dont worry, a lot of people tend to forget what system they bound with (me included)

logging in with a method thats not bound to anything will overwrite whatever is on the app already
so logging in with twitter made it vanish, but its easily retrievable with your fb 
That should be fine. Just bind it to more options from the settings menu if you want more options for logging in

you can try using play currency, but I'd see if you can resolve transaction issues for this, since it's possible that similar will happen when using store currency.

I did it with this method for last 1 and a half year around 6 times already no idea why it doesn't work
hmm, try a classic fix and log out of the play store, restart your phone, and then log pack into the play store and AL and try again

You're just using the wrong account / info if you can't get your original back

have you tried some alternate connections (wifi/data/vpn)?
I tried data it does the same last time this happened I had to redownload the game
It's possible that it could resolve it if you tried again, though I'd try networking troubleshooting, as occasionally previously working connections will have issues with the game servers. VPN's usually work well

I'm having an issue where my game kinda lags/stutters while moving across a map... like the battles are fine but it doesn't like the map view at all. Am guessing my phone's just too slow, but it used to handle it without any issues. Is there anything I could do to help that issue though?
Think thats the wrong image. Juustagram posts didn't load any pictures prior to opening this either. They had the ones in the post browser but not in the posts themselves. Happened only once though and now it has the right picture.

I created a new account in Washington server but I tapped on the beginners guide too fast and the amazon and instructions dissapears

I've made a purchase for 79.99$ gems pack. and there was something wrong with google play's "1-tap purchase" feature so i got charged twice for my purchase and i only got 1 gems pack.

I can’t access challenge mode. I hit the refresh button at the bottom right and now it only does this forever. I can’t back out and I have to close the app in order to get back to my home page
Yeah, it's a known issue for some players. Unfortunately we haven't found a solid solution as of yet. But you could try to restart the app and clear it's cache. Or trying a file repair from the settings menu in game

I'm having trouble opening the game after installing it. I've downloaded it from the Play store and opened it, and it goes to this screen saying "Loading Game". But it's been there for 10 minutes with no result.

Not that I know of. When I had an old phone, it couldn't load a map in Fire Emblem Heroes without crashing. I just resigned to playing on emulator.
Though you might want to double check the app store and see if there is a list of which iphones can run Azur Lane. If iphone 6 is on there then perhaps its some other issue. I would check for you but I'm on android.
I should mention my phone is less than a year old. Someone bought from apple for Christmas with 128GB storage. And I’ll check now.

Hmm, not sure then. If you're failing to update it's just not getting the latest files for whatever reason. Sounds like an internet issue but I couldn't say for sure obviously.
You could try enabling dev mode and seeing if that reveals any info.
Just wait for Toaster or Kawaakari to have any ideas I suppose

You could try deleting the game and making sure that all files are completely deleted from your files in your device. You could also try downloading the game w/ a different network and/or a free VPN. Or even trying to download the game from a different provider (such as QooApp or APKPure) to see if it's just an issue w/ Google Play's APK

And AL is reinstalled...before I started, I had 10.4 GB of storage used, but it’s now weighing in at 13 GB.
And it’s exactly 2.3 GB in size
if you tried to save more memory, don't click download voice and L2D button because it adds more 700MB or something around that
if bloating happens again a reinstall will be your buddy, ideally most files should delete themselves though after maint
ive had my al installed for about a year without reinstall so its packing some weight 
Now I get to wait through the 700+ things packaged within the 282 MB update...yaaaaay

the main thing I could possibly think of causing that would left over files from the reinstall (such as you needing to go through your device's files and manually make sure all AL files are completely gone)
And I just tried downloading the Japanese version on QooApp just to see if that worked and it did. I dont get it
try using alternate connections (wifi/data/vpn) or resetting the router or similar. Also check if other devices/emulators work.

But I tried to go to other servers then got stuck here.
Also, I tried reinstalling from scratch but still experienced this issue
it's possibly an issue with connection to the game servers, so trying alternate connections may be a bit more stable.

I have an sd card but I use the phone's internal storage
There have been issues with SD cards and the like in the past, as the game won't work at all if not stored on phone, I'd try an install with it removed, if possible.
Still didn't work
The last idea that I have is that there's something with your connection is causing an issue to occur during the installation process. After completely removing the files (while not using the sd still) I'd try an install with an alt connection (wifi/data/vpn) and maybe reset your router.
Tried on 4g instead of wifi. Still didn't work
Do you have any alternate devices/emulators you could try this on? I'm unsure what might cause it at this point...
I only have one phone to do it on. I have a laptop. Idk anything about PC emulators for it though.
there are a few pc emulators that you can use, like nox or bluestacks. This is mainly bc I'm not sure why it seems to be causing issues with your install on that particular phone, which phone brand is it, btw?

My best guess is that the SD card caused some issues, as IIRC, a lot of people who were using SD cards while installing had a slew of issues that weren't easily resolved... there probably is a way around it, though.

Ah, that's your username. Your UID is a long string of numbers that was in your profile in game. If you don't happen to have it though, you'll need to contact customer support with your account information and they'll look into it for you and help recover it

I agree on that Juustagram became very heavy in response, since it feels like it tries to cache all the pictures in the game, even those not visible because of scrolling, which is rather inefficient I would say.
