Google account most likely as that popup for purchase comes from Google. You could perhaps try restarting your device or restarting Google Play services. That could possibly solve it

I'm trying to switch the device I'm using to play Azur lane, I binded my account as soon as I got the game so I thought I would be fine but apparently there's now a problem. I binded using my Yostar account so I went on my device, loaded up Azur Lane, tried to rebind and log on but its still making me play the tutorial stage

I cleared B2 and D2 using saratoga full LB many times as mission said but it's not counting the times I do, could it be because she has her retrofit?
@naive galleon There are also reported of San Diago (Retrofit) also not count toward the mission.
So I think it's a bug.
The San Diego bug was fixed with a patch earlier. Not sure about Saratoga though.

I once had an issue in android, I had a dumb remaining balance of 3 dollars or so and my card needed it to be able to pay it off in full and it wouldn't allow a compound payment. But I think they fixed that for Android, idk if that is your issue or not

@sinful yoke hay I've seem to have lost my account gue to the recent problems with the servers. I was told by my sibling that when they redownloaded the game they got back there account. So I did the same thing and I logged in with Facebook and pressed the first server it showed me not remembering the server I had the account on. So I continued and by that time my sibling told me it was there old account. I tried looking through the servers that where available at the time and I still couldn't find it I finally got on to Sandy and it wasn't there either. Also Avrora server still isn't available to me so it's full. My sibling looked at there friends in the game and my dorm is still visible to them

I did press Facebook often to quickly just go through the constant tapping process at the start of the game. I'm pretty sure I did I pressed the login with Facebook then because my phone saved the password I accepted it and it took me through to the game

Also could check if you've logged in with the wrong twitter. Some people have multiple accounts.
Or some people forget what method they bound with. Could have a mod/tech check your bind.

You will. The compensation that came this morning (that was gold, oil, event points, etc) was for all Sandy and Avrora players
Try restarting your phone, clearing the game's cache, and perhaps a file repair from the settings menu in game to see if that helps

Oh, on iOS? You're not able to on them, it's an Android only thing. The closest iOS has is offloading and that's not really the same thing. But do try the other two things first to see if those help.

is there a way to unbound my account from twitter on the avrora server from twitter on my device. I can't login into Avrora to fix the account and bind because of the "too many players registered" error

I have this like weird issue that only happens on my home wifi where i get stuck in game such that I can't move my fleet/can't attack can't do anything other than move between screens and not make any changes like enhancing ships and what not, and if I log out and relog in i get a network error
but on other wifi, or data it doesn't show up
that's... really weird. it could be an issue with your isp (internet service provider) that's blocking the game and preventing it from communicating with the server. try using a VPN (virtual private network) or mobile data instead.
thing is, it mostly happens if i tab out of the game to open up another app like 10 mins later
and don't restart the game entirely
it runs perfectly normal if i don't do that
and this has also happened with multiple phones too
