My game keeps on crashing every now and then. I reinstalled the game, but the crashing never stops. It got worst actually. I'm using Huawei Y6 2018, and now I wonder if my device is incompatible.
There are some cases every now and again regarding some Huawei devices (unfortunately I can't remember if there was ever a solid workaround). It could also be an extension of the fact that it only has 2GB of RAM which is the bare minimum that's recommended for AL

@tardy mesa Try restarting your app. This happens every now and again due to a temporary network hiccup. A restart should ideally get it to appear

It is, yes. Just need to bind your account on the device that you're logged in on and then retrieve your account on your second device. Steps to binding and retrieving are in the pinned image

okay I might be going crazy, but I heard different music playing in PVP
for one match, an uplifting song with vocals played, not the usual BGM
One of the ships from the enemy team should've had an item from the Hololive event that changes music
yesterday, AL wouldnt get past the loading screen, wouldnt even try to update itself. then today it did manage to update itself, but then i couldnt get past the main menu where you choose your server. i could click on the buttons, and everything around it, but it wouldnt actually get past the screen. i was told by other people with AL to uninstall and reinstall to fix it, it didnt, and now it also seems like the account i had doesnt exist anymore. it gives me the "login completed" or whatever it says, but brings me to the sandy servers, instead of the washington servers i was on, all while still not being able to get past that screen.

How do i log in a bound account ? I am confused by the option in the logging screen and the one in setting.
@worldly meadow You need to log into your bind option on the title screen (whether it was Facebook, Twitter, or Yostar) and then once you log in successfully w/ that option, you need to choose the server that you previously played on

@tacit breach that's the unique background of the skin. You can turn it off if you'd like to see the full background in the skin selection page. You'll see a checkbox for "Show background" or something similar

I had an account in azur lane on my phone then I deleted one day and wanted to play it again and downloaded it back. When I downloaded it gave me new account instead of my old Washington server account. I remember I don’t quite remember if I binded yo star account.

@hazy fulcrum You need to log in through your bind option from the title screen (there'll be options towards the left side of the screen) and then after you succesfully log in w/ it there, you need to choose the correct server that you previously played on as your account stays on the sever that it was created on

I have a similar problem to @hazy fulcrum but ones I put my Facebook on it it does not show my account or it’s last play
And just to check, is AL available in your country or did you have to get it through a third party app like QooApp/APKPure?
@lethal remnant You just need to follow the same steps. And don't worry about the character icon on the server selection screen as that won't show up until you fully log into the server

i'm trying to disconnect my twitter (to connect to a new twt acc) from the game but when i press disconnect it brings me to the "authorize app to access your acc" page and then returns to the game saying "account binding failed" it seems like it's trying to make me bind the account when i already have?
If it's your only bind on the account, you won't be able to do it
You can bind to another method and then unbind that one or contact CS to help you do it

you shouldnt be stuck at an enemy for 3 days as theres a map timer
retreat your fleets and reset the hardmode map fleets you have, then put them all back manually and try again

I'm having issue on D2 map. Every time I enter combat, I get stuck on the loading screen.
It's a known issue. It would appear the game acts as if you have 4 ships in your backline (you can see two overlapping ships on the far left position) so it ends up softlocking you. Try redoing that formation that ends up softlocking you currently

Hello! I have some annoying issues playing AL on nox that i was not having before at all :
- When i launch the game, the screen is just black for about a minute and then launch normally.
- When i want to login the game just crash and i have to try again (always works the second time - screenshot below).
- Every single loading time is extremely long.
- The game is very slow/low fps with even some micro freezes ; Same issue with the sound.
I maybe missed some points but here are the major ones that just makes that it's nearly impossible for me to play AL
I was wondering if it was because my nox version was to old (6.2.3.1) but i prefer to ask for help before uninstalling nox and installing the up to date version.

