Hello, I've been experiencing problems playing the game. There are three kinds: 1) The game randomly and unexpectedly returns to the screen with the developer logos, and I have to log in again. 2) The game gets stuck on a loading screen with the little birds- this most often happens when attempting to enter a battle (either the formation screen or right before the gameplay begins). 3) The game remains on a black screen upon starting the app.
I am running the game on a Moto E4 Plus, Android version 7 (Nougat).
Has anyone else run into a similar issue?
motorolas have had issues with AL for a very long time

@oblique gale Try clearing the game cache if you haven't already. If that doesn't work though, you might wanna try a fresh reinstall after you make sure to get rid of ALL the game files in your device

unfortunately there's nothing that can be done about the mass report thing. no one here in the server can do anything about it and we can't unmute you or anyone else that's been muted. the mass report thing is known about but there's nothing that can be done until it's changed. we have no eta on when/if that'll happen. sorry.

sadly no. a mass report involves more than 1 player reporting people. and it's impossible for us to tell who's doing the false reporting.

let me check, well first off, I the setting button on the login screen is for file repairs, so it may be downloading files
if you want to login with FB bind before touching anything hit the FB bar on the left side on title screen

ok, first off, you're trying to bind a new fb account to an existing AL account?
if so you need to bind in the in game settings, so you would need to get in the first place
the main menu gear icon is for file repair only, and binding on the title screen just makes a bind to a blank account usually.
I'd first do some connectivity checks, try restarting device/router, changing connections, or using a free vpn if it doesn't seem to do anything
if you reinstall the game without having originally bound, you're at risk of losing the account

@neat meteor Not that's known to us afaik. You could try fully uninstalling and then going through your files on your device to make sure they're all deleted correctly. Or just go to a different server (such as Sandy, washington, etc) as they all have independent accounts from one another
@marble thorn You would need to have another bind on your account aside from your Twitter as the game won't allow you unbind your last bind on your account. Or you could contact customer support so that they can manually unbind it for you at al.cs@yo-star.com
Is Avrora server under another load? I am seeing a lot more timed-out/disconnect errors while on it, but when I switch to say Lexington, I can run through the tutorial and beyond without such messages.

@carmine hedge They do not. Accounts stay bound. Make sure you're logging into your bind from the main menu (not the settings menu) and try logging into all the servers once you log in there just to see if any of them have your account

I once forgot which server my main account is and I tried all servers while panicking. That worked for me. Just make sure to do not overwrite your previous account (if possible). Try all authentication methods, such as Facebook, Yostar account, etc.

to make it easier to visualise let's say another account is B, and the original account is A
if B has 2 binds, it's as simple as unbinding 1 of them by clicking on it and then binding to A
if B only has 1 bind remaining, then you'd need to contact customer support to have them remove the bind on B

@uneven crane Mine used to do that until I uninstalled & reloaded the app via the google play store. If you don’t want to go that far try checking for any new updates if you haven’t played in a while and loading those first

okay im having a problem at. i started playing again on bluestacks last week but i want my account on my smartphone too, so i started downloading the app from the google play store again. then after the download was finished it said that its now installing but then after that the pop-up came that azur lane couldn't be installed, but it is installed. when i try to open it its either a black screen or im getting stuck at the enterprise loading screen.
Why am I getting a "network connection failed" every now and then? I cleared the cache, restart my phone, and even repaired the game...
That shouldn't be the result of something wrong with the game's files, but rather from an unstable internet connection.

@scarlet lion You're trying to recover your account correct? If so, you don't log into your bind option from the settings menu. You need to log into your bind option from the title screen and then choose the server you played on before
@rose seal Usually this is some form of email conflict error. Unfortunately we're not too sure what causes it aside from if that social media account/email is already being used by another, separate account. You could try restarting your device and clearing the game cache to see if that helps, but unfortunately it's not likely. You could contact customer support though to see if they can offer some backend insight OR just use a different email

Well you don't need to do the tutorial. If a server starts you in the tutorial, just restart the app. Just make sure you log into your bind option from the title screen (the options will be on the left hand side) and then try logging into all the servers to see if your character is on one of them

If you're getting network errors, try restarting your device and network router or using a different network connection. If those options don't work, try a free VPN to see if that solves it
VPN solves many loading/network issues in cases where you're not able to connect properly to the game servers

I logged on to AL today and accidentally hit the Twitter bind button on the side, I went through with it just to get it out of the way and it restarted my game. When I went back in the server Akagi showed up which is strange because it usually would log me in to my last used server. So I changed servers and I saw that all my commander profiles were gone! I was more concerned with one however but still. So I tried to figure out what happened, uninstalled it and everything but nothing worked. Idk if this is the right chart for this but I’m at a loss here

That's the automated response to confirm that you've sent them a ticket, if you've provided all the info you have you just need to wait for an official response, it's also there for those who didn't know the proper info to send or to provide any follow up info.

accounts are not deleted. It's possible you bound on the title screen, which doesn't bind to any specific account, as you need to login first to associate the bind with an account, as per the infographic in pins.
I did bind on the title screen, so I was thinking that it bound to a non existing account resulting in the restart and the removal of all the others, I uninstalled it for that reason and reinstalled only to find they were still gone
Once an account is bound that way the device is set to that account, unless your actual account had an alternative bind method you have to contact and wait for customer support to assist with recovery.
I know it did, as I said I deleted the app a long time ago, when I redownloaded it my account was still there
Bind takes top priority as it is intended to be a recovery method in all instances, when you bound on the title screen, you overwrote that data on the device with the blank account. All you can do now is wait for a response from CS.
They should still have access to account data on their end, but all you can do is wait for now.

Unbound accounts can be recovered (just not by anyone on our end), CS can do so. They will likely require some verification of some sort, but you should await their response for now.

Running them in portrait is just your phone forcing it to run in portrait so usually it ends up being a bit funky

I logged in with my twitter acc but the account isn't there anymore
I don't remember my UID, but I'm sure I'm above lvl 30 and the nmae was hypocrite or something

When you logged in w/ Twitter, did you log into Twitter from the title screen? And after that, did you choose the correct server? Your account stays on the server that it was created on
Uhhh I did the 1st one but I'm not sure about the 2nd one
I instantly logged on to avrora but it made me do the tutorial all over again
Then what some people told me is to go through all off the server except amagi which I did

Cos I only have 2 and tried both of them
And both had identical results

Nah, it's asking for you old account one. If you don't have it, just put N/A, Not known, etc
