Hm...well since this issue is usually just due to missing/messed up files, are you completely sure you deleted the entire AL folder after you uninstalled?
if it's on android, usually it's on your memory > android folder > data/obb folder > com.YostarEN.AzurLane
There are a couple folders. One in your data as well as your OBB files
Well you'll have to uninstall, make sure they're all deleted and then try a reinstall to redownload them

Unfortunately that's about the only thing I can think of causing the issue. It could be possible that it'll resolve itself randomly from a couple more reinstalls but it's no guarantee.

Not really an issue but why is this game laggier on 30fps than 60fps? It's not just lack of responsiveness due to lower frames etc. Like I literally load into missions faster if I set it to 60fps

Whenever I loadout a retro ship it is alot slower at equipinh than a normal ship

the purpose of using this is to avoid the application to restart itself, especially after minimizing the app if you do something related to multitasking

my device have a terrible visual of showing RAM usage, but as you can see, there's RAM usage on it.
take that as an example, i'm not using my WhatsApp but it takes 100MB of my RAM, which is kinda annoying for most standard smartphones who have 2GB RAM or less.

when uninstalling the game, don't install it first.
after you uninstall the game, open your file manager, and then search your Azur Lane files, delete it manually, make sure there's no AL files, and then install the game again.

yeah, as example, @jolly sierra use really slow mobile data some days ago, like, it's just 20Kbps, but since it's stable on 10-20Kbps, it can handle AL properly.
and then there's another case of mine, I have around 20Mbps internet connection, but always getting "timed out" every 3 minutes (provider issue), that makes my AL keeps crashing no matter how fast my connections are.
I just look at it again tomorrow i will not reinstalled it so that i can if the internet is really the problem
Well for you its "timed out" but to me its hash file and you say its corrupting an update file so its kinda alarming

@zenith forge If it was an unstable connection, it would just go back to the menu where a random girl will say "Azur Lane"... which is not my case, sadly.
@maiden venture well, unstable doesn't mean you can't login. it can be a case when you can login but disconnected when do battles ingame since it's unstable.
make sure you have enough free space, and i'd suggest to make your Azur Lane placed in your internal memory, since placing it on SD card sometimes trigger corrupted file when SD card accidentally ejected or something

ignore the player mark on the servers as it wont show your account until you login to it

Hello, I need help with the BlueStacks emulator, everytime I open Azur Lane the game doesn't charge and the screen shows that, the game never starts, someone knows how to fix this?
Just fyi, my PC is pretty old and it has 4 GB of Ram and the specs aren't good either
do you have virtualization enabled? we dont offer much emulator help here as we are for the game and not skilled at technical issues within the emulator

If you still don't get the e-mail from CS, try to look on e-mail spam folder or "All" mails if possible and search for the respond.

I didn't use the form nor do I know it existed, I just wrote an email to the CS like how you normally would

Hello. I have a problem where when my fleet is moving on the map, it will move half a square and then the game will lag for a half second. It does this every square so my fleet looks like its rubber banding around the map. Was wondering if there is a fix for this., its not game breaking but it is annoying.
There isn't a fix currently, sorry to say. It's a known issue though if you happen to have retrofit ships in your fleets. They cause the lag for some odd reason

you still get verification emails when binding to yostar, its how you connect the game to the email 
sends it regardless, you input your email, generate a code, then input the code you recieved
you may want to try logging in again with yostar and log into all servers

Yes you were right. AL does track Twitter account info on their side. Accidental revokes aren't a doomsday scenario. However there is that bug with server selection not showing the presence of existing accounts until you login.
Bah now I need to remove the dummy account from my email address and relink my main account to it.

they can only remove yostar accounts, so youβll have to tell them you logged in with the wrong bind method and want to use tje email on your main account

On Avrora here and the connectivity is bad. Worse than normal for me. And when I say normal, I mean I am constantly fighting with the game to stay connected and have to try everything from clearing cache, repairing the game, and restarting the game and device or switching from wifi to data then back to get it up. And then only for a few minutes before the network errors start returning.
