@mild gale Is it when you're trying to access your dorms from the main menu? Specifically, while your secretary is still loading in? B/c there is an issue that if you try accessing the docks while your secretary is still loading (mostly L2D), you can cause it to crash
@spring grotto yes it is when im accessing my dorms from the main menu, but my secretary is loaded every single time it happens. I click on dorm and it just exits out of the app and back to my phone homescreen. im using an iphone 7s if that helps
@mild gale Well try restarting your device and offloading the app. If it still persist after that, try a file repair from the settings menu in game

probably not then, can you check your twitter's (if you have one) apps and permissions (in settings of twitter) to see if azur lane is connected? if you bound with yostar bychance, you should have an email that is searchable with Yostar to show proof you did so
if you dont find that its connected to those, then its likely you didnt bind or something else happened
in that case contact customer support at al.cs@yo-star.com and make sure to include your username and server, ask for account recovery

Updater reinstalled azur lane didnt fix the problem still giving me the same error

Update: I've logged back in and the person who has access to my account has once again changed everything including secretary, building ships, fleets, etc. I think at this point I'm not receiving any help on this matter and will likely just retire all ships and uninstall the game. Thanks!

unbinding and rebinding the account doesn't log you out of the devices already logged in

@odd mirage the APK is just what you download from the Play Store, that's all. So if you have a fresh install from there, you're already updated. As for the logs, are you holding down on the right side w/ your thumb and pinching in w/ your left two fingers?
@carmine hedge Well there's no passwords for Yostar binds, only emails. Or do you mean the seconday-password to prevent retiring ships and equips?

You'll just need to select Yostar from the title screen, put in the same email that you bound w/, and then generate a new code. After putting in that new code and logging in w/ Yostar, you just need to select the server that you used to play on

If you didnt get a skin, you most likely got a dupe skin. In which case you got refunded the gems for the dupe skin
So you got the gems for the skin plus the base ones from the box

I just got a bunch of 200236 and 200250 (or something) after reentering the game from tray (~23:55) and wanted to screenshot it, but then realized that log was paused at that error, screened it and accidentally pressed clear instead of "pause"... @white condor You'll likely run into some issues if your Google Play account is in a different currency. There seems to have been a change recently to where Google won't allow the purchase

If you're sure you had it bound to FB and you logged in w/ that FB account on the title screen, can you try fully logging into all the servers (such as Lexington, Sandy, etc) to see if they have your account. And no need to pay attention to the character icon on the selection screen as that won't show up till you fully log into the server

wait a minute or so. it takes a while to load for me as well on bluestacks.
I used to play earlier and it was fine. Didn't run it for a while, and today it asked me to redownload the game from google store. And after that only black screen, I was waiting like 10-15 minutes

Why is the event battle stages saying its ended

i clicked the battle from the main menu and it just kept telling me it ended

i got a prob.. so everytime i play event stages it always wont register the first win on tge progress bar
The first time i cleared up a stage on event (like now, the hololive collab) it always says zero progress.
i always get the first (lets say 25% on 4 clears stage) progress on the second run..
After that it behaves normally.. but its getting one my nerves. is it only me? Or is it a common issue?
That's most likely due to the fact that you're thinking about the story nodes. To give an example: when you complete T1, you unlock TS2 which is a one clear, story node in place of T2. You need to complete TS2 to unlock T2. So you're completing TS2 instead of actual T2
Yea i feel like ive seen the TS title before clearing it... wow is this implemented from events before this? If so since when?
There have been a couple of events w/ this feature. Ones that come to mind off the top of my head would be Ashen Simulacrum and the more recent Italian event

If you're stuck on the load screen try changing your connection from network to wifi or to vpn.
Make sure you restart your phone / app / router to refresh all this
If you still have issues but can reach the landing page you could try the repair files option.
If you can't reach that but have your account bound, you could try reinstalling.

During battles and what-not, all screens will be formatted to a specific ratio regardless of the device's own screen ratio(and all blank areas will be filled w/ the grey bars). We do have suggestions written down to have the ability to turn it off or something similar but we have no ETA of when/if it'll be changed, sorry to say

The issue is I've done a factory reset on the phone to wipe my mother's old data and put the phone to my name, etc. Because I didn't do the data transfer stuff, obviously now I can't get into my account or even use my name. I sent a message to an email I saw recommended for this kind of thing but the response I got was in japanese. is there anything else I can do? I can list various things about the account to verify I own it, though obviously I'm not going to state it in public since it's the only way i can confirm my account that I know of.
you probably emailed the JP CS then. email the EN CS and they can help you recover your account. you need either your UID or your username and what server you play on.

mainly there was like a maintanance message that kept popping up when i type in my UID and i choose to ignore and proceed and type the code and ended up getting the skin deliverd to the mail

Hey guys new player here. After a mess i created Iearned that the same account cannot be used on another server and instead creates a new one. My question is im going to create and finalize a main account and whichbserver is best to pick for NA east coast region

it doesn't really matter which server you pick. (afaik anyways) if you want a recommendation though i'd say either avrora, sandy, or washington. if you want an answer from someone who might know more ask in gameplay-help.

I have another question that might then. Whem learning more about the servers i used a certain username in one of them. I emailed them to unbind the account and reinstalled the game thinking the username would be freed up. Is that username in that server now locked forever? Do they ever delete accounts upon request with evidence? They seemed to have ignored my request or misunderstood
no, accounts aren't deleted. and yes, you cannot use the same username twice on the same server. you can use the same username in a different server though.

Seems kind of petty but im trying to make a new acc on same server. My account is unbinded. Ive wiped cache and data and uninstalled but everytime i open the app, it logs me back in. Its like im magically linked. Any thoughts?

@narrow peak weird. go into your phones files and delete the games files manually. delete the folder at Storage->Android->data->com.YoStarEN.AzurLane clear your cache before you delete the folder to be sure it's gone.

you could just use that account if you want. if you want another one you might have to pick another server if it won't let you restart.
hello~ id like to inquire about consecutive muting and abuse of the report button. almost all of my friends were muted at the same time for no reason whatsoever.

sadly no one can do anything about the mutes. you just have to wait out the timer. and the mute abuse has been brought up by others.

Why are getting my King George V no exp during battels? Exercise ok it is lvl 120, because every other Battles she becomes everytime 0 Zero points. I cant use her for getting enough points for PR ship.

Not entirely sure what you mean by convert, but you're able to bind your Azur Lane account to both FB and Yostar at the same time, yes. Or bind your account to Yostar, then unbind your FB account binding if you don't want it anymore
