@snow topaz There is not, sorry to say. The only way to contact support is via email or their helpshift website. But if you already sent in an email, you're good to just wait for their response. They're based in China and have limited support due to CN's circumstances.

It does depend and we don't have a true estimate currently. But a general rule of thumb is around 4-5 business days or so

You could try general troubleshooting
Restart your device all together and your wifi modem if you're using one

For iOS, there are some known issues for Glasgow. Try a file repair from the settings menu and/or a fresh install as a last resort. That should ideally stop the crashing, but some voice lines are still not going through

Is anyone else experiencing this? After I finish an exercise the game gets stuck on the combat screen, with a flickering overlay of the loading thing with the bouncy Manjuus. Then after a few minutes it kicks me back to the loading screen. This does use up an exercise slot but I'm not sure if it actually counted the merit/exp or not...

i have a question about the game files
since im playing on a rather old phone (samsung J7) i have trouble when it comes down to big game files.
i noticed that only azur lane requires 1.3 GB of data inside my main storage (which is only capable of 15.5GB with all the phoneupdates).
so i tried to copy them on my SD card to make some storage free but the application doesnt work then anymore. i put them back into my phone main storage and it worked again.
now heres my question: why exactly is azur lane making a folder for ingame files on both: my main and sd storage WHILE ONLY filling the main storage? i mean, if it creates a folder and creates the same folder path on my sd card as well then it should be able to run on my sd card and not just fill my phone with data
most, if not all games can't run with their obb files on the sd card
the most they can do is transfer the app itself to the sd card
it can't transfer any downloaded data
but why not tho? its even making an data folder on my sd card

Is it a design choice that on map 11-3 you can take in level 110 submarines and even if they have batteries it's possible to get zero enemy ships in their range? That sort of defeats the purpose of even bringing them.

after that, i decided to relog to sandy's server and found out that i didnt do any of my build

I do not know for sure since I am in the sandy server but make my best advice @hard kindle is to exit out of the game, check for updates and then relog back in.
Most servers (some better than others) are experiencing a large amount of traffic since the update just came out. Some servers handle it better while some (like sandy) don't

Try logging into all the servers just to see if any of them have your account on it as it'll stay on the server that you started on

I honestly think that the rng isnt working right in the sandy server. I in total used 38 cubes (so 19 ships) and I haven't gotten any of the new ships. Not even gold ships. Only grey commons and blue rares. I know it's probably just my luck being terrible but I still.

Installed azur after a couple months, after installing the game from Google play, the game gets to the loading screen and doesn't continue from there

Hello, I've downloaded the latest AL version, but when the download is done, it's stuck in here, what should I do?
I need some help; just started the game, went through some of the tutorial, and when I got to the "equip torpedos" part, i did, then had some connection errors. Now im stuck on the tutorial telling me to equip them, but theyre already equipped and im locked out of doing anything.

My game constantly crashes during multiple points in the game. Examples include after battles, doing multiple things when playing, and doing anything in the dorm. I would recommend a new device. Swapping out hardware in Apple devices is difficult and not to mention especially on their mobile ones, then add that it's 7 years old.
You can also emulate the game if you have a PC/Mac

The first is just log mode for debugging purposes. Just press hide on the top left to minimize it. As for the second, someone can do that. They start the build during the event and then don't finish it till after the event

so what happened was I bound my main to my Twitter, then accidentally started a new game on the same server and somehow bound that one also to Twitter, the same Twitter account, on BlueStacks. I have emailed support and got the "we have rebound your account, please log in using your Twitter" email
but I don't know how to do that
your main only bounded to twitter account? i think the e-mail tells you that you need to login to your "main account" and then "re-bound your main account with your twitter"
if you say you're accidentally started a new game, are you sure you're logging in on the right server where your main account belong?

if you tell them to unbind your twitter to your main account when the only bind you did is twitter, you need to make sure that your main account stays logged in
my new acc is no longer bound to Twitter so they must have done something, but idk how to go about it

Yepp, that's correct. You authorize AL to access your Twitter account to retrieve any AL account that's on that Twitter account. As long as you're logging in on the title screen, you're good. The title screen is for logging into bound accounts (or making a new account if that social media doesn't have a AL account attached to it). And the settings menu is for binding accounts

not typically no. usually you have to request a refund. so maybe you forgot you requested it?

anyone elses game freeze when the event dialogues occur mid sortie?
reinstalled it more 2 times with different stable networks, rebooted my device (Xiaomi mi a2, android 10, not rooted) and this is still happening
@gritty frigate try to restart and re-do the sortie, but this time try to skip cutscene and see if it works, other than that, make sure your internet is stable.
if you've done that and still have the same issue, @spring grotto can help with it.
@little pendant are you sure you connection is stable this time? there's one time i have that issue after a reinstall and using better network works fine.
i redid the sortie and this time it didnt play the cutscene at all
but the game freezes immediately as the cutscene launch, no time to skip it
