so im having some sort of bug right now, i think, i can play most of the game fine, normal missions, dailies, normal hardmode missions, event maps, but when i try to do event hardmode and try to engage an enemy the game goes into an infinite loading screen in the group selection screen and cant continue...
(i had this also in the last event on the 2nd extra hard mode map the one after encore whatever itsname was, rest all worked fine)
nothing responds at this point so am forced to restart game and cant do the hardmode maps at all
It's an issue where there's a backline ship that's duplicated. For that fleet, replace all the backline ships and it should be good to go

Kawaakari, removed every file from azur with a file explorer, reinstalled with even a better connection, i have now 20 gb free on my phone, still infinite loading screen

the only way to preserve your unbound account would be to follow the instructions, anything else will lose the account

If you don't even remember your in-game name, it's kinda impossible for you to recover it

full name is just for addressing you, UID should be the one you are attempting recovery for, usually.
Clearly note that the UID is for the new one then, and not the old one that you want to recover would be my best guess.

I had installed AL from a 3rd party application (QooApp) due to it not being available in my country
Now that I got it from the App Store, it shows the logos and then blackscreens

Well I was referring to the person above. For your issue, unfortunately can't say if you've tried all that.
I can only suggest to make sure that your device has enough storage on it and make sure that it's installed on internal memory and not something like a SD card. Or perhaps trying to get it from a third party provider again to see if that solves it

virtualization is enabled yes. I am using memu. Restarting azur lane won't help since it happens everytime I boot it up but I could try repairing my game files

Hey everyone I had a question and im not sure where to ask, I finished the Northern Overture story line earlier today and I went to go grind the hard mode and every time I click on the event Icon it says "This Event Has Already Ended." and it wont let me do it. I tried repairing, and even reinstalled the game. A new account can do the event but my Main is still being told its over. any help?

Hm...it could possibly be an ongoing issue w/ Paypal. I would say try restarting your device and possibly stopping and restarting Google Play services on your phone just to see if that happens to clear it up

yeah al tends to have a lot of discrepancies with connections that we cant really pinpoint so offering basic connection troubleshooting usually helps

@zenith forge hi, yup. have restarted multiple times. it only affects the "enhanceable" filter though. all other filters work fine

It's possibly just a load issue due to the filter being a large number of ships, possibly more so than the other filters we have had.

Ok now please fix this allready, its getting really annoying. In game time 00.00 - 00.15 pvp doesnt work at all. Your game will freeze on this screen aka Loading. After you reload the game your pvp is used and doesnt give you a single point

is there a way to unbind yostar and rebind it to a proper account? last week when i was trying to find my OG account i bound a random new one to yostar.

They told me the first time it happend that the transaction failed and the money was being refunded

I cant see the formation but im going to assume there are overlapping ships, can you remove your fleet and put them back and try again?
i reshuffled them with the second picture.

Yostar accounts have to manually unbound by customer support as regular users aren't able to mess w/ them (for security reasons). To get it unbound, please contact customer support

I did wait and got someone to respond, they asked for more info regarding my problem and that's when I was wondering to reply to the email. There was nothing else to click on or direct me to.

@dapper steeple yea that's what Kawaa said, it's a known bugs called overlapping ships in formation. Reshuffle fleet is the solution for that issue, for now.

Yeah it keeps crashing when I try to play the event. Some times the boss fleet won't appear til a few minutes after

- reinstall the game
- never press download voice & L2D to reduce memory usage
- make sure you still have free space, like, 5-6GB free space is enough
- make sure you run AL without any running background apps
even if it's a crap device but hey, who knows

Any way to see all my owned skins for ships I don't have already, I should have 2 St Louis skins but when I go in the shop I can only find one that says "Owned" the other was limited but I bought it back then and pretty sure I've seen it around at some point but can't seem to find it anymore, it's been quite a while since I've logged in so idk if stuff changed or whatever help D:
I believe it is only skins that are still currently in the shop that are displayed as bought
otherwise you cannot see all your owned skins on one page

I've been having problems transferring gameplay data from my old phone to my new one. I followed the steps listed in the help section. I have waited for 3 months and the issue is still not fixed. I tried binding my Twitter to my new account, but it's not working. Please someone fix this.

When I tried to bind my Twitter to my new account, a message poppes up that said that my Twitter was already bound to another account (that account being my old one)
then the logic is
you need another new twitter for your another AL account
you can't bind one twitter to two AL accounts

err, you cannot merge a progress from two AL accounts.
if you want to play with your old AL account
you need to login to your new phone, with your "OLD TWITTER ACCOUNT that contains your OLD AL ACCOUNT"

But if I do that, I have to unbind my old account.
you don't need to unbind your old account to move your old AL account into another device.
