New here to Azur Lane, How to create a YoStar Account? Since I downloaded the game via GooglePlay, thought I could bind it. Thanz š
@surreal river once u open the game go to setting and in account click on Bind to Yostar and then it will ask u to put ur email and then once u have typed ur email click on generate and u will receive a code in ur email which u have to type in the place beside the generate button and u will bind ur account to yostar

What happens if you send an email and you forgot to include your UID, Username, and Server?
Pls do not do that purposely cuz the staff will be probably busy and if u forgot, they will ask you to provide those information.
So would sending another email of the information before the staff members reply be necessary?
U should probably do that cuz it will make it easier for them to solve the problem and idk cuz they have already told that when u send a mail provide the info but if u haven't provided there might be a chance that it gets ignored but I am not sure but just to be safe just send them the details

Hi. So I've noticed after the framework update, the game now often closes when put in the background. Battery optimization is still off. I didn't have a new android update that could've changed it. I have 12gb of ram and the game never closed in the background before the update. Is this known or does anyone else have this issue?
By background do u mean at the server selection screen or after that?

@low perch i don't know much abt Linux but u can try downloading Android emulator in it and then download the game from playstore and check if it works I searched the web and apparently these are the best emulators for Linux https://www.ubuntupit.com/top-android-emulators-for-linux-to-enjoy-android-apps-in-linux/
But try out Nox, Memu, Mumu and Bluestacks if it works on Linux

the akashi thing is to raise her affection so she'll send you gifts. it does eventually stop when you receive the last gift. that or it's for her side quest i don't remember. it does stop though

@static iron yes you can. email CS with your accounts UID or your username and server name (incase it's not the actual UID you have) and they can help you recover it.

I've checked and apparently i didnt bind it. Make sense, i haven't used my FB or twitter for years. I guess my only chance is to wait until whatever the problem is fixed.
maybe but if there's not you'll have to reinstall. if you do reinstall you'll have to email CS to recover your account. you'll need either your UID or your username and the name of the server you play on. their email is in the bot message above.

You'll need to spend that excess oil on sorties, buying dorm food, or the major commissions (the ones that cost around 1k oil)

There are no known plans for it. But it's been suggested to have it implemented in game in #game-feedback

My AL account cannot be logged in using facebook. It worked earlier this morning until I decided to reinstall it because of the irritating notifications about the API and the play services not able to connect or something. After reinstalling I tried to log in using my Facebook account but I am stuck with the loading screen. I tried to reinstall it again and tried using wifi and mobile data to log in via FB but it didn't work. I'm still stuck with the loading screen.

@weary ice Gotcha. Hm...you could try clipping out the part of you starting up the game and only have the point of you turning on log mode and trying to log on if you haven't already. If that doesn't work, you can try turning it into a link via streamable or youtube

That's fine. You don't need access to the Play Store version of Azur Lane for this. You just need to go into the Play Store and try logging out of your Google account on there and then logging back in, if possible for you.

But for the starters, the "rub/headpat" lines should only be playing if you have L2D on, which I was able to confirm on my end as I wasn't able to get any of them to play w/ L2D turned off (whether their base skins or retrofit skins). If you say that you're able to get Ayanami to say it w/o L2D, can you get a screenshot of it?
That's not the rub line. That's a standard touch line from Ayanami. Her rub line is "I don't really get it but... I'm a bit happy..."

There are some issues for some people when trying to use third party logins. If you don't try, please try a workaround of logging out of your Google Account in the Play Store and then logging back into it. See if you're able to log into AL after that

Ah, gotcha. It's a known issue for some people right now. If you don't mind, can you try logging out of your Google account on your Play Store and then logging back into it on there. After that, try logging back into AL. We're testing this temporary workaround

Nah, it won't show on the main menu until you fully log into the server since that icon is local side and not server side. If you don't mind just to make sure the email truly isn't abound to your account, can you try fully logging into all the servers? To see if they either have your character or start you on the tutorial?

@topaz sky yea when I put the game into the background by pressing the home button, it closes after a while (what android only does when the application is being monitored by the power config or when ressources get low, but I have 12gb of RAM so enough ressources and power config is set to "not monitored"). it started happening after the framework update and only on my smartphone, not on nox

well usually android closes apps in the background if RAM goes low. it'd make sense for your phone but not for mine, so it has to be an issue with the game

I know the advice is to wait from 8-15 working days, but its approaching the upper limit of that deadline and I would really appreciate any kind of response from the devs, or any other advice?
Unfortunately the only advice we can offer here if you don't receive a response is to send another email to support as a reply to your previous email as a functional bump. Staff has asked us to send all support inquires to their email

Yeah, there are issues w/ the current APK that they've pushed during the updates so they've needed to fix those. And to fix those, they had to rebuild some parts of it and then reupload it to the Play Store
For it still downloading at 100%, that's due to the Play Store. It either shows the incorrect file size or downloads some old extra files (but ideally they'll replace files that're already on your device so they won't take up extra space)

And had to uninstall cause the files got doubled
And phone couldnt take it
If they do, you'd have to reinstall the app at that point if you wanna get rid of them. But again, that's due to the Play Store not correctly overwriting the old files and/or downloading unnecessary old ones

So uh, I am having this issue too where I cant access my game because it gets stuck at the Mikasa login screen... The thing is that I never bound my account so I cant reinstall without my progress being wiped.. What should I do? Just wait for a hotfix or Update?
That issue has already been fixed but only to keep it from happening again. If you're suffering from it, you'll need to reinstall or try to manually delete your cache file for the game. Deleting the cache isn't guaranteed, but it'll preserver your account data

you can ignore the icon in the server list. it's only there to tell you if you have local data on that server which you won't have if you reinstall the game.

Need some help. The login screen is stuck in a connecting loop. I have updated the game to the latest version. The login screen screen is still on Mikasa.
If you are experiencing the Mikasa loading screen (as shown in this screenshot), please try either fully reinstalling the game (only if you have your account bound to FB, Twitter, or Yostar) or try to manually delete your game's cache by going to "Storage->Android->data->com.YoStarEN.AzurLane" @hushed palm

@manic light can you check the store from where u downloaded the game if there is any update
Yeah, did that per someone's advice earlier today. That update cleared a few of the API errors I was getting, but the one for the in-game store says invalid parameters are being passed to the API
Can u try logging out of ur Google play/store and then login back then check if it works

If u have binded ur account u can login from server selection screen
This is the 2nd time i install back this game just to get my old account
Logging out and logging back in to google play didn't work, though now it says unable to login to google play service rather than api error

@ancient marlin on the server selection screen or title screen on left side there is Facebook Twitter and Yostar u need to click on the one u binded it with then select the server in which u were there

did you possibly bind to something else?
I just bind to my fb account
ok its likely u may have forgotten 
The last time i play it just have 2 bind option if i not wrong
contact customer support with your username and server and ask them for account recovery
