Gotcha. I would say try logging into all the servers just to double check if they either have your character or put you in the tutorial. But if that fails, contact customer support via email w/ your account information (such as in game name, server, commander lvl if possible) and they'll look into it for you

Greetings, i have some questions regarding a recent problem, as you migh know emulators have some sort of API problem that doesn't let you use your binded account, i heard that the work around is having the latest Twitter or Facebook app installed and login in it before login in Azur Lane, the problem is... LDplayer Twitter App stops working inmediatly after i open it, and in Nox the App flat out fails to install.
Older enough versions of Twitter work for installing but not to open Azur Lane with my binded account, any help? it seems that my problem is Twitter more than AL in this case but if other people can do that work around in these same emulators then someone might know how to fix it.
