Yooo! Why does my app sometimes take up the whole RAM, or like 1GB of it. While playing, my phone heats up like super hot. There's also this notification.

The game is just intensive. Reason why it's recommended at minimum 2GB of RAM for the game to not have any crashing issues consistently
As for the connection issue, I'd say that's either to the game freezing from RAM limitations or it's a connection issue. Could possibly try a different network connection to see if that helps

Umm, is this a common bug? I checked Memories and I seem to be missing the first Meowfficer scene(the one which unlocks at Commander level 40).
It can happen at times with cutscenes. You'll need to contact customer support with your account information so that they're able to fix it manually for you

It's been like this since the Christmas Update. I haven't bought anything since Christmas.
there's nothing else in the shop if you've already bought all the other level packs
Only pack I have bought was the "Oil Pack" since I needed some. When I was going to buy the special limited edition pack, nothing else was there but those two in the picture.
I've never bought anything else other then the one that comes with a bunch of oil, and random skin one.
That's all that's really in the pack shop.
Usually it will have some that say get this one have 500 Hope house tokens, or jewels, or gold, or has random skin for transom ship..ect. But I haven't seen those since December 18th.
So the other 6-8 packs just go away for weeks at a time?
Idk what other packs you're talking about. There's daily supplies, there's the ones for your commander level, and then only event ones that cycle with major events
There will be "strategic supplies" packs coming up after maintenance if that's what you're after
and some events have the lucky skin bag packs
anyway, the point is, there's nothing wrong with the pack shop atm
I'll see if my German friend can screen shot his for me and see if there's a difference. If it's the same I won't bug you with this any more.

If your commander level qualifies for those packs and you haven't bought them, I would try try repairing your files and if that doesn't work then reinstalling
Obviously make sure you've bound your account before you reinstall
Did the bounding to Twitter, are there instructions you can point me too for repairing the files?

There is no password for Yostar binds. It's just a confirmation code that you need to reissue to your email every time you log in w/ Yostar

@twin hamlet Yepp, you can. You can bind to all three options at once if you'd like as well. And if you ever reinstall or something similar, you can resume your account completely
Just be sure to log into your bind option from the title screen if you ever do want to retrieve your account

So I tried binding my account to yostar after 2 days of playing azur lane and nothing happened. I then binded my account to twitter. It binded to my account successfully, but i think it overwritten the initial account because it took me to a tutorial as a new account. So I'm just wondering if this weird issue could possibly be fixed?

Make sure you're logging into the correct server after you log in w/ Twitter. Your account stays on the server that it was created on

I believe if you unbind the FB account you should be able to rebind to a new one

I tried putting my email and verifying it but it just took me to the tutorial battle
i even selected the correct server
yes, i generated a code and it sent me the email. i put the code in and confirmed and it told me it was successful and took me to the server selection
i chose Avrora as that is the server my account is on but it just sent me to the tutorial

she is at max level, it is not a bug
I have other ships that are at max level too but they still keep on earning xp

If possible I'd find a way if you can manage your device to check if the game is actually uninstalled, bc occasionally issues can occur when the something thinks it's uninstalled when it's not.

I might've done something to my account and lost all my data.
I went on a large haitus from AL because my phone broke and my temeporary phone couldn't run AL at all (old phone, bad phone).
Somewhere during that time I changed my twitter @, and when I logged in it still put me in the tutorial of the game.
Is my data lost possibly? I have an emulator on my PC that I had logged in, however I'm not 100% sure if the data is still on the emulator or not.

Restart the game and update, should fix most issues. if you have something that you think is a bug still, check/report in #bug-reports and #known-bugs
It's a known issue to happen at times. A restart of the app should fix it
So um, only restart or should there be a vissible update?
Issue is that its persistant as in happens every time i do the actions to get the issue to appear.

During the error 50 issue, I gone to the login screen and used the repair function. However, after doing so, the game refuses to load on the login screen at all.

@obtuse siren if restarting the game and/or as well as clearing the cache doesnt help you, might wanna consider a full reinstall
@rotund oriole fully restart the application as that issue was fixed with a hotfix

Is anyone else lagging really badly when moving tiles on a map?
I'm guessing with a full reinstall I'll need to get the account back as well. Hopefully the UID, name and server would be enough to recover it then. Thank you anyway for the help.
