I've launched a ticket into an issue where my account was taken from my phone (IDK what happened, after the update my Sandy account won't register on top of the fact that the servers are down. Don't know if it's a bug or not, but my collection says I have 198 ships, while the progress on the flex medal says I have 199 ships. Is there a reason for the flex medal to be one ship ahead?
Probably either collabs or PR if I had ot imagine. As both of those aren't counted for the "Ships Unlocked" counter since they have their own personal one

Hi I recently just lost my account by uninstalling and then installing the game again. When I entered the game after reinstalling I made sure I used my previous account(which was binded facebook) but instead got a new account because the server i was on (avrovra) seems to have too many players registered can anyone help me with this ?

that number there is just the id for your facebook link 
you may want to contact customer support and ask for account recovery, as I presume the registration error is being a bit buggy, but I have no way to confirm if your bind is actually bound right now

Hello, after updating the game (the recent 30mb update) on my phone I've been getting an error message "Unknown Error:-1" whenever I try to login and the title screen changed from intrepid to the "akashi partying w/ others". I can't even choose a server and whenever I tap to login the said error always appears. My emulator just works fine but my phone doesn't.
am i right in assuming nox player is useless without enabling VT?

Yup. I'm actually playing on an emu right now but I use my phone for completing commissions whenever I'm not grinding. I actually did the file repair thing already, the one accessible in the title screen but still to no avail.

It's a desync error, so a restart will most likely fix it.

@flat rampart Hm...it could possibly be a RAM limitation issue as Azur Lane requires a minimum of 2GB to run w/o consistent crashing. You could try restarting your device and make sure that nothing else is taking up any RAM. If that fails, you could possibly try a reinstall to see if it might be a corrupt install issue

Hello, I am from the Sandy server and lately I have had a problem with the game, it does not allow me to be in the lobby, I can enter normally, log in and go to the daily rewards but when I go to the lobby where my boat and all the other options are game gets fuzzy and keeps loading, and I really don't know why, I tried to reinstall but it doesn't work and not when I try to do data repair but the game after 2 or 3 minutes after starting the data repair the game restarts automatically, I thought this was because of the server (due to the problems of a lot of traffic) so I tried it in Lexigton and the same thing happened (after having done the tutorial and being in the lobby, which is the only part where it happens)

@feral moth Lexington should be all good by server standards. If you haven't already, try restarting your device and network router. Or using a different network router. And then try logging in a couple more times

every time I tired to play the game always started with 5 to 6 minutes just trying to login with network error looping until eventually I can login, already resetting my router multiple times even try VPN but it always 5 minutes waste on the login screen
@visual spear Hm...if it happens across multiple servers and after a reinstall, it might be a device issue. If possible, try using a different device (such as a spare phone or PC emulator) to see if it's fine on them

pc emulator, mobile device, WiFi, mobile data already tried all, it's always 5 minutes network error looping.

You should be able to unbind Twitter/facebook unless it's the only bind, then you'd have to contact CS
@finite breach based on my experience, I was here asking for unbind my facebook, when I have my Twitter and Yostar binded, and I can't unbind my facebook.
maybe it's just facebook problems, idk, i'm not sure, but yeah, what happen is I can't unbind FB when my TWT & YAS are binded.
It was supposed to work the last times I lurked here and I just unbound my account from Twitter

I believe you only need to enable VT to make the game works fine on Android Emulators, you don't need to optimize your GPU too.
azur lane isn’t intensive so it doesnt need much
it drops some frames but i can get over it. just wanted to know if one of you has experience with that option and if its save to use. i lost some valuable graphics cards due to overheating and i dont want to lose this one during that damn pandemic

nothing pops up. in the device where the game won't launch it goes through the credit screen with the manjuu and yostar logos, then into a blank screen and doesn't move on
i've tried restarting the device and reinstalling the game
it is a connection issue, try a different wifi connection, using data, a vpn, or reset your router to try to fix it

should be able to find it in file manager

it may or may not be because of the cache
tries clearing the cache. didn't work either
either delete the "com.YoStarEN.AzurLane" folder or copy/move it in somewhere for backup
then redownload everything through the client

What's the model of the phone? Such as a Galaxy 8, iPhone 6, etc
Hm...it could be a RAM limitation issue as that device only has 2GB of RAM which is the minimum amount recommended to run AL without consistent crashing. You could try making sure that nothing else is using up your phone's RAM, restarting your device, and clearing the game cache just to see if those help though.

It will probably stop restarting the game and yes, cuz there was some problem with the Huawei company and Google if I am correct that some condition were not followed by them so it cuz of that the game restarts on it own if its running on a Huawei model especially the Y series
Just disable it and no need to do factory reset, idk abt that but this should fix it

when locked its considered a background app because nothing is actively on your screen 
and are you saying to set it lock the app or turn the "lock the background app" thing off, if i can find it

start your AL, go to battles or somewhere, lock your phone, unlock it again, and see if it still have the same issue or you're able to continue the game where you left

slightly, yes, since it keeps your AL app awake on the background when you're not using it.
but it's a good feature in case you get whatsapp messages or something
so you don't ended up restarting the game, at least.
the purpose of that feature is for multitasking, i believe. not for letting your AL AFK for a long time.
yeah aha, well ive unlocked it twice and it looks like its working. thanks for the help, and yeah ill only use it when im actively playing al ahah
just lock when you're know you gonna play it for a long time. otherwise, disable it so when you're not playing, AL app closed completely.

