@spring grotto Well, i have to report that the infinite loading bug is still not fixed, i think you confused it with the API bug.
This Twitter post was from the APK they released this early morning (PST tiem). they ideally did fix it, but if you're still having it, try logging out of your Google account completely in your phone settings to see if that helps
Im using emulator, on a region without AL google support, but im just seeing what was the problem, the new update is 3.1.14, im using the 3.1.13, sorry for the false alarm... for now anyway.
They didn't fix the illust./L2D secretary zooming in/out. 
For some reasons they're even adding it as a feature 
the jp twitter hinted they were working on a feature like this. so more than likely the "bug" wasn't a bug. probably forgot to remove it before maint was finished.
Also as Ender pointed out a bit above, EN let us know as well. It'll be kept as is for now and then changed to an actual feature in future updates

Having issues with payment on Oneplus 7 Pro with OxygenOS10. When I try to purchase black friday pack, game just spams me with google store purchase agreements, and 3 more every time I press 1 tap purchase button. Game tries going vertical for me to use fingerprint and confirm purchase, but returns to app a moment later. One time it just crashed.

It is if you got a dupe skin. If you got all the other items in the pack except for the skin, you got a dupe and instead got refunded some gems from it

There were also some players who said that changing their Play Store to a region like USA works or downloading the APK from somewhere like APKPure worked. If you're on Google, they should've sent an email to you automatically about it. If you're on iOS, it'll be in your purchase history but Apple does take a bit of time to clear it to get your a receipt along w/ the purchase information

as for your phone try wiping the game completely from it, not just reinstalling. so delete the cache, delete the game, and delete any leftover files by searching your files for "Storage->Android->data >com.YoStarEN.AzurLane" and any other similarly named files.
back then i used Clean Master to clean the cache for me

hey guys, through a series of mistakes and general confusion when i was trying to transfer my account to a new device, my facebook account is now bound to an AL account i don't plan on playing. i'm able to login to that account, but for whatever reason i receive an error when i try to unbind the facebook. it's not that big of a deal, since i've got a yostar account set up to recover my main AL account, but i wouldn't mind having the extra security of binding my FB to my actual main AL account
is there any process i could follow at all?
You can't unbind if you've only got a single bind on the account. If you want to unbind it, bind some dummy account so you can unbind the FB.

alright, here we go again. so ive had AL offloaded for a while now due to storage limitations. recently i made space and redownloaded because i wanted to play it again. prior to me offloading the game, i had my account bound to all 3 of the options (fb, twitter, and yostar). so i log in with them at the main title screen, but my characters dont seem to really be there

my account had characters on both washington and lexington, however its not showing the icon that i have characters on either
oh ya you can ignore the icon. it's only there to show if you have local data on that server or not. it's useless when you reinstall the game.
just login to the server you play on and your stuff should be there.

If you're stuck on a load screen, my guess is it's your connection being funky. Try swapping your network connection or using a VPN.
Make sure you pulled the latest update from the google play store as well

@glad pike k so your client is synched up with the server and it needs to be in order for you to play the game. sometimes, if your connection isn't stable, your client will desynch or "lag" behind the server. this can result in several issues from being disconnected to possibly infinite loading screens or in your case, a error with a gem purchase.
