when you start the game up you tap once, then it will show the server on the bottom
press that and choose washington
you will want to click this button after you tap once to get the login successful screen

binds are server wide, meaning all servers will have your bind on it as servers have unique data

and you did try to bind it in settings? it will only make a new account when binding in the title screen

well be sure to login with either facebook or yostar, then please send an email to customer support to ask them to unbind the twitter on the accidental account (or ask them to move the bind to your original account) so you can use it again

Alrighty. Just checked and yepp, it was bound properly to yostar. So on the title screen of the game, just log into Yostar (the options will be on the left hand side of the screen). You'll input the same email you bound w/, generate a new code, input that new code, and then you should get a message of "Login Successful". After that, you just need to make sure you're choosing the correct server. Your account will stay on the server that it was created on (such as Amagi, Washington, etc).

that error is an expired login session, so logging into your bind will boot the session back up so you can play as normal @floral heath

Pvp is having a weird issue for me. I was changing my main fleet. I took off Saratoga and tried to replace with Georgia. But it wouldn't work. It allowed me to swap, but when I took ship out of spot completely, it wouldn't let me out another in. Also in the main fleet selection, it was show both vanguard and main ships, when I clicked on select button, nothing would happen.
Now stuck with two ships in mainfleet
It's a known bug right now

It's been going on since the game launched
A lot of ships aren't released with voices
the global crisis isn't helping either
They don't always record voices when releasing ships 
New ships introduced with no voice is not uncommon

I was playing azur lane at emulator in backgrond like everyday and after playing several maps my game lost connection whats nothing new but when I clicked to reconnect it froze I tried to restart the game and each time it was black screen, after restarting emulator game is endless loading at "checking for updates" and once it gave error "hash l2d bla bla missing"
the only thing I can do is reinstall the game or sth easier to do?

They said last night they retrieved my account but they said i just need to log in to my FB account. The problem is that FB account got disabled permanently by Facebook.

@zenith forge my RAM is fine though, it's the CPU usage that jumps like crazy, but I changed the settings to medium (2 cores, 3gb mem) and it helped a bit
you should try to use half of your RAM
like using 4GB Memory if you're using 8GB RAM on your pc

i'm trying to figure out alternate ways of running AL though VBox instead of using a normal emulator (like Bluestacks). what's the technical requirements for AL to run smoothly (specifically RAM and VRAM)?

Hello, I bought the Lucky Bag but something seems to have happened. I got everything but the skin. Curiously, I think I got a extra 780 gems because I went from 1009 to 3809, instead of 3029. Is there a possibility that I somehow rerolled a skin I had already?

When I'm on mobile, my Monarch's voice line doesn't play, but when I am on Bluestacks, it plays fine. On both devices I have the voices up to date. Anyone know how to fix this? Also, I think this problem has been there ever since I gotten her.

Just downloaded Azur lane on my new IPhone 11 Pro Max and when I went to check on my ships, Monarch voice lines were muted. All the other shipβs voices lines are ok but hers. Her battle voice lines (like victory and defeat) are unmuted. I already re downloaded the game twice. Have you guys encountered this problem before. Thanks!

I just got this saying I raised a ship to level 110 but my ship's levels are lower than that

Amagi can get gachi? I spent more than 500 cubes and got 0 Amagi, but now I have a MLB of all the ships of the event, and I got 4 Kagi. But Amagi is still not there. Is this even possible? I do not believe in a rate up of 2%

I have 2 smartphone redmi note 8 pro & redmi 5A. the problem is i think game resolution in RN8P too large and main fleet pointer target got cut by screen. I even cant see mob in the back when try to target without go full forward. I compare with my redmi 5A, the resolution is fit and normal. The pointer target never got cut even my vanguard in the frontmost position. I try solve the problem in option menu but there is no option for change resolution. UI setting didnt work too

Did I see correctly, that the New Commander Support Pack was having a bug issue? I thought I couldn't open it because I wasn't "new" so I asked for a refund, and received it. Then a few hours later, the Pack was still in my Mailbox, and I went to try and delete it, but it actually opened this time...What do I do since I've already been refunded?
