2, there should have been an update in the app store for the game that fixed that issue. if you're using an apk instead then get the latest apk from wherever you got it from.

well depending on what kind of loading screen it is there's different fixes. if it's the 3 manjuu's then it's typically a connection error. if it's the startup loading screen then it can either be a connection error or corrupted data. if it's corrupted data they have to reinstall the game.

i look on the server list and there is no characters there
ya you can ignore that icon next to the servers. it's only for client side saves. which you won't have if you reinstalled the game.

ok so apparently it has to do with your email. since you used the same one with FB and twitter that you have with YAS it won't let you bind them.
as for a solution you'll have to use a different twitter/fb with a different email attached to it then your current one. (or just change your email in twitter/fb settings)

if you're running a low end pc then emulators are going to be laggy for you. you can try other emulators if you want though. nox or bluestacks might work for you.

ya because the recent maint update removed support for the x86 architecture and now emulators can't run the game smoothly anymore. most emulators mostly use the x86 architecture and somewhat use the arm architecture as well. them using the arm architecture is the only thing that even lets the game run right now. so it's up to the emulators to further support the arm architecture.
so for now you're going to have to find an emulator that doesn't lag or use your phone.
@sturdy pike then sadly there's nothing the devs can do about that since your account is already bound with them. if you have the twitter or fb apps installed try deleting them and logging in then.

yes it is because of the pc and emulator. the game no longer supports the x86 architecture which is what most emulators use. the game now uses the ARM architecture instead which emulators barely use.

they didn't break anything. this change is an enforcement by google as it's phasing out support for the x86 architecture.
JP version isn't broken
for the vast majority of phone, there's no issue with switching the architecture. it did cause some new bugs though which is kind of expected when switching something like that.
as for the jp version are you playing on a phone or emulator? and how powerful is your pc?

I'm using an obscure emulator called tian tian player x64, it's all Chinese but runs 60fps quite stable.

i need help, so i started playing azur lane on Lexignton server and played a bit til Lv21, then bound my account to my email with this yostar function and saved it, after that i wanted to add my friends who recommended me azur lane but they were on a different server so i started again playing with a new account on the washington server after a bit of process my dumbass wanted to save the game again with my e-mail i used before and i did this yostar process again, it logged me into my old account on lexington server. if i try to start the game with the new account on the washington server it leads me back to tutorial and im not able to get into my account on washington server :C

@tired jay that's really weird. it shouldn't have deleted the other account like that. k well you'll have to email CS with either the accounts UID or it's username and the name of the server (washington in this case)

GpG is the mandatory game framework for PlayStore Games
they have to compile with it, and some API calls go through it
not having it updated creates some login issues
but it should be fine if your Google Services are fully updated, even if you don't have GpG installed

well the endless restarting could be because of corrupted data. for some reason people downloading with wifi can cause a data corruption now. (i'd guess it has to do with the after maint update overwriting files and corrupting them that way)
the corruption happens when they update the game
since the devs are pushing the full game package (~1.4 gb), there could be some leftovers from the older game data, which was running on API Level 19 (android 4.4)
forcefully switching from 19 to 22 is known to have this issue, so a full reinstall is usually recommended

the game leaves the data intact if you uninstall it
you need to delete the following folders during a reinstall:

Just stopping by to say I fixed my Bluestacks stuttering/lag problems by uninstalling it and reinstalling the 64-bit w/ VT enabled version. Make sure to backup your control schemes though! They're in: ProgramData\BlueStacks\Engine\UserData\InputMapper\UserFiles
ofc this only works if you have a processor that supports VT.

if you're in an Asian country, change your device DNS with the 1.1.1.1 app
on iOS, this can be achieved by going into wifi advanced settings and setting 2 dns servers: 1.1.1.1 & 8.8.8.8

most Asian ISPs fk with the DNS, so it needs to manually be changed most of the time

@deft crypt just a heads up, you cannot unbind all of your binds, yostar must be unbound by customer support and if you only have 1 bind like twitter, you’ll be prompted by an error that keeps you from unbinding to protect your account, cs can unbind this as well

Greetings, i have tried the lastest update, it fixed the Api Error 200240, but now after i try to authorize the Twitter bind the game just keeps stuck in the loading animation in the start screen, that happens in both LDP and Nox, anyone else had that problem?

Already unistalled Twitter before trying the latest AL update, thatTwitter app never worked, and root is already disabled, so the only thing left is to delete these files.

yes the mods can talk with the devs.
and yes they do test stuff on their test server before they release it. though the live server is different from the test server they use.
it's not that different, it's just a sandboxed version of the game
that should use the exact same things, but with a special variable to limit the outside communication so things don't get leaked

@light plover Deleting these files, full install, no root, didn't worked in LDP, still infinite loading, by the way the Android version of my Nox is 5.1.1 the problem there is not having an older version.

you can't really. a low end pc won't be able to run the game smoothly anymore with emulators. you can try out other emulators and see if any of them run smoothly for you though. (personally bluestacks works fine for me)

Hello, @sinful yoke, about YoHstar account binding, it's supposed to work if you first put your email and code in the in-game account settings, and then on a new device you just put your email and generate a new code on the YoHstar option and then select your native server right?
I only get send to the Bismark tutorial battle.
you generate a code on the normal account in settings, input it, and it will say Yostar Connected
then you go to the 2nd device and login, generate a new code, inpput it

The old devide is LDP version 3.36, which stoped working when i tried to install the latest LDP update to solve the recent issues, that updated emulator doesn't has any of the old data, i have it binded to Twitter so im not too scared about losing everything but i want to be sure that i have a more reliable way to recover my account the next time i can acces the game.
yostar binding is generally the most reliable
though im not sure what happened inyour case
From what you wrote it seems that i had another problem entirely, email not being conected even after generating the code, well i will try to elaborate more on that issue once the infinite loading screen from Twitter gets fixed so i can go to the in-game settings.

after the AL update my nox emulator gives me abysmally low fps. is there a work around or should i try another emulator?
there's no work around besides trying out other emulators. if none of them run smoothly then you'll have to play an a phone/tablet until the emulators either switch or support the ARM architecture.

I noticed earlier that you said that if you try to bind your account on the start screen it can overwrite your account. I was reinstalling the app and tried to log in from the start screen, and now my old save data is nowhere to be found.

I did bind it originally. The only reason I uninstalled it in the first place was because I was having issues getting it to do an update.

no you will need to make a new account for it and ask customer support to unbind it
or you can ask them to merge it to your original account, just make sure to provide all details like uid, username, and server

Hello :) I have this problem where I have two accounts which is binded with a single fb and twitter account (I don't know how that happened). Every time I log in in my phone it directs me to my Main Account but whenever I login to my friend's phone, it directs me to my old (dummy) account.
I'm about to switch into a new phone and I'm afraid that when I logged in it, I would be directed into my old (dummy) account. What should I do?
which account you login to entirely depends on which login method you use. if you know your main account is bound to fb then only login with fb. (vise versa if it's twitter)

In the recent couple of days I've been experiencing the issue of being stuck on an infinite loading screen after logging into my Twitter account
I've tried multiple ways to get it working such as changing networks, restarting the device, clearing the cache and trying a fresh install (also the app is up to date with updates)
So I was wondering if I should email Yostar for account recovery or if there's another solution?
