I have a bit of an interesting question, and I think this is the best place for it? I'm not overly sure, but all the same, I'm currently renting the Tosa skin and want to actually buy it, but it's not even showing up in the shop. Could this be something that just has to do with the rental timer, or could it be some other issue?
Special notes: I rented it before, but it didn't show up in the shop then, and re-rented once it expired then, but have restarted Bluestacks in an attempt to see if that might help anything.

I can't access my account. It seems to have bound to a blank one? I checked that my server was correct, but every time I try to log in it puts me in the tutorial. I even tried completing the tutorial to unbind my facebook from the game, but gives error 100213

Seems like just an unstable connection to the game servers. I'd say try restarting your device and network router. If those don't worry, try a free VPN to see if it helps

If it was bound to Yostar, just log into Yostar w/ the same email you bound w/ on the title screen of the game (the options will be on the left hand side) and then be sure to choose the correct server as your account stays on the server that it was created on (such as Amagi, Washington, etc)

If they do think they bound it w/ Twitter, try logging in w/ Twitter on the title screen of the game (options on the left hand side) and then making sure they're on the correct server (the one they played on before). If that doesn't work though, have them contact customer support so that they can help recover the account
is there a list of recommended compatible versions for emulators btw? I feel like the game crashes for me a bit too often sometimes at random and sometimes when forcing it to render too much like rapid scrolling in the dock

Afaik, there's no lock function on it for invalid attempts. But if you do happen to forget it and not able to get it figured out and need to reset it, you'll need to contact customer support to get it fixed

Gotcha. So that title screen is only for logging into bound accounts. To actually bind your account, you need to do so from the settings menu in game. But no worries, your account is still recoverable. You will just need to contact customer support w/ your account information and let them know that you lost the account and they'll help you get it back

if you had it bound to FB, log into your FB account from the title screen of the game and then choose the server that you originally played on (such as Amagi, Sandy, etc) as your account stays on the server that it was created on
It sounds like the FB login didn't work. If I had to guess why, either it was cancelled out of or the incorrect credentials were used. But that's just a guess from me

you need at least 2 binds to unbind one account is why that error is present (you only have 1 bind on the account) @shut bane
alternatively you can contact customer support and they can remove the bind for you so that logging into said account wont happen when you try using that twitter

Currently unable to log in to Lexington server? Game loads fine, login fine, but once i select my server and try to access it, screen goes black and loops back to the logo/loading screen. Cant get in via emulator either, and have already unin/reinstalled the game. Also just tried to get into a different server just to see, and I was able to get into Amagi just fine, but not the server my account is on. Anyone able to possibly clarify? The fact that im only unable to get access to the server my account is on really worries me.

Boss fleet does not appear to spawn. However the ships will go around the cell which the boss fleet actually spawned but you can go to that particular cell anyway. Restarted game and boss fleet appeared where the ships were not pathfinding through.

Only advice I can give is probably to just avoid doing what you said causes the crashes until the issue is properly patched, unless you want to try a file repair. It won't fix the missing audio, but it could help with the crashing.

usually that error is a result of a poor/unstable internet connection, where a bump in the connection will end up creating 2 instances by accident from it being shaky
changing from wifi to data or vice versa can cause the error to appear as well

if you have it will create a new account with that email as its bind, so its likely you did and forgot, but regardless you should contact customer support to say your email is on another account

Hey I've been having issues with my game. I've been playing on my Chromebook since the first Divergent Chessboard event. But since my Chromebook updated back in mid-March my game has at worse been freezing and infinitely loading. And at the minimum texture errors followed by freezing or an infinite loading screen.
You'll need to do a file repair
The update likely corrupted some files
You can access the file repair button by going to the audio tab under the game settings

Data repair will go on and then freeze and Ive unistalled, reinstalled, shut down, restarted and even reverted the chromebook to factory settings

Hum, I asked about my problem in "gameplay-help", but I don't think that was the right place to ask, so... I'm stuck on an infinite loading screen loop since 23:58, this is happening on both my iPhone and Nox emulator, I already try to reset (kill the app) multiple time and it's still the same, I though that could have been a server down time but apparently it's working fine for other.
I already took screenshot of the log if they are needed.
Edit: I just reset the app again and it's working now... but I was stuck like that for alsmost 40 minutes, so could that have been just a big bug? Regardless, if you're interested to see the log anyway I can still send it.

Contact them via the helpshift website, but in the area that it asks for UID, put that you don't have the UID. They'll try to work with you if possible.

if its the only bind it cannot be removed by the user itself, it must be removed by customer support

is your internet connection slow or unstable?
There are occasional instances in which your connection may be fine but specifically to the game network has issues. If you have readily available alt connections or are willing to try using a free vpn I'd suggest seeing if those works, alternatively if you have your game bound you can try a reinstall/file repair

That's fine as well. Though quick check, have you accounted for taxes/app store pricing differences? sometimes the appstore will have different prices from the in game depending on region or charge taxes

I still have the anniversary cards as a recordation, tho.

Hello. I tried to acces my Azur lane account, but found out I could not due to my tiwtter account account being suspened. Which is stange considering I only made the account to Link Azur lane with it. I performed no actions on twitter other then that. Is appealing the only thing I can do or are there other options?
@cerulean widget you can either try appealing to get your Twitter account back or you can contact AL customer support and let them know that you're not able to use your Twitter account at all anymore and need help recovering your AL account