@upbeat wadi As far as i know your Emulator and the Game need to match, otherwise there will be some sort of bugs/errors as you can see. Had the same problem with other Emus aswell.
So the problem is that my nox is too old?
If you google this problem or lets say that it wont start or other things, mostly the reason is that the version i outdated but it can work. It worked once for me the older version with the new ones especially when they switched the android system

You can just download the new version from their website and install it over the old one... atleast reddit saying that

@misty pine Hm...you could try restarting Nox (and possibly your computer as well) as some simple first steps if you haven't already. Another thing could be to try restarting your network router and seeing if it's a connection to the game server issue

Probably your connection to the game server as the game is currently up and running. Perhaps try restarting your device as well as your network router. Or trying a different network connection
If none of those work though, try using a free VPN to see if that solves it

Yeah, just a standard network connection error according to those logs. Odd b/c the servers are indeed working right now. If you've already truly tried all the above steps (restarting, using a different network, and a VPN), I'd say send those logs to customer support along w/ pertinent information (such as your region, ISP, etc) so they can look into it. It is possible it's something wonky on server side for your area

you can't do it yourself. email support or dm one of the 2 listed in the above bot message and ask them to remove it.
on the "members tab" tap/click on their names and you can start messaging them. or, if they're not online, type their names and the numbers at the end of their names into the "find or start a conversation" bar on the home screen.
Can anyone help me with this issue? Sometimes I got black screen when pressing Battle button at the Main Screen, blue squares still pop out when I touch the screen. This usually happens after I re-enter the game and reconnect after switching apps (AL still runs in the background).

So I got a new phone, and when trying to put my account on the new phone I may have accidentally set my old phone to access the account it made for my new phone instead while I was trying to figure out how to access it. So I don't have access to my old account, or at least I don't know how to access it. Any way to access that account? I believe the Yostar linking was overridden to connect to the new account, because that or Twitter just brings up the new account.

Yostar, but when I tried to login on the new phone, I though I just entered in the code it sent my email, and then it linked the new account to my Yostar account.

So the issue is just your server choice. Your account stays on the server that it was created on. So if you haven't tried yet, please do try logging into all the servers. You're not able to link two accounts to the same FB. And as shown by Nimi bot above, your old account is still linked to FB so it's impossible for a new account to be bound to it

The last 2 lucky bags (the 2019/2020 gems +skin and other stuff packs) i bought were technically charged twice, because i still have the pre-charge payment in the date i bought them but i also have the payment itself, so for every lucky bag i spent 66€ instead of the normal 33€. The payment for the bag i bought the 23 went through the 27, and the one for the bag i bought the 26 went through the 31.
@rich raptor Try a refund through Google/Apple firstly to see if they'll refund it. If they don't though, contact AL support at that point and let them know it wasn't approved

The play store only shows the actual bag payment, so I'm not sure i can refund it

Hm...usually 200230 is an issue where the user is cancelling the purchase. I'd suggest trying to restart the phone if you haven't already and clearing the game cache. As well as perhaps trying a different network connection
I’m an iOS user and yes I’ve restarted my phone multiple times it didn’t work still. Clearing the game cache as in deleting the game and redownload it? And too bad I’ve got no other network connection at the moment, am using my phone’s data.
Well cache clearing is for Android only. Apple only has offloading apps which you could try if you'd like. If none of that works, you could try a reinstall or a file repair from the settings menu in game
Well I tried file repair as well as reinstall the game but it didn’t work. What’s left is to try a different network connection and hope for the best I guess. What weird was I’ve been purchasing for over a year now on my phone and never once did I ever encounter this issue. I received msgs that asked me to try a new payment method if there’s insufficient balance in my bank account and I understand but this 200230 msg just pop right up everytime I tried to purchase like it didn’t even load at all or connect to my Apple ID. Anyway thanks toaster strudel. Just couldn’t afford to miss the skins :/
No problem. Hope it all gets solved. As a last resort, you could open up log mode, get a screenshot of the logs when you're getting that error and email it to support to see if they can give you some more insight to it
