when I want to play AL on PC, i just login with my twitter that bounded to my main AL account, and that's it
if you haven't read the pinned message/infographic yet, it explains what you need to do step by step (starting from an account that you want to transfer).
it sounds like you're trying to login on the settings screen to your new device, when you should be logging in on the title screen.

@zenith forge when I was in sortie after finishing a battle i wanted to return to port to chek something in between battles and my game froze.
i restarted NoxPlayer and the game was stuck just before the login screen
but you can access until login screen right?

did try already i found that i had not yet updated NoxPlayer to the latest verson.

always seems to happen mid battle or mid dorm load in, and all the loading in the game is pretty slow despite it being set to 60 fps

Sounds like some type of memory issue (usually due to RAM). I'd say try restarting your device if you haven't already. And if you have tried already, you could possibly try a full reinstall just to see if that helps, but if it doesn't it's most likely a device specs issue unfortunately

Can binding a social media account with previous data onto a new account overwrite the previous data?
I'm a returnee and I'm positive that I had my account bound before I had left but I can't seem to find it by sifting through possible accounts I could've used at the time.
I'm concerned that I might've over written it by accident.
I haven't changed countries/game versions or anything, but I am on a new device ever since then, none of the accounts I tried had any data record icon on any of the servers in game either...

hello, im having an annoying issue recently. AL keeps freezing randomly it fixes itself after a reboot of the game ut its really annoying. anyone know the issue?

My guess is you're running low on memory or the hardware is having lots of trouble supporting it. First you're running an emulator which is inherently taxing, secondly, that device has no vram which is probably shitty for emulators. Chromebooks are mainly meant for browsing the internet anyway. I wouldn't count on it being a stable gaming platform.
It also runs on a special OS which might not be very compatible with other software
im not running any emus, it has the play store natively (at least i think). It was working fine before but just recently its been having the issue.

Hmm, strange then. Well nothing particularly stands out aside from maybe the devices inherently compatibility with the game.
You could always try doing a file repair on the log-in screen in case you've somehow gotten bad files
Just make sure your account is bound first
worst case you could try reinstalling but that's just generic fixes

my game is stuck on loading when trying to fight a siren, I've restarted my phone and nothing

my game is super laggy when i try to move my ships around on the formation screen prior to battle and it only happens prior to battle for some reason. also when my fleets move around on the map it's also super slow they freeze for a second every time they move for like 2 tiles
If you're using a retrofit ship, it's a known issue

oh, is this just a one time thing and you're still stuck on it? just restart the game, it's usually caused by a desync/connection loss
Okay, so I fixed the problem. I just switched which fleet I was attacking with and it worked. I think it was some weird bug where the game tried to use my Warspite who I didn't put it my fleet.

What's the issue you're having when fighting C3?
Like i go in to attack and the game freezes up in loading. I use the exact same fleet in A3 and it runs fine
Can you show the formation you're using?
hmm, can you try clearing the formation on the screen where you add / remove them, close the app, restart it and the recreate the formation and see if it's still happening?
Hmm, that's strange. Well if you've bound the account, you could go all out and try using the repair files function on the log-in screen
or re-installing I guess, but otherwise I'm not exaclty sure
I tried using repair files, it worked for a bit i think. But i tey it again now, and it freezes up there too

If no tech person comes in, the last sort of resort scenario is a full re-install or you could put the phone in log-mode and send the logs to CS

You can glitch it to where you have 4 backliners so the stage won't start

but now if you clear and remake your formation, it should work

Hello, I am missing some cutscenes for the event even after finishing all stages (expect D3, sp and extra) is it normal?
I'd say that one is attached to SP
if you 3 star D3 you get cutscenes
if you complete SP you also get cutscenes
and I don't think there's a cutscene in EX

Not sure if this the appropriate room for this, so if you want me to take this elsewhere, that's cool. The error in this screenshot is a common occurrence through out the day as I play the game. It is followed, almost regularly by the game becoming unresponsive for a few seconds or crashing back to the login screen. I have done some digging and the only solution that seems to be given is to restart the device, clean cache, or use a VPN. I have no issues with any other apps and restarting the device does seem to clear the problem for a while, as does clearing the cache, but it inevitably returns. And from reviews in the Play store, it seems I am not the only one.

Update. Cleared the cache, repaired the file, restarted the phone, updated the game again and still got the network down error.
Game hasn't frozen or crashed yet though. Fingers crossed.

