Can i transfer my account on sandy to other server?
@tender warren Tell them to try relogging into the game after closing it for about 10 or so minutes. If that doesn't work, it's possible that they did retire them on accident. They could try contacting customer support via email, but it's not guarantee sorry to say

You most likely don't enough oil for it. And while your actual fleet might be able to slip by the oil cost, if you have auto subs turned on, those'll cost you as well
What exactly is the issue? Did you uninstall or something of that nature?
Did you have the account bound to FB, Twitter, or Yostar?
Well there is no game center binding. The only options are FB, Twitter, or Yostar. But if you believe that you did bind to FB in the settings menu in game while you logged into the account before, then you just need to follow these two steps to recover it. And please be sure to pay close attention to the second step

Well you can't bind two AL accounts to the same FB account, you'll get an error instead. So if you were able to bind that new account to your FB, it means that you didn't have your account bound to it

Yes, if it's your only bind option, you'll get an error when trying it disconnect it. The game requires you to have at least one bind once you've put one on the acccount

Hm...there are times when account stay on some Android devices even after a re-installation. So you could definitely try that to see if it works. If it doesn't though, you'll need to contact customer support via email w/ your account information so that they can help you recover it

If you were able to use the exact same name, you're on a different server than your original account. AL accounts are never deleted off the database so it should still be there
Does capitalization change anything?
Yeah. Capitalization does matter to the filter, iirc
If you'd like, use the friend search feature in the game and look for the old account's name to see if you can find it on that server. If not, it's almost certainly on a different server.

@carmine hedge you should be able to bind your facebook account anytime to your game, even if you install anew. In the login screen you should be able to bind facebook account etc.
@carmine hedge Hm...it seems like the game isn't loading correctly. If you haven't tried it already, try clearing the game's cache as well as trying a different network connection

Hello, so I previously had this issue when I bought the 80 dollar gem pack it didn't instantly charge my card but it gave me a Google play receipt which was a first for me
So I sent an email to yostar support telling them about the situation but never got a reply, and only today I just got charged

Silly fixes while you wait could include clearing your cache and trying to log in again or re-installing again, but that's a wild guess.

so step 1. create a new account and bind something on it twitter/fb/yostar your choice
2. get the UID for that account as well
3. send the screenshot of your account in the email and include the new account, ask them to merge the binds onto joroguma because thats the account you want back

ok well you can try to login on an emulator or another device and bind your account to FB or yostar. (yes you can have all 3 bound at once and it's recommended you do so if you can) other than that you won't be able to play until the twitter issue resolves itself.
you can try to reinstall twitter on your ipad if you think it might fix it.
@silk heron yes it is but to do that you need to have a second bind on the account as you cannot remove the only bind for an account. so if you want to switch fb accounts you'd need to first bind twitter or yostar as well to switch the fb accounts.

then you didn't bind that account. and again even if the account isn't bound you can recover it. but either way if switching to a different connection type isn't working you will have to reinstall the game. (or if you want, wait a while and hope it fixes itself)
i tried waiting but it didnt work too. i slept till like a few hours and i open my game then the next thing i knew when i woke up, its still in the same loading screen

they both work but only do 1. don't worry about the automated reply if you've sent over all the info needed. just wait for a human response. email response time is 8-12 business days.

I binded my EN Azure Lane Account with the ingame Yostar method, means they sended me a Digit Code to my E-Mail address, no Facebook or Twitter. So everything was fine until yesterday.... I started the game and had to do the Tutorial again. For some reason my Yostar Bind/Link was gone and i dont now how to recover the Account or if its even possible, cause the old Code is not usable anymore 30 minutes and thats it. If they don't see it in the App Store or Google Play Store, then it's not. They'll need to download it from a trusted third party site such as QooApp or APKPure

I have a really really big problem with the 1st Anniversary Illustration Collection. The album arrived 1 hour ago, sadly the package was soaking wet, so was the album. It has been greatly damaged mostly at the top/middle side, because of that the whole book is wrinkled. (I already took some pictures of the book and the package as proof)

Hello everyone, I just encountered some kinda bug with the Skin vouchers. I bought the U-47 Skin for gems while a voucher for it was active, and when it expired just now it apparently reset my purchase as well. If I want to apply the skin again, it‘d cost me another 880 Gems. Any way to fix this?

I did! It did take away my gems, I purchased the 39.99$ pack, got the double on first purchase (4800); had 4970 in total. I purchased the Tirpitz one as well, so I spent 2060 in total. The fact that I have 2910 left is the only proof I can provide now I guess.

Well if you downloaded the app from a trusted third party site (such as QooApp or APKPure), you don't need to delete the app to update it. Just simply update it from your provider's site

Don't know where to put this so i am saying it here, I recently got the dorm for the, summer water park, and it put the own sticker on it.
After thaf i got the other things for it the extra stuff, but I noticed it looked really weird, but didn't pay attention to it. Fastforward to now and I double checked on the them part of the store
And suddenly i see i didn't get all the waterpools. And it put sold on it and i wasted my coins on extra stuff.

That's intended of how it works. The game doesn't count dupes for you to "have" the set
It's been suggested to have it switched to where it does also buy the dupes, but we don't know of any plans for it to be implemented

So I tried moving Azur Lane to my SD card to make room for the update. It moved 64 kb of data to SD. Tried moving it back to device and it won't move. I figured out how to format my SD to serve as internal storage for the room I need, but I am worried that it will make AL unplayable and I will lose data. I have my account bound to twitter, and I have UID and IGN saved as well as server on my PC, so I should be able to recover if my stuff goes poof.
But for clarity's sake, will formatting the 64 kb on my SD card corrupt/force me to reinstall?

Once you start the game, the game seems to clean up a bit, so overall the game size shrinks a little. In my case, it went from 2.7GB down to about 2.4GB
