If they take between 6-12 business days, send them a follow up reply regarding your issue. As for not being able to claim the box, you should still be able to get even if it goes away from the store. Hi, wanna ask. Are there ambushes in Hololive SP?
I moved the fleet directly to the ambush box right when it’s changing from day to night without my concern. But I’m shocked that I didn’t get ambushed, or even option to evade or attack the ambush since there’s no alert. The ambush box acts like a normal box

@verbal flare Afaik, ambushes only happen on the tiles. And you should only get prompted for it if you land on the tile when it's already night time. Not when its changing. But that's just to my current knowledge

Well, it happens when it’s already night time and there’s no ambush.
I decided to do a few tries to “test it”. All same result.
I retreat my fleet, restart the game, redo the SP, also same result.

@spring grotto So, a bit of update. Looks like that the Ambush in Hololive SP is disabled, possibly. I asked some people in Gameplay-Help, one of the members said that there’s no ambush in it, and from my understanding ( he said something in English, but since English is not my main language, I might misunderstand some ), many people encounter the same issue as mine.

So I just bought gems, but got some "molpay error" when the purchase actually went through. The money is taken from my bank, but no gems have been added, do I need to mail CS or something for this? Was on Iphone, the purchase went through "Purchase Successful" but when it swapped back to AL it spat out the error for me, and I got no gems. How exactly did you lose it? As in the FB account? If you still have access to your FB account, you just need to log into it on the title screen of AL and then choose the server that you previously played on

@carmine hedge Did you make sure to check your server? Your account stays on the server that it was created on. So please do try logging into all the servers (and don't pay attention to the character icon on the server selection screen as that won't show up until you fully log into the account)

You can retrieve it w/o your UID, but it's always best to have your UID written down and stored somewhere as well as having your account bound

I just completed the Hololive SP Stage few minutes ago. Strangely, using my second fleet ( First is lead Shouhou, Second one by Warspite ), the lava / magma tile works everytime : I got the lava / magma damage

The ambush tile is still not working, I assume it’s disabled. But my friend who uses android claims that the ambush tile did work for him, so it might be a specific iOS issue / device-specific bug

@sinful yoke Well, it seems that even after the clean reinstall, the Ambush still didn’t activate when I enter the ambush tile during nighttime in the Hololive SP. Same result. I have retreated my fleet after testing it and I have yet to complete the SP for today.
Maybe it’s actually disabled as someone stated before : “There’s no Ambush in SP”.
I think we can close this case / my issue, since the ambush mechanism worked fine in every other map ( T1-T6 ).

Okay. That's the issue then unfortunately. The 5S only have 1GB of RAM and the minimum amount for AL w/o consistent crashing issues is 2GB. You could try a file repair from the title menu (it's the cogwheel at the top right) and/or a reinstall, but it is most likely just RAM limitations

Well, try with a new e-mail now, because other people with that same issue on the e-mail chain have gotten responses now.

That duplicate used to be in formation 2
Then yesterday when i do commision i select everyone from formation 2
Thus leaving formation 2 empty
I would just double check your formations that she's not in one, then restart the app to ensure it's up to date, and you should be able to use it as a limit break.
And ensure that the level 16 one isn't the one you're feeding to a level 1 one
if the 16 is your main Long Island or something

check your commissions? it might have been put into one of them.
No, the commision was yesterday. After that I just learn to never put dupes in commisions so certainly she's not in one right now

still if you use auto it would have selected her since she's not lvl 1. check just to make sure.
I fill formation 2 with entire different unit.
So formation 1 & 2 is full now
Then I restarted
Guess what
Still get the error

k so at this point since it persists through restarts i'd say do a file repair.
