The game just randomly restarts. Screen turns black and you start logging in again. Then just randomly turns black. This is occuring too frequently. Can't farm exp efficiently because of crashes/restart. Who else has the same problem? And is it only with Huawei. I have a Y6 2018 model

gem purchases are late on google sometimes(2% maybe), ios will always be instant
when you buy gems you should get them right away. if you don't then something went wrong and you'll have to send an email.

It's just desync, it happens all the time. If you have notifications on, those phone notifications are correct, in-game is not

is your account bound? you should try reinstalling or switching to data/wifi

Some people are getting that error, but only some. Make sure that you have your APK updated to the most recent update from the Play Store. And if you are, or the update doesn't work, do try fully logging out of your Google account on your phone in settings and then relog into it

Well that would make sure you have the most recent update, but it's not a full guarantee to fix it. But you can definitely try it if you'd like

Nah, that's just a network issue, not a bug. If you're getting it consistently: try restarting your device and/or your network router. Or possibly try using a different network connection

@echo fog You do not. It's just an error that happens for some reason. Make sure that you have your APK updated to the most recent update from the Play Store. And if you are, or the update doesn't work, do try fully logging out of your Google account on your phone in settings and then relog into it

Could not resolve the payment with Google card from Mexico, I tried another payment method but I could not paypal and my phone company did not even know what he was talking about, Someone knows if in the future you can buy again with Google cards of local currency? It's Stanly's skin that was announced recently. It's not in the game yet, but they seem to have accidently already put in the placeholder for it
Hm...I'm personally not too sure. If I had to imagine, it's a desync issue and a restart should fix it and ideally send the extra ship to your dock. You can try that and then sorting your dock by time joined

Is there any reason why some of Tripliz's formal skin lines aren't being said? someone i know saw the lines in the wiki but in game she uses a base skin idle line.
I recently purchased 5 depot expansions (500 gems total) and 5 dock expansion (1000 gems total) this afternoon.
However, when I later went to check some gear in my depot as well as open tech boxes, the maximum stated quantity that my depot could hold was still listed as 300 (the starting amount) and not the 400 I expected it to be (20 slots for each depot expansion purchased)
I've been unable to connect to the AL discord server until just recently, and the in-game chat I asked for assistance in almost 4 hours ago still has not received any response.
not sure why you'd ask for help with the in-game chat but ok. ya it should be 400. in the bottom left corner in the "gear" tab does it say XXX/400? and have you tried restarting the game?
i've tried restarting 4 times. and it still says XXX/300
even tried switching servers then switching back.
Mind you, the dock expansions went through just fine (went from 350 to 400 spaces) but the depot expansions didn't seem to apply at all, however I was still charged the gems for it.
Should I post this in the #bug-reports channel?

Try restarting your phone, clearing the cache, as well as trying a different network just to try out those simple steps first. If those don't work though, a reinstall might be the next best solution

Don't believe anyone in the US has received any update or tracking number as that's the region that is horribly behind schedule (including myself). Most likely it'll just take more time. You can try contacting al.cs3@yo-star.com as that's the email they have stated for those inquires. But most likely it'll be that kind of response

It's regarding the 1st Anniversay artbooks of AL. They were sold a bit ago in celebration of it. There were some shipping issues and the orders have been delayed a bit (by about a month or so specifically for the US). But they're currently sold out of the artbook if I remember correctly

I had it bound, and attempted to log in on the title screen by each of the three options, but none actually put me on my account, hence my confusion.
If you were sure to log in w/ the correct binding credentials (such as the correcrt FB, Twitter account or w/ the correct email for Yostar) be sure to choose the correct server. Your account stays on the server that it was created on. If you haven't tried, please do try logging into all the servers to see if they either start you in the tutorial or have your character
I have checked it with all of my emails with the yostar login, and I only had the one account each on facebook and twitter, and neither logged me in to my account. This was an issue I'd had previously for some reason as well.

Just make sure you sent it to al.cs@yo-star.com and you included your account information and purchase receipt. I sortied only with Admiral Graf Spee to level her (she's now level 75), but the percentage never changed from 8%, it's been like this ever since I've switched devices (around July to August this year)
Roon needs to be the active research. You need to gain at least 1% to see a change.
You also need to do sorties that cost oil. This doesn't include pvp, commissions, or dorm.
She is in development (is there a difference?)

Since around August (beginning or end of July) Roon's combat collection data I hasnt moved from 8% up, even though ive used a fleet the people in gameplay-help told me should work, ive met the requirements but nothing actually continued
Fleet I used Graf spee, a ship I leveled purely from lvl 1 to lvl 70 on the story maps, to try and get "combat data" for roon
Fleet I now use her in, the entire vanguard being heavy cruisers (roon's data didnt go up even when using them for map sortieing)

Im on Chrome OS since literally today, so it cant be a client problem with chrome os in this (which is android boiled down)

How does secretary zoom work, zooming in/out is buggy as hell like it as if its only registering 2 inputs 30% of the time. Then it doesnt save at the end.
you must press the setting to adjust your secretary, use 2 fingers to zoom in, 1 to scroll, and press save at the end

These problems weren't a big bother at first, but when today I tried to buy some gems the game told me that I couldn't use my Google balance to make the purchase. Could you tell what is the promblem and how to get rid of it? Thank you in advance and I apologize for the inconvenience...

Reinstalled it already. Version got updated from 3.1.10 to 3.1.14. Still getting the problem while trying to purchase any type of gems (including the trade license). Sometimes I'm able to get into the Google balance but then comes an restriction of: Unavailable for this purchase.

what are some good settings for bluestacks so it can run smoothly?
Making your emulator run smoothly has to do with your PC specs more than BlueStacks.
Emulators have been hit and miss since the loss of 32 bit support.
If you have the PC power to spare, just jack up the cores you allow it to use and enable any sort of higher framerate settings. DirectX should also allow for the best FPS if supported.

no you don't. if you bound your account you just login at the title screen and select the server you play on.
Where would be the place to go to if a purchase was made but the gems didn't go through?
You would need to contact customer support via email w/ your account information along w/ the purchase receipt. They'll get it manually fixed for you on the backend

so... about my issue from yesterday, after some playing around, reinstalling multiple times, editing settings, and looking around the web for potential fixes, roon is now starting to get combat data again
my first two fleets are currently entirely iron blood except for HMS Unicorn, if i change any vanguard ship, roon doesn't gain any exp anymore again
don't know if this is a bug or something i missed when starting to build roon
the vanguards of my fleets are:
Deutschland, Z46, Z35
Admiral Graf Spee, Z23, Prinz Eugen
Well PR 1 ships only get EXP from certain ship classes. For Roon specifically, the ships need to be Iron Blood AND they need to either be CAs or CLs
I leveled Graf Spee from 1 to 70 using the story-map, which didn't bring any data to roon
she was practically stuck on 8% no matter what

I had looked up spee to verify and i'm not being stupid
she should have met the criteria
Hm...not too sure then. Perhaps you didn't have her activated in the Lab? But that's just a guess

Personally don't know then,sorry to say. Most of the time when it's people having issues w/ the combat exp, they're either using the wrong ships or just underestimating how much 1 mil actually is

i continously thought that leveling spee wasn't enough
until i gave up at lvl 70 - which according to #gameplay-help should've been around 25% at least
