try and recover it, or let you know how you bound your account if you did bind it in-game
Once you fill out that form you'll get an auto-reply showing you filled it out and completed it

Yeah, downloaded AL on my phone and it opened up a new acct instead of linking to my acct on my tablet. Tried to link the new accident acct with fb to get the old one open, now fb is bound to the new acct i don’t want and it won’t unbind

For those of us who are having the Sandy Server freezing issue how can we confirm that our account is bound/bind to multiple options. For me trying to bind to say, yostar just starts a fresh account.
Binding is done in the settings screen of the account you are attempting to bind. If you hadn't done so in the past, and tried binding on the title screen, that will typically create a blank account bind.
You should attempt to contact customer support for account recovery in that case.

But when I login the game now I see it is binded to both accounts. I can’t unbind myself as the twitter account is dead. When I try to login using Facebook login using emulator it doesn’t work, it starts a new game.
Did you select the correct server when logging in to the emu? It defaults to Amagi

That message just means that that Twitter account is already in use on another AL account. Perhaps you used it on an old AL account?

Well, in the past, I "accident" switch from my Facebook account to Twitter account in Azur Lane and accident create new account in it. But it was an old one, I'm left it behind for a long time. But now, when I relogin, it start from the tutorial again. That the problem. But the real problem here is I want to use my Twitter account for the new one. But I guess I can't anymore.
Gotcha. Yeah, you won't be able to use it as long as it's still on that old account. If you're able to find that old accounts information (such as in game name, server, commander lvl, etc), you might be able to contact customer support and let them know your situation and see if they manually remove that Twitter bind from the old account so that you can use it on the new account

Do they really help you with account finding or no cause I tried to contact them multiple times
it takes up to 5 days to get a response; spamming them with emails does nothing but add to the time it takes
additionally, multiple emails can actually create a backlog while they try to sort out what your issue is, so if you're actually only got one issue, it may take even longer than normal for an actual response.

its a safety precaution to not be able to remove your only bind manually
if you cant do either, customer support can remove it for you

its not a very widespread issue and only affects a few individuals
we have directed their attention to it but for the login crashing issue to be fixed, it will have to be fixed manually and individually, which will take a bit of time unfortunately

Hey does forgot your old uid but not the others like ign, commander level as well as server mean you lost your old account or just make it harder for people to find it

it can be anywhere between 0-5 business days, as long as you reply to their emails then it should be relatively quick

you should try logging into sandy after the forced update
its not meant to fix the issue but it could unintentionally fix your issue, I think it would be worth a shot @thin sail
The game helped me get through cancer this year so it's more important to me than maybe it should be so I'm probably just being overly stressed about it.

we had this same bug in the past and they patched it up for the individuals experiencing it

Is there a common solution to a black-screen after install? I'm trying to get AL on an old Tegra3-core Nexus 7 running Android 4.4.2 and after installing 3.1.15 it just stops at a black screen (nothing is downloading and pressing back causes the app to crash)
so I am looking to play the game on pc through nox, If I log into my account will I be able to still play the game on mobile? I am assuming I will be good to play both on pc and on mobile (so long as I dont do it at the same time) I'd like to also be able to play it on PC but I dont want to lose the ability to use my OG account on mobile. Am I just overthinking things?
You should be good to play on both, just make sure you do the bind and login properly.

im worried N wanna be 100% sure my account is binded, i did it thru the main menu rather than settings but in settings it says that yostar account is binded with my email. only did yostar N not FB or twitter. also i dont remember making an account either. is my shit secure?

You should bind in the settings, not the main menu.

Ok, then you may have bound previously to that bind method. Normally binding on the title screen will create a bind to a blank account if you haven't previously logged in during that session
You can confirm if the bind method works by trying to log in using that account on an alternate device

@cobalt snow I had a similar problem with that i bind my account on the tittle screen and went to a blank account now I have to wait until I can get it back

I originally had my twitter bound to this game to log on but that account has since been suspended. I bound my game to a yostar account, but i cannot disconnect my twitter as with the suspended account i cant do anything. Will i still be ok to log on through yostar after maintenance?
