I finally got the email address from here. I couldn't get it from the "Help" because it crashed any time I tried selecting an option. Once it didn't and I got the Discord link before it did, which is how I found this. I've sent repeated crash feedback reports with a copy of the tech details but haven't heard anything back. Now I can try the email. Hopefully, I'll actually get a reply. Every time I try to bind my account to FB the window to link to FB pops up blank and sits there for a bit before the crash popup appears asking me to send a report. It happens both on my tablet and my VM. I tried both to see if at least one would work and nope. I have 2 accounts now because of not being able to link them.

If I uninstall it without having it bound to my FB account, won't I lose all of my data up to this point, or do you save it on your server as well so I can start from where I am at?
I thought they would reply to a feedback report that has my info. So, the feedback report with tech details doesn't do anything?
I can log into FB anytime through a browser which is extremely rare. The only reason I've used it in the last 10 yrs is for games that ask to link to it.

you would have to login by uninstalling fblite and entering all your credentials manually

Sorry. Had to do something. Ok, I checked my tablet and it doesn't have it on there anymore. I forgot that when I found out I was able to uninstall it instead of just disabling it, I did it. Not too long after I bought the tablet.
Like I said, I don't use FB except to link games to it.

On the tablet it is now bound to FB. The one I play most on, my VM, still won't Bind.
Azur lane is too big on my storage. I dont even download audio and l2d update. Is there still no way of moving the game to external?

Only 2 gb. lol That's why it's on my 32 gb tablet and my VM. The VM is pretty much unlimited storage which is why I started on it before putting it on my other.
1.96gb without voice and i dled 1 or 2 l2d.
mine says 2.79 GB with full voices and l2d downloaded

I cleared the cash and tried again, No good. It's got to be some kind of software conflict since the game wasn't designed for VM's anyways.
My VM shows 1.54 GB for App size and 1.28 GB for User Data for a total of 2.82 GB with all updates. My Tablet shows 1.55 GB app size and 1.25 GB for User Data for a total of 2.8 GB internal storage used.

how to make urgent commision list auto update without restarting the game?
I just recently moved from ios to android and I noticed that my urgent commision list isnt updating without restarting the game unlike in ios

@lucid orbit There isn't, sorry to say. You need to refresh w/ the server to fetch the new commission list for the nightly urgent commissions. And there's no built in function in AL for that

Not that we know of (besides the obvious one being built for iOS and one being for Android). And personally on my iOS device, I also have to relaunch the game to refresh my list as well

@frigid kestrel try resetting the game and see if that does anything, most bugs can be fixed like this
@wraith grove this usually happens if you don't bind your account to Yostar/Facebook/Twitter, your progress will be lost and recovery would take some time. Just to be sure, try all of the servers available to see that you didn't pick the wrong server

If you don’t receive any messages after 13 business days, send a follow up e-mail. Otherwise, it might be mark as a spam. But usually, it makes your case e bit more complicated, from my experience in many other games

Hello, I've been having a problem logging in recently. Basically, I can reach the "Press to start" screen but once I press or try to login with facebook/twitter/Yostar, the game crashes and restarts. It happens everytime since I installed MicroG on my phone on LineageOS without Google Apps. It was working before I installed MicroG still without Gapps. Is there any log I can check or anything ? This is really annoying. I, of course, deleted and reinstalled the game and all but it didn't change anything.

It's an issue at some times w/ L2Ds. Unfortunately you'll need to reinstall as we've never found a more solid workaround for it

Hi folks. I got a reply from tech. They said that if I make an account on my tablet they can force bind it since my VM is crashing when it tries to link up to FB. If they bind it that way, will I still have my VM game as the primary or would it delete it and make the tablet the one I have to go with?
The reason I'm trying to bind it is so that I can play it on my tablet when I need to move the ships. For some reason I can't move the ships on the VM even though I can use the torpedo, air strike, bombardment, sub buttons. I found out I also can't slide the ring on a ship's finger in the VM. (btw they have the wrong hand for sliding the ring on. It's the left hand not the right. lol)
since the update, when my phone's screen turns off once, boats can't move on the grid anymore, i can do everything in the game except that. it's not a massive issue but having to quit the app every sleep mode is a bother
Exactly. I can do everything except move the ships. That's not a big issue as long as I'm overpowering the enemy but not being able to slide a ring on a finger means I can't marry a ship and get the bonus' from doing that. I agree, it's frustrating.

