For those who's encountering Mikasa and Unlimited loading screen, try to delete the cache folder through your file manager if clearing the apps cache is not working

Hi my friend is having problem with the game, he got new mobile and when he login on the account he start tutorial and are level 1 again. any clue how to fix this? (server Sandy, his account is binded with facebook, he could login on his old mobile and on pc(nox emulator) with no problem but on his new phone he get tutorial
Also, game size keeps going up. went from 2.6 before first update to 3.8 and is now at 4.11 GB

This is exactly exclusive to this game, but why do I have to use wifi to download any patches that are bigger? I have a unlimited data plan and it feels rather inconvenient and dumb to switch to wifi which has slower speed and less reliable in general

Hey. I have already downloaded the game twice from google play. But at startup, after showing the logos, I just have a black screen. Nothing helps. There was no such problem before the update.

@sterile magnet Try restarting your device and clearing the game's cache firstly to see if that solves the issue as your game is out of date and/or corrupted. If those don't work, you might need to fresh install (preferably over Wi-Fi)

@cedar silo Hm...I'd say try using a different network connection (possibly also a free VPN) to see if that clears up the issue. If it doesn't, you could possibly try downloading the app from a trusted third party site such as QooApp or APKPure to see if those work to try and narrow down the issue

It's not game breaking, just kinda bothersome.
Is there any advice on fixing the UI ratio? I know about the slider, but what ever the developers changed I can't the ratio back that I had before the update. I use a Galaxy S10e for context. Everything about the game itself is fine, but it's like.....the home menu UI just isn't spaced like it was before. The right side is no longer against the edge of my phone screen like it was. Now, I know the slider can expand the ratio so that it does touch the edge. The problem is that doing so puts the back button in the upper left right under my camera which is a problem.

So google play update isn't safe right now with mikasa login screen keeps on popping up. Can I try qooapp/apkpure?
If you're consistently getting that issue from downloading it from the Play Store, you can definitely try it from those sites. But be sure to use a stable internet connection (such as Wi-Fi) when downloading the game if you aren't already. This can cause a lot of issues

So, I updated via the play store, reconnected my Twitter, logged in to my server successfully, and then an infinite Loading message appears... anyone encountered this bug before? Galaxy Note 10+, if that helps

Apparently Genymotion isn't running its android devices through ARM architecture... who here is being able to run through emulation on something that's NOT Bluestacks?

Hm...maybe try a different network connection if it says loading. If that doesn't work though, you might need to reinstall as it could be a corrupted install at that point

You'll go to your settings in your device, go to storage, find AL under apps, open up options for AL, and you should see the option there

Okay. If that didn't work, that seems to be just a full on failure to connect to the servers. Try restarting your network router or using a different one. If that doesn't work, try a free VPN to see if that solves it

I have the same API issue and unable to login to my account, for a bit more information: I uninstalled the game after the update was over, reinstalled from APKPure, downloaded about 230mb update in the client itself, initially I logged into the wrong server (Lexington) with my linked account too, then went back to the right server (Washington) but I still got the "tutorial" and not logging in to my linked account, friend apparently doesn't see me on friendlist anymore, will post logs in a second

I cancled the download and switched to download with my data, not only is it faster it's more stable.. wish I'd done that in the first place haha

@strong karma Hm...well if you've already tried everything else (such as reinstalling, etc) then it means something wrong happened to your account on the backend and you'll need to contact customer support via email for them to look into it for you

Generally, the consensus I've seen is that of the account binding options you should do Twitter over Facebook. Those of us who binded to Twitter have had far fewer issues, if any.

I only Twitter linked. Players in the past on previous updates have had issues particularly with FB, hence I suggest you do Twitter if you can.

@main sun total size for me on android came to less than 1GB. It was like 700 MB or so. Apparently it's a known issue file sizes are not always displayed accurately though

I came here to report i'm getting a "loading" loop on the title screen, and the title screen is the Mikasa one rather than the new one.
In the meantime though, try a free VPN. Perhaps it's the servers VPNs going bad and applying your own will solve it

I have an iPhone X. My app crashes as soon as the “press to continue” text appears and the Twitter/Facebook icons appear. Immediate crash every time. Restarted phone, reinstalled multiple times. No luck. Still crashes. It works just fine on my old iPhone 6s tho lul

My iPhone 6s, the phone it still works fine on, is on iOS 12, but the iPhone X is on 13.2.2. And I haven’t been able to get log mode to open on the iPhone X. I’ve tried it several times. It opens on the iPhone 6s, so I know I’m not just being super stupid about it

Anyone play on a Pixel 3XL? With this update now using the full screen, the notch basically cuts off one side of the interface, rendering any buttons there almost unusable - the scaling option in the settings doesn't scale enough to get it out of the way

@sacred drift Do you mean that you choose 4-5 (or however many) and you only see 1 on the main screen. Or that you choose them, and they don't get selected on your selection screen

anyways, a bit of a nuiscance issue since the login problems are more serious but the comission screen has problems detecting lvl 100 ships or higher

Umm I tried to log in and the game tells me there's an update, but when I press update it sends me to app store but I didn't download the game thru app store. It worked before where if I press update it would show the progress bar and start downloading

I'm using my android, I installed the update, and binded my data to my twitter. I haven't gotten a message saying the binding has failed. Still at the main screen with the loading manjuus

My Bluestacks can't even get past the logo screen at the start...
Fixed my issue, force closed the store then cleared its cache, re downloaded the game and after sitting on the installing phase for a few minutes the prompt came up

@real stirrup I'm not too sure what you mean, sorry. If you're getting that error, you'll need to either place another bind on the account (whether it be Facebook or Yostar), or contact customer support via email so that they can manually unbind it for you

@spring grotto the story goes, my friend played azure lane on old mobile, and took a break from it and got a new mobile and logged in on new one with facebook because through it was binded but it wasen't and now new phone binded to facebook so he get tutorial, and when removed it from facebook the game won't let him unbind it from the new mobile only giving him error message. moral story he need to unbind it so he can bind the old one to the new one, first we through it was server problem(that it was on another server but it seemed to be a binding that didn't exist when he through it existed.

well well, a new discovery has been made. apparently my account is STILL up, but it just WONT let me login with it. it's like i just made a Ghost login inside the original account, but it detects it like if it's another account instead of the original, and i know this cause when i went through the tutorial cause i gave up and i tried to reuse my name... this happend:
my account still exists. but it wont let me login with the original Email
so the accounts are not lost, we are making ghost logins

If you are experiencing the Mikasa loading screen (as shown in this screenshot), please try either fully reinstalling the game (only if you have your account bound to FB, Twitter, or Yostar) or try to manually delete your game's cache by going to "Storage->Android->data->com.YoStarEN.AzurLane"
Also please be sure to make sure your app is updated to the most recent APK update on the Play Store

Basically it's just having the ability to set multiple girls as your secretary (up to 5 depending on your campaign progress). They randomly switch whenever you return to port or press the switch button on the home screen. But only the furthest left one on your selection screen will get affection points
If I’m on iOS and reinstalling the game didn’t work am I basically screwed until whatever is affecting me is fixed. My game crashes once I get to the splash screen and doesn’t even give me a chance to log in.

I had the Mikasa loading screen error. I reinstalled and signed in with fb, and got sent to tutorial again. It was definitely linked to fb prior since it was an authorized app on my fb acc
If that 293.23mb is just the part that downloads in the app then you are wrong Axel since the download in Google Play is at 1.44gb for me so far

Such as, fully restarting your device, clearing the game's cache, commencing a full reinstall if you want to try that as well (but that should be a last resort)