Sounds like the account might not have been bound correctly. Do you have your UID from the account? It's a long string of numbers that would've been found in your profile in game

Guys sorry to bother but I need help here, I changed my phone recently, and when I re-installed the azur lane and went to log into my account normally, which is linked to twitter, the game automatically put me on the Lexington server, but since 2018 I play on the sandy server, so all every time i try to enter the sandy server the following message appears: "Too many players registered.
Please do not try repeatedly try to log into this server ".
I don't know if other people are having this problem or if only I was lucky.

While i was playing, the game took me to the main menu saying another device logged onto my account, once i logged back in with my device all my data was wiped and my progress was lost. Sandy & Avrora servers have been locked out to new members due to heavy server traffic issues.
If you're not new, then yeah, servers are full, just wait for a couple of minutes and try again

i have a unusual question. so i originally download AL in october of 2019 during the divergent chessboard event. dropped a couple hundred and got the KMS ships i wanted and then stopped playing for awhile and decided to delete the app from that phone. i have a new phone now and with it a new appleID. i never linked my original account in anyway. however apple saves all purchase history on your phone so my question is: if i provide the email as well as purchase codes from the appleid can customer service assist me in retrieving the account? i don’t know if i explained my situation correctly and i hope i didn’t confuse anyone

your data will never gone if you bind it, at least into one of three options, I can make sure of that.

my biggest concern is that it told me i logged onto another device, ive only played AL on my phone, so idk who, what, or even where my account got logged onto

@atomic hare dont worry about that pop up as 95% of the time its actually just a little hiccup in your connection that registers you’re online two times from lag

Okay. Log into Twitter on the title screen (the options for your binding option will be towards to the bottom left), then after it successfully logs in, log back into the server that you previously played on.

@wispy radish no matter what emus you're used, based on what i used, the popular ones (such as bluestacks, nox, memu), you need to enable VT on your BIOS setup.

Am I the only one having "micro-freezes" when moving fleets in a stage ? I tried to pinpoint the exact conditions but heh it costs oil to run maps, I believe it has smtg to do with the number of ships in the fleet (2 shipfus - no freezes ; 3 - very small freezes ; 4+ noticeable freezes)
Exact comps are :
- 2 shipfus : Formidable/Helena
- 3 shipfus : Georgia + Ayanami/Yuudachi
- 4 shipfus : Erebus + Yat/Ping/Ning
The frame lag is caused by a bug associated with retrofit ships, and it's been known for a while.

Not really sure if it belongs in this specific channel but if your using an emulator, and one uses the fb login option why does the game not login with the account attached to that method.
How did I never get the first one?
At random times the game doesn't let me press anything. The buttons still change shade when I press them but nothing happens. Additionally I saw my Dorm at full supplies even though it's been running for 8 hours when this bug happened. The back button was functional but nothing else worked. The only fix was to fully close and reopen the game. At that point my dorm showed the correct amount of food remaining and everything was responding to touch.
I saw something similar in the known bugs area but I thought you should know about the supplies issue as well
Actually it's happening right now but it's different. I'm in my commission screen but I am unable to collect my commission. All other buttons work as intended and once again my dorm supplies are wrong.

hello everyone i have a question. so i was just in contact with CS and i was lucky enough to get my old account retrieved. i was asked to log in with my bound account but it is already logged in. so i’m assuming i have to relog. my question is how do i do that? on main menu to i click one of the options? i don’t want to accidentally remind account and mess something up. i hope this made sense

-Level 120 ships: Yorktown, Enterprise, Hood, Monarch, Helena, Saint Louis, Belfast
-Level 119 ships: San Diego, Portland, Phoenix
-6 golden bulins(if there is a variable that sorts by this)

Think that had to do with google play account issues, try logging out and relogging into the google play account and restarting the app.

hmm. I'd say do a number of other checks, like making sure that tax isn't causing it to go over balance, and seeing if you can successfully purchase on other devices/payment methods.

i got a similar problem dude. on my end, the 39,99 $ gem pack gets priced at 40,99 $ when i try to confirm the transaction on google play. and the one for 4,99 at 4,89.
i wrote a ticket to the staff but got no answer yet

There are some pricing oddities but it's mostly determined by app store, usually

if i bound an account to twitter and yo-star does the one recently bound override the original or can i log on with both?
and if i can use both can i bind a new account onto either to override existing data?

Is PvP OK? I keep getting locked out of my game in Avrora when I try to start a fight in PvP or Daily. The game won't connect, then won't leave the screen (if I select disconnect and return to title). Event/regular fights are OK.

I reinstalled the game because I formatted my phone, after I logged in from the game it started from the tutorial again, I checked all other servers but they've done the same thing.

Curious, but why does this (could not load/could not find asset bundle) happen from time to time (I can fix it by rebooting my phone); is this a phone or game issue?

No. Locks the screen. I can press buttons and buy oil, but can't leave the menu
The game failed to load the menu asset. I have to reboot the entire phone to fix it.
try to repair your gamefiles then
if you're on login screen, there's a ⚙️ icon on top right
Think I did that once. Game still wouldn't work until the phone rebooted. My worry is this is phone hardware failure vs dumb bug.