Basic being along the lines of restarting your device, clearing the game's cache, changing your network connection, or reinstalling

Gotcha. Can you try fully restarting your game and possibly your device as well if you haven't already. Usually that error just comes from when you didn't receive the previous gem purchase and the game bugs out

If they force bind my account from my tablet and the one from my VM, which would I be using when it's done or can I choose which one? I want to be able to move my ships on the tablet when against difficult opponents but want to do most of my playing on my VM, so I would like to keep my VM account.
What do you mean by VM exactly?
I can't move my ships on the VM (Virtual Machine) so I figured if I were to play it on the tablet I could and then jump back into the VM.
I also can't connect to FB and I can't put a ring on a finger which I could do on the tablet.
Ah, gotcha. Just wanted to double check that's what you meant. If your account is bound (either by you or by customer support), you can have it logged into multiple devices (you just can't play it at the same time). Just make sure you log into your account from the title screen to retrieve your account and then choose the server that you previously played on
That's not what I mean. I mean that I started a new account to try to connect the VM and the tablet but when I try to connect to FB the VM locks up and crashes. So they said the tech support said to make a new account on the tablet and they could "force bind it" so that they're now only 1 account. I just don't want to lose my VM account as I'm doing pretty good with getting the ships I want.
I was wondering if I force bind the accounts would I have to use the new one on the tablet or could I still use the one on my VM?
And have the new one be the sacrifice to the old one.

Well, if by force bind you mean "Move the bind over from one account to another", the account they take the bind from (whether that be the VM or tablet one) will be left unbound and unsecure, but it won't immediately be lost. It'll only be lost if you uninstall the game w/o placing another bind on it after they take the other bind from it
I don't know. They just said force bind in the email. I figured I'd ask here where the back and forth wouldn't take hours email by email. I thought they meant combining the 2 accounts into 1 in their servers.
Oh, no. They can't do that. Accounts can't be combined together. Force bind in customer support terms means (in almost all cases) just means taking one bind from one account and moving to another

Hm...you can get support to place a FB bind on your account via the aforementioned force bind they were asking you to do (make a dummy account and place a FB bind on it, then they'll move that FB bind over to your main account). And then you can use that FB bind to log into another device

So, you mean that they could take my one account that is connected to FB to know where my FB account is and then attach my account that isn't able to get past the log in screen, thereby linking them and bypassing the login screen of the one that crashes.
So both accounts would be connected to my FB account afterwards, it's just that one bypassed the login that normally is used to link the two.

Pretty much. The main account will be linked to FB. But to note, force binding WILL remove the FB bind from the dummy account when they move it. It'll only be attached to one account

That's fine. The dummy account is a throw away one anyways. I just wanted to be able to put the ring on the ship finger to get the bonus which I can use the tablet to do and then go back to playing on the VM on a larger screen, with more power, and with waaayy more storage and RAM. The game takes up so much storage. smh

Hey Kawaakari, when I use to tab out of the game and not play for while before getting back on, it would simply ask me to reconnect. After the update however, even after reconnection, I can't do anything unless fully killing the game and restarting.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask. But in the past like week the notification when commisions are done worked fine but now it often happens where the notification pops up only when I open the game again.

I just bought both the 2019 and 2020 value packages for this event, opened both and it only showed me the nagato skin I got from one package. Is there any other way to see what other skin I got that isn't checking every ship for one?
Unfortunately there is not. And it is also possible that you got a duplicate skin if you old any of the older New Years skins

To increase affinity as a secretary, does the ship need to be seen in the menus or is it passive?
@craggy radish Try restarting your game and device. If that doesn't work, try clearing the game cache as well
@cosmic hearth They just need to be in your first secretary slot, that's all. They'll gain it passively. And just for future reference , this is better asked in #gameplay-help

Twice I've opened gear crates to have the icon explode and completely cover the screen, and in one instance the HQ menu was stuck on the screen and unresponsive. They're rare, but I end up having to close and relaunch when these bugs happen. What's causing this?

@silent ridge unfortunately you may be unable to play azur lane on this device, as its known that motorola is highly incompatible with azur lane, especially below android 8, and since yours is above android 8, the issue may have returned

@humble ingot The game recently had it's daily reset, if you had your game open during the transition it might show commissions that aren't available anymore. Try restarting the game and it might have others available that work.

ok so just to make sure the payment did go through, first go to the google play store front page, then swipe left FROM THE EDGE of the phone (or click the icon at the top right), then click on "Account" , then click on "Purchase History" which shows you what have you spent via google play. This is to confirm that google has confirmed a money transaction between AL and your account.
You can show a screenshot of it to clarify, if there are any private information you wish to keep (like different purchases or information etc, please censor those out according to your discretion.

If i try to find my old account, there are 3 things; Yostar login, FB and Twitter. If i log into these, there are like 5 servers up. IF i have an old account on one of these, there should be an Icon somewhere on the side of the server which shows that i played on that server before?
No, there won't be an icon. The icon won't show up until you fully log into the server @solemn matrix

But when I tried to connect to my yostar account it says that it's already bound to another account (probably my main)
Did you log into your bind options from the main menu?
yes, when I first reinstalled the game. Then It looked like it overrode my main account
You just need to log into your bind option from the title screen (not the settings menu) and then choose your previous server. If you haven't already, can you try logging into all of them just to check them?
