Using a file explorer on your device, navigate to 'Android/data/com.YoStarEN.AzurLane/files' and delete 'version.txt', 'version-live2d.txt', and 'version-csv.txt'. This will force a redownload of game files while preserving account data.

Hello is there anyway possible to get ships out of challenge mode even tho in only level 17. I have 3 of them in it and I can't sell them
Did you check to see if they're in the any of the Maid Event fleets?
Previously, those would count as "Challenge Mode" too for ships

I have zero memory of ever claiming the level 30 or level 40 commander level up rewards. I’m now level 55 and the event tab for “level up” is gone. Does the level up event tab disappear immediately after claiming all of the rewards, or do they disappear when you’re too far out of range? Please put my mind at ease that I didn’t just waste thousands oil and tens of thousands of coins and other goodies ☹️!
I was saving them because I always had too much oil! I don't believe I claimed them, but I guess I could be mistaken...I only remember claiming before level 50 and the earlier ones, just not 30 or 40 🤷
afaik they only vanish once you claim them. they don't disappear on their own. (i could be wrong since it's been ages since i claimed mine)

The issue seems to have fixed itself. The collect button was genuinely not functioning the first time, but I just noticed that after the restart, it reverted my CP value to just before my last event sortie putting me above 24K. I did one more and was able to collect her. Thank you so much for helping me!

Any word on this yet? The health bar looks to be zero but the game didn’t give me her. Have waited for 12 hours now and done restarts. I know numerous others in my community who also did this mini game every day up till now and did not get her either. It appears as far as I can tell broken but haven’t seen or heard anything on it:

Any ways to fix this?
It's a known issue currently. You could try removing retrofitted ships from the formations as some players have claimed that they cause the issue, but it's not a guarantee

3 consecutive hours you should have restarted a few times and probably closed the game a lot earlier so yes try that

@warm spade Gotcha. Yeah, if it's the only bind on your account you will get an error something along the lines of 100213. That's b/c the game won't let you unbind the last bind that's on your account

@patent jasper Sounds like it might not be completed then. But there is some odd issues w/ the HP bar for some people. Some showing a bit of HP left but others not. I'd say try it for one more day just to see if it's that. But if that doesn't work, try contact customer support to see if they can offer any insight

@warm spade Yeah, you would need to either place a dummy bind on your account (such as FB or Yostar) to unbind your Twitter account to put a new one on it. The other option is to contact customer support directly so that they can manually remove it for you on the backend. But that could take a bit of time to get response from them due to CNY and the circumstances of CN right now.

Hmm. If you've already sent an email to techsupport, all you can do for now is wait for a response. however, that message can still pop up when you only have slight issues with connection, as it thinks you're logging onto the same device while it's still logged on, or something along the lines, so you may be safe. as long as you set the password, generally you should be safe.
have you per chance also shared your login infos or been recently hacked?
and yes small hiccups will do that so if you havent spread your info or been hacked, ideally its just connection
such as changing from wifi to data can cause it too
this includes any breaches regarding your bind methods
No, i haven't say my account to anyone. Both my Yostar and Twitter are secured tbh. I think i understand now. I changed wifi to mobile data. That must be the cause.

A few things I'd try is checking if your version is the latest in the appstore, doing a file repair, and checking whether it's just on that device the issue pops up
it should be the latest version since i'm able to actually get on. if it wasn't, it would ask me to update it. i'll try the file repair anyway. i'm on an emulator.
If it's an emulator you might just not have a compatible simulated phone or you're not logged into the emulated play store correctly

Some people have said that it's caused by retrofit ships being in your fleet, so you could try removing them to see if it helps if you'd like, but it's not guarantee unfortuantely

Okay, it's the same process still to get it unbound. You'll need to somehow regain access to the FB account or have customer support manually get it for unbound on the backend

And they stated that it randomly fixed itself (apparently after changing their FB picture, but no idea how that would affect anything). So perhaps try restarting your device as well as clearing the game cache. Just to test out some simple steps firstly

You need to log in w/ Twitter on that title screen. And once you do, just choose the correct server. If you don't happen to remember it off the top of your head, just try logging into all of them. And as well, don't pay attention to the character icon as that wont show up till you fully log into the server for the first time

@warm spade Hm...that's more of a tricky one. The only fix we have had for that one is to try using a different network,restarting your network router/device, or perhaps trying a free VPN. But unfortunately they're not a full guarantee 
I didn’t have such problems on Facebook, the account was determined immediately, while when I log in to my account on Twitter, when I open my account, the Washington server throws me to the very first level, as if I just created this account, but him at least a month.

Nothing you can really do. This system is bad. Your only option to get unmuted is to message customer support, but how long they take and considering it's a holiday, by the time they get back to you you'll already be unmuted so all you can do is wait

That's due to the fact that it's the only bind on your account. The game won't let you unbind the only bind that's on your account. So you'll need to place at least one other bind on it to unbind the Twitter

if you tried actually logging into each server with your bound account, it's possible that you bound on the title screen or some other issue. do you have a screenshot or recall your UID?

Hey guys, for some reason my controller stopped working on Bluestacks. It now controls my mouse instead of using the controller support for the game I'm playing. I can't seem to find any settings that changes between mouse + keyboard and my controller.
The game had a default controller layout and I'm trying to use that. I'm out of ideas. This started happening after accidently hitting a button on my controller and I don't know which one it was. I've mashed everything to try and fix it.
Is there anyway to reset Bluestacks settings/preferences to factory default or something?

as long as you have another bind method and both facebook accounts are accessible, you can unbind the FB bind and rebind it to another account.

should be all accounts within the game. the binds you use apply for any that you would make on other servers as well
which is why you need to make sure you're logging back into the right servers

Yeah if matters are this troublesome it's may be worth a shot contacting AL support, but I find it really unlikely that you won't get your fb acc back if that helps, it just might take a while so check better on your situation regarding FB

@carmine hedge honestly i find it really unlikely you won't recover your account, security checks are fairly common and I and other friends already had to deal with it a couple times, it's nothing out of the ordinary

basically they notice some weird pattern on your fb accesses or some other random crap and lock you out to keep you safe, it also may be something extreme of out of the ordinary that you did while browsing it so don't fuss too much about it, just follow the steps and contact support if necessary

Hi. I had a JP account for a while now and it was bound to my twitter. but now when I try to login with that it says nothing is bound to that twitter. and I can't continue from it :/ I did try to see if mine was bound to a different twitter but that wasn't the case either. Anything I can do?

Well we are usually only for the EN server, but it sounds like you simply didn't choose the correct server. Your account stays on the server that it was created on. If you happen to remember which one you played on in JP
200220 is almost always a connection error. So if you haven't already, try restating your device and/or your network router. Or using a different network connection. Although if none of that works, try using a free VPN to see if that solves it

Yeah, unfortunately it's almost certainly the device. It's an older one in general and plus it only has 1GB of RAM which is lower than the minimum recommended amount for AL (which is at least 2GB)

the last few hours i've been suffering from some massive frame drops on both nox and my phone, anyone else having the same issue as of late?

Hm...if it's everywhere and not just the stage map, I'd suggest trying a file repair and/or clearing the game's cache to see if that clears it up. And personally, I've only been experiencing it on stage maps (but that one is a known bug due to retrofit ships)

Ye, that's the stage map. It's known to be having some issues right now (most likely due to retrofit ships for some odd reason)
hmm, well this is saratoga in this case
and the combat issue seems to be happening when essex, saratoga and langley airstrikes get launched at same time, fps drops to near 0 for one or 2 seconds
i'll try to replace saratoga with another carrier to see if the issue persists
