Random Washington appears and just sits at loading, only happens with this fleet comp over two maps. Have to restart the app.
You'll need to leave the map and then replace the ships in the main fleet to fix the issue

@edgy plover hm...do make sure that you're getting rid of all the Azur Lane files when you're deleting the app. You might need to go manually into your phone files to see theres any left. And as well, try using a different device if possible to see if its device specific or not

Well for your card, thatll have to be taken up with your bank most likely if it's getting declined. And for Google Play Balance, just add funds into your Google account and you can use it. Though please do note that if the game is not available in your country and you had to get it through a third party app like QooApp or APKPure, you most likely won't be able to use Play Balance as the currency wont be supported by AL

I get the "GooglePay/AppstorePay/Molpay failed:200220" message when I try to buy the 19.99 gem pack. Looked up on it and most fixes to this problem were just to switch networks or use vpns. I tried like 3 different networks, and over 5 countries with VPN. The problem still isn't fixed.
However, one thing I found that I had that others didn't was this ios msg that would say "Your Purchase Could Not Be Completed, For assistance, contact iTunes Support at www.apple.com/itunes/ww/. I mean I did but it really doesn't seem like an apple problem since I just bought a 1 dollar item with my apple balance and everything was working out fine. I just couldn't buy the 19.99 USD pack and its been like this for days

@dusty jasper hm...you should be able to find some simple steps online regarding funding your account. As I'm not well versed with Google Play Funding, I don't want to give you the wrong answer 
@ivory summit well all instances we've had of this error have always been a network issue. But if you'd like to try it, you could open up log mode when you're getting that error, screenshot the logs, and send it to customer support at al.cs@yo-star.com to see if they can offer some backend advice regarding it

2020 new year package failed/pending? The money was deducted from the apple account but I never got the item. It appears that when I clicked purchase in the app it sent me over to the apple store but I think there was a quick flash of an error message. From there I completed my purchase in the store and it sent me back to the app. Now I'm stuck in a state of limbo where the item isnt credited to my account but I was charged in the apple store/paypal

If I try to Transfer AL's Files (with the Phones SD Card Transfer Program), will the game still be operable? I have talked about this once in here, will the game can do it now?
You can only transfer as much as the phone lets you normally in settings, which is to say just the app without any of its assets or data downloaded when the game is opened

"Checking for updates" is a connection issue 99% of the time. Try restarting your device as well as your network router. Or using a different network connection

I’m travelling in China and have noticed that EN AL is blocked here, and gives the error IP restricted: 100120. If I log in with a VPN, and then disconnects, the game still continues to work fine, but if it suffers a connection issue, which it does sometimes, I have to relog with the VPN again. Because I can continue to play the game after logging in with a VPN and then disconnecting the VPN, I believe that the blocking is from the devs, so I wanna know why, and if possible, how to get past this without a VPN. I’m trying to update my audio and because the hotel wifi is slow and I don’t have much mobile data, it keeps disconnecting and resetting the download progress

Yeah, that's most likely the issue. When going to the docks too fast while a L2D is loading, the game can crash pretty consistently. It's a reported issue

@viral adder the PR1/PR2 focus doesn't guarantee all PR2/PR1 research, it just gives a higher chance for the selected focus to appear

And more than that, I've started to play not a long time, and before people was available to get missions so they can get blueprints one out of six, and now it's one out of twelve and I can do nothing with it?
It's just sounds savage, I've got zero needed blueprints for a week
it depends on which PR research you do. If you choose PR1 research for ship bps you'll get one of the six from the first batch, similar with PR2

Thus I uninstalled and reinstalled my game...Does that count as illegal modifying files? Will I get banned for that? I keep on logging in with my alt on phone even when I logged out, there's no option to sign in. I want to use my main which was on the PC, but when I downloaded AL on phone, it directed me to start a new account, hence, that's where I have a problem of trying to login with my main. - Intro: DON'T TAP THE BUTTON ON THE TITLE SCREEN NOW! You could lose your account (relogin if you did lose it).

What do you mean by login account exactly? As in your bind(s)?
Okay, if it's FB or Twitter you can change those yourself in the setting menu under account. But you'll need to have at least two binds on your account to remove that FB. You won't be able to remove it if it's the last bind on your account. You could alternatively contact customer support and they can remove it manually on the backend w/o you putting a second bind on the account, but it will take some days for them to respond (especially since it's the weekend and they only work weekdays)

It does not b/c you'll need to be able to log into the accounts
if that does happen and you're not able to use them though, at that point you would need to contact customer support to help recover your account

To get to Skill LVL 3 for Meowficcers, you need to get 3 full dupes of the cat. You'll see on the enhance page towards the top right "1/3" or "2/3" for her skill

Well if it's Google, they should've emailed you a receipt. If it's Apple, they do have a bit of delay on getting the receipt for you

@carmine hedge That's usually due to a connection error most of the time. If you're able to try, try restarting your device and network router or using a different network connection. If none of those work, try using a free VPN to see if that bypasses it firstly

Hm...okay. Unfortunately if none of those work, we don't have any other known workarounds. So at this point, I'd say open up log mode and get a screenshot/recording of the logs when you're getting that error. And then email it to support at al.cs@yo-star.com to see if they can offer any backend insight w/ the error and log information

For the Yostar, they said, i'm already bound in another Airi UID. But i don't know where and how that could be linked.
For Twitter, it's the same error.
Could i go on my twitter and/or yostar account and remove them to be linked to the game ?

I just bought a new phone to replace my broken phone (still functional but screen was cracked). When I logged into Azur Lane through Twitter on my new phone, the character icon did not appear on any server. I checked my old phone and I noticed that my account has not yet been bind. Upon doing so, I received a message that my Twitter account has already been bind with another account (which should not). Is there a way to unbind the account attached to my Twitter so I can bind my actual / real account on my old phone?
What's the UID of your azur lane account? It's a long string of numbers that can be found in the profile of your account

The reason I didn't log into the game with Yostar is because I thought that they do not store gameplay (as to what is written in the settings).
Yeah it's the same so you can retrieve your account information that way. So you're at least able to log in that way. As for the Twitter, what kind of error are you receiving when you try it? And as well, can you try binding your account to Twitter after you finishing logging into your new device?
And regarding the character icon, that won't show up until you fully log into the server as that's client side and not server side

Yeah, just go ahead and log in w/ Yostar. As for the Twitter, it does seem to be bound to another account. The issue is, customer support will need to know that AL account information to help w/ getting that Twitter account unbound so that you can rebind it to your new AL account.
One thing you could try would be to log in w/ that Twitter account on the title screen of the game and then check all the servers to see if you see a character on any of them (assuming the Twitter account logs in successfully). Then get that account's information down and inform customer support of it so that they can get that Twitter successfully unbound.

The app just won’t work
Did you try removing the game entirely and then re-installing it from the playstore?
I've seen tech support say sometimes you can have lingering files
so to clear them from your phone after uninstalling

I moved the obb file to an external memory card without thinking the effect it would have. And now I am unable to log back on, even when I moved the file back to what I believe was the right location.

Even if you didn't bind your account, it wouldn't be gone forever. You can just e-mail support to get it back

I downloaded the game from QooApp Specifically the Jp one after it finished downloading it wont install
