There's one time my internet goes unstable and failed to load assets on commission and it says failed to load assets, restarting the game fixed it.

@carmine hedge Usually a black screen there means either one of two things. Either a connection issue OR a missing/corrupt game file. If you're still having the issue, try a different network connection and/or clearing the game cache to see if those help

So I normally name my ships Kaiserin "orginal name" so I did Kaiserin Zeppelin but I get this issue.

I could only say to make sure that your email is entered correctly, checking your spam folder, and keep trying to generate a new one. Or if none of that works, you could go back onto your old device and bind your account to Twitter or FB if possible and use those to log in on your new device.

regardless of when you reinstall, you must always log back in, and it will be all back like no one touched it

@unkempt notch you bind your account in the ingame settings with twitter/facebook/yostar. On your new device you log in to either of them (on the start screen)

It's possible it wasn't bound correctly. Do you have the UID from the account?

so im playing the game via nox player, and it has really bad performance. my pc can handle all current games, and nox should be set up to use 2 cores a 4 gb of ram. is there a known issue that causes this?

@proud copper another idea I can suggest is that all the files arent completely wiped from your device, crashing is generally a corrupted file issue or low ram, but your tablet is just fine on the side of ram
now that I remember I believe it is something about android 8 and up that can run the game, but I cant say for sure as we dont get many people here with very outdated versions

i see no other reason honestly, i also play AL on my iPhone (iOS 13.3.1) and it has no issues at all. this cheap chinese craplet has android 5.1 which released 2014 and is advertised as "new" and a "flag ship" where Android 9.0 exists. all i can say is that this problem can only be solved by buying a good product like Samsung or Apple, any 3rd party hardware will just cost you an endless amount of nerves.

I play just fine on my iphone as well, I dont know much about androids and their versions but that was definitely a long time ago, and we know old phones dont run apps very well after a long time and that may be the case with your update version

@sinful yoke i think there is bug in the game. I spent about 1.1k twice on food in the dorm. It took my oil but didnt supply the food
You use oil/gems to buy food which you then supply to the dorm @lavish quiver
make sure to tap/hold the actual food icon to put it into dorm supplies, and the plus to get more of the food

So you're saying that you bought the food and don't have any of the food items as a result? I'd try a restart to check if it's a desync, making sure you bought the right food item, and if all else fails, contacting support. @lavish quiver

I'm not 100% sure if this is the right place for this question, but I remember back on Challenge Mode 1 and 2, once I cleared it, there was a button or way for me to be able to go back and see the really pretty screenshots of the team and clearcount, like people have been posting around. But for 3 and 4, I tapped the Share button immediately after clearing, and while I can still collect the border, I can't go back to the clear banner and the Battle button is just greyed out.
Is that normal, or is something being weird?

I collected the data keys I got in the mail, forgetting I was already at max capacity

If my account was bound to a Twitter account that was deleted, my account is unrecoverable I presume ? I still have my account name tho. I tried to contact Yostar via their email and all I got was "Please contact Twitter support to get your account unsuspended." which is impossible because the account is deleted, and then I got "Our server has encountered some network issue, it may rollbakced your account or unable to login your account." which is irrelevant to my problem. 
@slim garnet It's still recoverable. Just be sure to clearly let them know that you just need help recovering your account, it WAS bound to Twitter, but the Twitter account was deleted and so there's no hope in getting that Twitter account back
As I said, I've contacted them twice explaining exactly that.
Well if you were extremely clear about it, unfortunately all we can tell you is to keep up the contact w/ them and do your best to explain that their responses aren't what you're looking for and you just need help recovering and the bind that's on the account is possible to use at all. But it definitely still is recoverable

I can't 100% confirm it, but I'd imagine that they do have ways to confirm account ownership

@rough dome collection 2 requires a large amount of exp by comparison to 1,
(And also requires to start from scratch) so make sure you've collected the required amount for it to even become visible as 1%.
Also make sure you're using vanguard ships, as hers specifically changes to vanguard for the 2nd

If it's a device with 2mb or less of ram IIRC the game may have difficulty running, have you tried alt devices/emulators and see if it's experiencing the same issues

Hi, I have a recurring issue when I play : sometime my fleets are just stuck and wont move or attack, I can't retreat and so on, the game don't respond, i can still navigate menus but impossible to fight.

Most likely a desync issue to the server, as I'd imagine a restart of the app fixes it. I'd say try restarting your device and/or clearing the game cache though to see if that helps.

have you tried restarting your phone?
When I open my dock while a L2D skin is loading but before it's displayed, my game near consistently freezes on me, though the audio continues. I tested this with Cooper's Blazing Tennis Battle, Laffey's default skin and Yukikaze's Winter's Snowy Wind, but it practically happens on every L2D skin with it actiated. Background disabling does not change it, the game still freezes the same way.

Also, as is visible, I am running the game on BlueStacks. I have asked a friend with a Zenfone 6 to try and verify it on his side as well, but he does not get the freeze

Okay, weird! In the process of checking - by friend's suggestion - if I have 60fps enabled, I updated the Live2D data by 2 versions, and the problem has disappeared. Yay, I no longer have to worry.
One other thing though, that I noticed: When switching between secretaries, on L2D skins, the switcher button is greyed out until it loads. When opening the main menu though, it is by default clickable. If you click the switch button before the L2D skin has finished loading, it freezes. I think that's why it is normally deactivated while a skin is loading?

There is not, sorry to say. All accounts will be kept on the database. If you're wanting to restart, you can either reinstall the game or just choose a different server (such as Washington, Sandy, etc) as each server has a independent account from one another
