i did PhantoM's method except i turned off the debug after pausing and unpausing and i was able to play for an indefinite amount of time with no issues
but if i leave i have to redo the method

It seems that there's an empty space at the end of it or something similar. It's been reported as a bug for now

For unique equipment, the game will require you to type it's name so that you don't accidently scrap it
Its been 3 days I have re install the game, repair the game and I even uninstall my other and delete my video even though my phone ram is 3GB and my phone storage is 32GB. They also gave me a patch , the game was smooth last night now it came back froze again.
I'm so frustrated I play this game everyday, I appreciate they give me the patch and all. But the game still froze is their something wrong with sandy server.

if you have this problem with logining to sandy server, try to login to another server and turn on log mode, and then logout from current server, and login to sandy with log mode.

if it was ok, try to initiate repair gamefiles, and then try to play again.

My decrytion minigame has been broken for idk how long now and ive still not gotten a response from Yostar support. Anyone got any idea whats up with it or how to fix it? @sinful yoke @zenith forge @waxen bane @granite lion so... i check reddit, and they tell me to @ the mods here on this discord for help with unbinding my account. i come here, @ the mods, and everyone gets a little peeved and tells me to go to tech support. i come here, do the same, and then everyone says not to @ mods at all. okay, cool, i get that, mb. all of you guys then tell me just to contact customer support. okay. little frustrated at that point but i get it. i contact customer support, and they immediately reply with an email asking me to clarify what im talking about, literally seconds later... as if it was an auto response. i clearly said everything i needed to say in the original post to explain my situation. very frustrated at that point, i assume okay, maybe it's an automated response or maybe CS is just very very fast. i reply that i already posted the information for them to understand my issue. i wait until this morning, and then i get a reply that is has miss spellings, incorrect grammar, hard to understand, but they are asking me for screenshots of Arknights, not azur lane. this is EXTREMELY frustrating, probably not going to play azur lane with customer service like this, idk, this is just ridiculous

al and ak use 2 separate emails for cs, so given you selected the right one they should absolutely be responding with AL inquiries
and regarding the instant reply, it is a bot message yes, it is an email just in case because a lot of people dont specify their issue or include user info
regarding the @ mods thing, reddit is generally wrong regarding technical issues with al, so if theres ever another time, I suggest coming here over reddit
@ mods is used for things like people breaking rules or spam

why do you guys have a tech support anyways if i just have to go to customer support? why is CS confused on what i am playing? why am i getting a referal to CS that doesn't work? why is CS not able to speak proper english? this is all extremely frustrating

they respond in poor english because they're from hong kong. not america or the uk.
customer support and technical support are 2 different things in this case, for me I tend to make CS job easier as I provide troubleshooting options for people with issues, otherwise CS would constantly be answering related questions

The workaround works till I go back to my home. Screen. Then I just have to relog onto another server and back to sandy. Until I go back toy home screen in AL again hehe

Hello dear tech-support, I have a little account problem. I played and still play Azur Lane on my HTC U12+ but I got yesterday my new smartphone which is a Huawei P30 Pro. After I installed Azur Lane on the P30, picked the same Server (Sandy), cleared the tutorial,I logged into my Yostar account but nothing changed. SHouldn't the old game save overwrite the new one ? Pls help me
If you already have an account, on the login screen, you should click one of the three option to login

There's multiple cases related to endless loading.
In battle. At one point doing the event it did that as the boss ended, bugging out the map clear percentage and the clear did not count.
seems like unstable connection issue. did you try to switch into another internet connection so far?
that happens to me long time ago, if my connections issue needs to be reconnected when the battle was over, it makes me go back to login screen. and sometimes it still happened to me if i'm using unstable connection.
It doesn’t seem to matter wether it’s data or WiFi
try to restart your mobile data / wifi router to see if it's fixing the problem or not.

i don't bother too much with the phone type for emulators (there's a very limited amount anyways) the one i'm using right now with bluestacks is android 5. i also recommend using either the bluestacks or nox player emulator.

That happens when you have a stage running from before the event started. It's been reported a long while ago, but as it's still that way it's possible it could be intentional
Pressing "Attack" on the home screen and checking all your battle screens though should ideally fix it (such as War Archives, etc)

either a bad code or someone sniped it from you. pretty sure being on android or iphone doesn't matter if it failed on both. the game recognizes binds via fb, twitter and your email, not the type of phone you use.

ya there is a bit of a stutter when moving on the map. changing menus doesn't seem laggy though.

ya with retros it's more noticeable but even without them there's the tinniest of stutters when they move. (not too big of a deal but it's there either way)

So uh before the hotfix I built Ryuujou but after the hotfix I got my cubes back but no Ryuujou, why’s that?

hy-hy, i dont know if its intentional for the rerun or not, but the event's initial run gave extra J-Talismans if certain ships participated and survived the boss fight... SP2 gives 70 normally, and 85 with bonus from those ships... beaten sp2 with Saratoga in it, and only got 70, not 85 as it was during initial run... is this intentional or not? 🤔

restart your device all together if you're using network or restart your device + router if you're on wi-fi
if that doesn't work, try doing a file repair on the log-in screen after binding your account

if you tried binding at the title screen, not in game settings, please include that detail as well that you overwrote by accident

I've never played the game before and I have an issue with infinite loading, it happens right after the logos and has been an issue for weeks. a few weeks back it was an issue of certain files not updating, but my phone updated and now it's this. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, clearing the cache and restarting my phone, and trying to use any settings isnt possible because I cant even get into the main screen. starting to believe it's just my phone. please help =~=
