Hello Tech-Support. I need to recover a lost account. I binded my game account to my twitter account. But now I can no longer access my Twitter bound account because my Twitter account has been suspended since last Friday. Is it at all possible to have this account recovered? I have my Username and User ID number if you need it.

Interrupting the download probably corrupted the L2D data
so you need to clear it and download it correctly
You shouldn't need to re-log or anything, but it wouldn't hurt to make sure you've bound your account before hand

you close azur lane fully, login to twitter through the app, once it says the account is suspended you switch over and open azur lane
try logging in with twitter (while the twitter app is still running in the background)
it should let you in with no issues

I know there's been issues with connectivity outside of the US in some countries. Try doing simple resets - restart your phone / router and see if it works then. If not, try a VPN

@trim jetty it sounds like corrupted files which will issue a reinstall if repairing isnt working, have you tried restarting the game after initiating the repair?

No, you can't purchase from Mexico since that isn't supported on the Play Store. I know you used to be able to but probably since the last forced update they changed it.

You'll need to bind either Twitter or Yostar to the account, you can then unbind the old FB and subsequently bind the new one.
Alternatively, you may be able to ask Customer Support to do it for you, but there's generally a fairly long wait for responses

I've been trying to contact support via email since September about account recovery and have not been able to get any response. Would anyone be able to help?
Well all support inquires have been asked to be sent in through email. Are you sending it to al.cs@yo-star.com, including all your previous account information (such as in game name, server, UID if possible, commander lvl if possible), and letting them know explicitly that you need help recovering it?
Yes. I have been able to supply all information save the server, but aside from the initial automated response, I have gotten no responses back despite over a dozen followups since September
So what all information of your account did you specifically supply?
Game name, UID, last recorded commander lvl, and screenshots containing such and uniquely named oathed ships
screenshots include a profile screenshot that includes a number of commander statistics
the frustration mainly comes from the lack of any response whatsoever
if I got a "sorry this isn't enough information," it would at least be more constructive than the current state

Yes. The UID is even in the subject header of the email, including the phrase "Account recovery"
That is quite vexing. I do know that the customer support team is still to get more people to help circumvent these type of issues. Unfortunately as for any other any other direct advice, the only thing I could think to suggest would be to try sending them a new email right now w/ all your account information as they just came into office. Perhaps that could help get a speedier response if they see it immediately while in office

i 1st had to download it through APKPure then had to set my Google App store to one of the supported region to download it normally. I've been buying gems without issues for 4 months now.
Hm...well it does seem that the recent APK update has stopped outside currency purchases if the game isn't fully available in your region (or at least made it harder). Though most likely this is coming from Google's side in some way or form as they handle all the currency conversion, purchases, etc
well google shouldn't be since i'm using the same currency as France which is Euro. Kinda make no sense to me tho if they did :/ ...
It could just be b/c of regional differences and not the currency
but that's just a guess currently. A good couple of players have been reporting issues regarding purchases when the game isn't available in their region. Still haven't found a resolution for it though unfortunately

It can take anywhere between 6-12 business days for a response (on the long end). So most likely just take a bit more time. If it gets to that threshold or longer, then please send them another email

I just noticed that the game becomes laggy (when browsing the ships on dock) after the 5 secretary update, I thought this update will fixed it (using LD Player) but on phone it works perfectly fine.
@merry trout Just a debug log mode. Pressing "Hide" will take it away. Steps to activate are in the pinned youtube video if you'd like to check it

@low perch If you haven't already, fully close the app and wait about 10 mins. If you're still getting that error message after that, one or more of your ships is most likely duplicated across fleets. Remove all your ships from your fleet and replace them

@carmine hedge I had this similar problem for almost a week, but just few moments ago I was able to buy something. I got it working by manually updating the google play store app from it's settings by pressing the play store version button.
I just bought some playystore credit but the while my credits shows up on the playstore (and other games) when I try to buy someting in AL the game tells me that I dont have any credit

Figure I should put this here too, but the notch problem still not being resolved is posing new problems. Specifically, the Port Terminal ends up having it's back button so much under the notch on my device, a Samsung S10e, that I had to flip my phone around just to exit that menu. And, yes, my UI settings are already adjusted to keep the already existing menu buttons in reach. However the Port Terminal menu doesn't seem to follow suit.

@spring grotto bug meaning the Port Terminal issue or the notch issue? Honestly the real easy solution that they should be looking at is reversing the change entirely. I'd like to know the genius who greenlit forcing fullscreen without due consideration for the fact just about every phone these days has a notch.

Well then this is going to be the start of a trend, unfortunately. Because this sets a precedent that many of us will always be at risk of getting stuck in menus we really shouldn't when menus have their back buttons placed perfectly under our notches. Rather then pour a fume of frustration over it though let me suggest that Yostar at least look into enlarging the back button in the future so that we might be able to still press it at least.

Hello. Just wanna know if there was any update on what causes these crash/restarts? My game just restarted 5 times in less than 30 mins 3 of those were during contruction. Have you checked if it was the right server? Either if you did it or not, check every server please.
afaik it logs you into the last opened server after logging in on a new device. So it might not be your original server and account data is bound to server

Since the hololive update, I'm also getting network errors. Login seems to work just fine, but only like every 1 out of 3 it will manage to enter the main menu.
It is certainly not a network issue on my end, and I restarted my device.

can you try a file repair from the settings menu in game? To see if it happens to detect anything broken in the files?
It might take a second. But if doesn't detect anything after that point and you've already tried restarting the game and device as well as a file repair, there are two options I could suggest: the first being to open up log mode on your device and then getting a recording of the looping w/ log mode open. Then once you get that recording, report it to Belfast Bot as a bug report for the devs to review when possible. The second option would be to try a full fresh install (w/ a bound account)

Ok I tried the frequent questions and what not. I just redownloaded the game after, MONTHS of inactivity. When I first played, I bound my account to everything, but now when I log in it treats me as if I'm new, I cant even use my Commander name from previously. Is it possible, that because of the length of inactivity, my old account no longer exists?

yea after today update i guess everybody has problem after clearing event stage. Everything is counted but i need to restart game to progress. Same problem on T3 as @cunning token When i restart i can continue. So now i finish stage restart game and continue. Only thing i hate is that i need to reselect the fleets i use for event

@solemn spire you most likely logged in using an account that wasn't linked to your Azur Lane account, for example if you tried to log in using twitter but you never linked twitter to your account it will treat you as a new user. That or you are trying to use a different server than usual

is there a way to manually shoot your ships? Because i saw a tip on the loading screen once or twice that said that manually shooting would get critical hits or something
I think the tip you're looking at is for battleship guns, not your vanguard or any other ships. You can aim their gun manually (instead of letting auto do the job). Also the tip doesn't say increase critical hits I believe, it says 20% more damage.

Hi my accounts been compromised sometime this month. My twitter account has been deleted and somehow they were able to gain access to my account, unbind said twitter account and bind it to theirs. I did get the account unbound yesterday, but the problem is the person whos gained access to my account STILL HAS ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT.
Unbinding and rebinding does not log out of all devices already logged in, so the person can still look at my account, spend gems (they already spent over 1K gems), change fleet etc.
I contacted Yostar support about the matter and asked if they can at least log out of all other devices so the person doesnt have access to the account, and the support told me that its out of their control.
I asked who do I talk to, and the customer support staff has not responded since. Help would be appreciated, thank you.

As far as we know they are. They've only announced the Enterprise skin for the codes

But to retrieve your account, please contact customer support via email at al.cs@yo-star.com w/ your account information(such as in game name, server, commander lvl if possible) along w/ the fact that you need help retrieving it.
