It's an accumulation mission, i think if you acquire Akagi Kaga b4 medals introduced, it doesn't count
the progress count after medallions system available.
Like, if you get 3 chapayev, it counts as 3 score for the medals.
I have a friend who have like, getting 5 mayas & 4 akagi kaga in 3-4 and it doesn't count because it's before medals were introduced

do a clean reinstall
then login again
clean reinstall = after uninstalling, go manually through your file manager and delete files related to AL
and then install it again

So the Threat on my 8-4 hard is "safe". When I start it on my mobile, or through nox on my laptop, I just have to defeat the boss fleet, which is good. On my pc, I need to do all the mob fleets to, everytime. Restarted etc. hasn't helped. Any suggestions?

it doesn't received as an actual gun, it's a print recipe, you need to craft it
go to your depot, go to craft gear tab, and try to find the gun, and then craft it.

Hi, I just came to say what a problem I have: It turns out I'm not trying to get past the "A3" world. Because when I try to beat the boss's end, the charge is interrupted and it goes black. This happens to me through the Android emulator. Also, I changed the Android emulator and it's still going through that problem, so that's the problem with the game. I asked some people if that happens and they said no.

We have 2 cases so far, people on Sandy can't login with Facebook / Yostar (idk about twitter though), but they can login with their Facebook / Yostar and play in another server smoothly. Repairing gamefiles, restarting devices, and clean reinstall the game didn't fix the issue.

just go to main menu settings and reinstall the files

what device are you playing on?
if you're playing on laptop, I'd double check on alternate devices then checking your emulator settings, since it seems you tried a file repair/reinstall

My problem is when I open AL, it gets stuck on a black screen.(Before the Sponsors show up)
I alr did a reboot but it still isnt fixed..

If your account was bound, I'd try a reinstall, since it sounds like you can't get to the point to attempt a file repair.
@cobalt snow I already did that... Installed AL on qooapp and apkpure ... Maybe my phone is the problem??
it's possible that there are leftover files/issues with your connection during the install, causing issues.

try to see if you can completely erase AL before attempting an install, or installing on a different/more stable connection, usually wifi.
if you have a router, you can also try restarting it, as that sometimes works.
I find Nox lagging a bit despite my PC being very high-end. Would Bluestacks serve me better?
Although I'm not the most familiar with either, both should operate pretty much the same, so I'd see if there's an issue with your emulator settings.

Hello, has anyone been experiencing a similar bug? I get a popup message that event has ended when I use the main screen shortcut to get into the game, but I can access the event through 'weigh anchor' button in news bar.
can you take a screenshot of the pop up?
I believe it only appears when you had a fleet left in an event map from a previous event

there's nothing much we can do after all possible repairs are executed, you should try to contact tech support as well, regarding your account on sandy server.

that happens to me when I play on unstable connection, getting network connection failed every few minutes.

well, the reason is clear that you have network problem so... 
I suggest you to try another connection, using your phone as a USB Tethering as example and see how it goes.

your university probably has blocks up for games
and some slip by and some don't
but it could just be how the code of the games connects or what data it's asking for that causes issues

yes I can, but the problem is that I have old Samsung Galaxy S5 neo that have troubles with keeping 30 fps in AL doesn't even say about the memory space

I had the same accident when I purchasing dorm food, and yeah, they can't.
That's why there's a prompt to purchase it before you buy it, just be aware next time.

We have another note @sinful yoke, someone tried to contact tech support regarding sandy server issues that happened recently. And this is temporary solution given by staff so far.

I don't think you need to safe all of them, but triggering safe to B3/D3 will gave you a cutscene.
