I'm experiencing some heavy laggs in the sortie map screen (when moving around the map it lags and I do little teleport steps instead of a fluid movement. Your typical lag).
This happens on my phone (iPhone SE) as well as on my iPad (iPad Pro 9.7“).
Am I the only one experiencing this? It feels like it came with one of the last two updates.
It's also extremely noticable when switching between the fleets. There is a huge delay/lag before it finally switches to the other fleet as it did in the past.
I'm curious to know if it's just me/my devices or not.
The formation screen is also effected. Meaning when I drag&drop my ships around... 😓
You are not the only one, I'm experiencing it too; I think its a server side problem so we won't see a fix for a while. A full reinstall of the app didn't fix my issue at all

I bound my email (yostar account) to a blank azur lane save on a device I don't normally use. The device with my original progress is unbound. What do I do/who do I contact to undo the binding? So that I can bind it to my regular device.
The email is also bound to Arknights too which is fine. I want to keep that untouched.
I was trying to bind to Twitter for a double binding, but someone took my Twitter account and used it for a binding.
do bind your original progress (in settings) to one bind at least for now to keep your account safe as you go in the progress of removing that empty save, cs will remove it and that will allow you to bind it to your account @alpine badger

You can't delete AL accounts. If you wanna start anew, you'll need to either switch servers on the main screen (as each server will hold a different character) or fully uninstall the game.

@austere oriole It's the user Id of the account. It's a long string of numbers that can be found in the profile in game while logged into the account. If you don't happen to have it, you can just provide username and server

Gotcha. Since you're not able to interact w/ the app files on Apple like on Android, I can only say to try restarting the device, perhaps downloading the Twitter app if you don't to see if that helps it, or as a last resort do another fresh install

A reinstall would ideally lose any account on the app currently. But it sounds like it was already lost, in which case you'd need to contact customer support that way

I would suggest changing servers instead of trying to make 2 whole new accounts
that is because you need 2 binds to unbind, or contact customer support to unbind them all
that is because binds are on all servers
as its “one account” for the bind, but the servers are more like multiple accounts within the bind

on the topic of lag, I see there is a card for it mentioning it happens when moving but the lag/microstutters happens other places as well, on many UI actions, submarine attacks, ship swapping in combat prep, etc. I have iPhone 11 pro and the game used to be smooth as butter, now all this microlag in various places, hope this gets fixed once they get back to office

@still tree No idea, sorry to say. I can only suggest to perhaps log out of your Google account in your phone's actual settings and relog into it. Or as a last resort, a fresh install of AL

The first 15 runs you do each day give better rewards than normal. Once you hit 0/15, you can still fight, for the same number of contribution points, but the droprate of equipment blueprints is much lower. Your 15 runs reset each day, so you will get 15 more "drop-boosted" runs tomorrow. You can use challenge tickets to run "boosted" attempts when you run out of them.

I emailed before and recovered the account but it had another Twitter bound and they recovered it back from me, support stopped replying to my emails
You can try to, but unfortunately not too sure of what all they could be able to do, but cant hurt to try. And as well, you could try setting up the secondary password to help keep the account secure
But wouldn't the other person still be logged in?
Th secondary password would at least make it to where they can delete any ships or equipment. As for them still being logged in, not sure what could be done for that and if there is, thatll be up for support to handle

Not a big issue, but since the last update, I've been getting some FPS stutter whenever I am moving around the interface or whenever the ship is moving to the location I am attacking. Not sure if it's my phone's problem or the game itself

so you're not on the one you were on when you played

I’ve noticed while in a battle screen, where you choose which enemy to engage, my game starts stuttering. Moving around is slow and the game is slow to react when I tap a position on the grid.
I’m on IOS, a IPhone 8+, both the game and my phone is fully updated, and I have over 50gb of free memory. Does anyone know if this issue is for me/my device specifically, for iOS specifically, or is it an in game bug?
If this is particular to my device, does anyone have tips to fix this issue? It’s only started after this event started.

There's a known issue with lag atm, for now all we can do is wait for an official response and action by the devs. you can try alternate devices/emulators, but I am unsure if it's an iOS specific issue or not.

I'd also check alternate connections (wifi/data/vpn) while installing/loading, as occasionally connection types can cause issues with the install.

The overall game speed and performance has degraded since the Maid event update. Battles remain smooth but all other aspects like map travel, looking at the Ladders, and checking the Secretaries are slow, jerky, and laggy.

Hm...if I had to place a guess, it's either due to the fact that she doesn't meet the hull requirements or (the more likely issue) would be due to the fact that she's in a formation in some way (specifically looking at Hard Mode maps). If they're placed in any type of those formations, the auto select won't choose them

Nah, it does not. The clearing cache option is only for Android. On iOS, the closest thing would be to offload the app, but it's a bit different

Uh I have a question, for some reason yesterday when I did the manjuu tower I did not receive a stamp at all.
So uh, I was originally at 300 gems, and I wanted to purchase the 30 day login option with the 500 gems, the game had difficulty processing the purchase with errors for 2 hours until it finally I got "gems received" and the count went up to 800.
I tried to get the smallest option of 60 gems after (trying to get the Sirius NYE skin), I had the double deal at the time too and I kept getting a 'googleplay' error, I kept pressing until I realised I was at 1302 gems.
I stopped in fear that it may have been charging me each try
I reload the game and I got 'gems received' message again, now I'm at 1802 gems.
I'm using iOS and I'm honestly hoping this game isn't charging me extra for all the extra gems I didn't ask for.

@steel stirrup if u are talking abt the mail u sent them it will take them 5 to 13 business days to respond and right now they are not available cuz Chinese new year so you will have to wait for few more days

@granite garnet its a known issue. Just remove retrofitted ships/ships with completed nodes in their retrofit tree in your team and you can move around the map.
Whenever I try to move around the map it’s been very laggy lately, I’ve tried data repairing but it didn’t really work out
currently a known issue with lag and I think it has to do with retrofit ships (even if they've just finished one upgrade)
remove those ships from formation and I think it goes back to normal

There should be something that prevents the twitter account from binding to multiple, but have you tried unbinding in the settings screen?
you need at least one other bind before you unbind however, so bind a throwaway if you need to

Well I don't think there's anyway to deactivate the account, but if you don't want that twitter associated with that account, just unbind it from the settings screen. if it's the only bind, make a throwaway bind.
Gotcha, Also in terms of Twitter, the game thinks that the @ I changed on Twitter is different. For example I have @ZinnyOneeChan binded on one account, while @DrawMeZinny is binded to another, both fall under the same email.
Unless I make an account with @DrawMeZinny in Twitter's records

Hello, I just started playing Azur Lane today and I got to 1-4 when I had to lock my phone and go do things. When I came back, My sound from Azur Lane stopped working. I checked the options, sound was on for everything, I tried restarting the app, nothing changed, still no sound. I tried repairing, still no sound. I tried updating the sounds, still no sound. I tried restarting my phone, still no sound. I even went so far as redownloading the app and going through the tutorial, even when I did that and endured it, there was NO sound throughout the tutorial. I do not know what to do. Please help.

How do i create a Yostar account?
You just need to go into "Settings->Account" and then click on the bind Yostar option. It'll then make you input an email that'll get sent a verification code. And then you input that verification code into the game. And then you're bound to Yostar

Hi, I'm having trouble with my game today. I just updated my phone and since then my Azur Lane app is stuck on the "Loading Game" screen. I've tried everything I can find online such as clearing the game cache, restarting my device etc. Any advice would be appreciated please 🙂