There's a time when I'm using my office Wi-Fi. It's fast, but sometimes my Azur Lane getting NetworkDown / Connection Problem or something. Reconnecting sometimes work, but sometimes also make me back to the login screen.

Luckily switching to Mobile Data solve the issue.

For me for some reason the game is still sticking I don't know why
After my Samsung phone had an update AL app crashes more and logs me out sometimes, either saying (NetworkDown) or another device has logged in.
Have tried clearing the cache, reinstalling the app, restarting the device. Internet connection is good, not sure what else ideas.

@carmine hedge when you're reinstalling the app, make sure you manually delete the file that related to Azur Lane before a clear reinstall.
Your issue (NetworkDown / Other Device Logged In) sometimes happened because unstable Internet Connection. Try using another internet connection.

Hm....not too sure off the top of my head. Can you check all the girls that're on commissions right now and see if someone from that fleet is being used for them?

I checked... And all the girls on the fleet doesn't run any commission... And all the girls are on "formation" so I don't think they automatically go in commission...
It can happen at times where they're chosen and can cause these types of issues. But if none of them are, can you try a file repair from the settings menu in game to see if that helps?

Ok now I know the issue... I run double meowfficer on the fleet 1... I just noticed that the cat look similar...
so apparently if ur cattery is almost full and u press the finish all button the ones that cant go in, just goes into the void. i lost about 2 purple and 6 blues. when it became full it just kept opening the cats and never gave the slots full notification.
@dusty whale there's also another people who use latest system (android 10) and have the same issue like yours, reinstall fixed it, but you need to go manually through your internal and delete the file related to AL. Let's call it as Clean Uninstall then Reinstall the game.

As far as I can tell, applying fix is not that instant, even the news said it's fixed, you still need to wait the fix to cover every areas.

- Manually delete files related to previous Uninstall with your File Manager
- Install AL again
make sure your Internet connections are stable, too.

there's someone here who have a same device like you, Huawei Y9S, he gets that kind of blackscreen even when he just opening the app, and the only way to resolve it was Uninstalling + deleting files manually related to Azur Lane, and then Install AL again.

if you click facebook on the login screen, it's not how you bind, it's how to login using facebook

No it did not before I got my new phone. When i got my new Phone yesterday. I tried to log onto facebook from my phone. It created a new account.

it's a common case when people already using bind and then they complained about why they get back to tutorial, and the reason was they forget to change server to where their main account was.
I mean, even your AL on Nox are able to use your main account that binded on facebook.

I just unbounded my faceebook from the new Azur lane and then i logged in using facebook and made sure that I was on the Washington server and its still creating my new account and not my Moikuato account.

no, you can't unbind your facebook by yourself, you need tech support to unbind a facebook to your account

the only way to access is
is from the last device
that's why i asked him to login from previous device, bind it on settings, and then you're all good, just login from any device you want and use facebook + make sure you're on the right server.
The reason why I asked his UID because mods here can check it, and it's gonna be like this one.
There's also a reminder there, if you delete this App without binding with Facebook/Twitter, all of your gameplay data will be deleted permanently.

if it was bound just login at the title screen, select your server and you will be back in
there are no such things as save points in this game, it is all real time
Hey I've got an issue with my account.
I'm new to the game and have been playing for little over a week. I was told by a friend to bind my account to my twitter and so I attempted to do so but unfortunately I did it wrong and made a whole new account using my Twitter somehow. When I tried to log out to access my old one, I can now no longer log into my old account. I've read some horror stories online about being completely locked out of an account by not connecting them so I wanted to hopefully get this sorted out ASAP

It was on my Twitter, however I made a new account using my twitter instead of binding it.

My friend told me to connect my account so I thought I needed to just go to the "log in" screen, press the twitter icon on the left, and do it that way. It gave me an "authorize twitter account" thing on that screen.
However that just created a whole new account and when I attempted to log out of the new one I had just created I can now no longer connect to my old one

you overwrote your account by binding in the login area, which created a new save
under the new account you made, make a new user and collect the UID, username, server, and a screenshot of the binds in settings for merging
do you recall your username, server, and uid of your main account?
uid is located at the screen you change your secretary that has all the stats on it
people usually have screenshots of it

so you'll want to contact customer support for account recovery
make sure to specify the account you want back, and include the new account details so they can transfer the bind on the new account to your main account, so that next time you login with twitter it will bring you to the account you originally wanted bound

account recovery is guaranteed as long as you provide them your username and server, they may also ask questions to prove ownership
