@dusk flower well, according to the devs, phones should be fine, but I have my doubt, so 
@sinful yoke as far as I understand
the developer releases AL that can run on both 32-bit and 64-bit devices
and @dusk flower can run that app, since his/ her OS is 32-bit
and then later they drop support for the 32-bit version and only support the 64-bit, and force update the app through the Play Store (which I assuming from reading #game-news )
the app will stop working after the update, and show the error "This app is no longer supported on this device", since @dusk flower is running an older system
The "phones should be fine" message is just an assumption that any phones that capable of running AL is probably already on a 64-bit system, which is almost every system nowadays

In-game muting can happen for three reasons, one is you were being rude, two trolls being trolls, or someone has it out for you
32 should still be supported but in the case that it isnโt, the 32bit phone issue is unfortunately something I cant help with and can only suggest using an emulator or another updated device if possible

if your emulator can run Fortnite, it can run 64-bit AL, since Fortnite only works on 64-bit compatible emulators

unfortunately, your phone won't work, since it is running an Intel SoC, which use x86 architecture
this AL update is not related to 32-bit or 64-bit
As long as you are running a chip that use ARM architecture (which is most phones), it should works

Hi there. I was curious about how to restore my previous account? I had some IRL issues and had to quit before the binding to Facebook was an issue and I saw on the help section that it may be possible?

I downloaded the app and it started me at the beginning with no option to reload my previous data.

I never said it was. I said it always loaded from my Google play account. It didn't say anything about needing to bind to Facebook at that time, and while I was gone, that changed. I was just asking if it is possible as the game's help section suggested that it was.

"loading from google play account" is binding your account to google play, which al doesn't support. and yes the game from release has always stated in the settings that you should bind your account to make sure it's safe.
and yes you can recover your account.

I know what username I used, mute I'm not sure about the server. Its been since around February I think
its a string of numbers
you will need at least your username and server to recover an account
if you can't remember the server you can (very tediously) check each server for your account by searching for your username.

My account WAS bound. When I started the app this time it switched servers and that's why my account didn't appear

Try Redownloading AL again and attempt logging in through Twitter
upon reinstallation it should follow more or less the steps below
- launch game
- on main page, select twitter on the left side of the screen
- log into twitter
- select server. (this is VERY important, and is one of the most commonly missed things during reinstallation)
- enter the game

in that case it sounds like an issue with your twitter account
like LFire said, AL accounts dont use passwords, so any reference to a passwrod in this case is a reference to your twitter password

My friend recently started playing the game again and has somehow managed to lose his account in the process of binding it to a Yostar account, accidently creating two new accounts, he has no knowledge of his UID, only his username, the server he was playing on and which were his main shipgirls, is there anyway that anybody knows of for him to begin to sort this mess out?
You can't really keep creating accounts.

I think he must of been, I believe he was trying to get it to work on bluestacks

if he didnt touch the login buttons on his phone then his account shouldnt be changed
(assuming he fucked up his bind and simply didn't choose the right server)
now he has to email CS so they remove the yostar bind from the new account and put it on his original.
just need to ask cs to merge the binds, much easier for both parties
but before you tell him that ask him 2 things.
- did he bind in the settings menu or the login screen.
- did he choose the same server he was on before.

On my phone I bound on the login screen because it wouldnt let me do it on the settings screen because I had already used my Emails on the empty accounts
It didnt originally put me on my previous server but I did click on the server to see if anything was there

I did some test for Nox and BlueStacks. By far BlueStacks has a x64 version with x64 Android version, Nox does not. So in the next update, maybe Nox will be skewed?

No, Twitter binding is able to be done by regular users. Hm...is it the only bind on your account? And does the error end w/ something along the lines of 213?

Gotcha. So the reason you're getting that error is bc once you have a bind on your account, the game will require at least one bind. If you try to unbind that last one, you'll get that error. So if you wanna unbind it, you'll need to either place a dummy bind on it (with FB or Yostar) or contact customer support so that they can do it manually for it on the backend

Okay, did you choose the correct server? Your character stays on the server that it was created on. So be sure to try logging into all of them to see if your character is there or if it starts you on the tutorial

Okay. Well be sure to use the correct email address that you bound w/ (this can usually cause some simple problems for people w/ simply using the incorrect email), and generate a new code, and input that new code. Then try logging into all the servers

If you had your old account bound to Twitter, you couldn't have bound the new account to the same Twitter email. You would've gotten an error message. But if your Yostar binding and Twitter didn't work on any server, you'll need to contact customer support via email with your account information (such as in game name, server, command lvl if possible, etc)

If you had your account bound to Twitter, you just need to follow those two steps. If you didn't have it bound to Twitter though, you'll need to contact customer support via email at al.cs@yo-star.com w/ your account information

Well, you have to make sure you log-in at the log-in page and not bind. Accounts never get deleted so you must be remembering your log-in information incorrectly.

if it does not work, you might be remembering the wrong server
so you will have to try all of them just in case

So your account was bound, you sucessfully logged into the game and you had to do tutorial? If yes, have you checked if it was the right server? And regarding your e-mail, yes there is an automated response in case people didn't state their problem in the initial mail

Just to be sure you didn't remember the wrong server, try every server. It should not overbind accounts. Maybe you used another e-mail account for binding?

So I have a weird issue where due to living in Uni Accommodation, the internet sometimes hiccups and very briefly cuts out for me.
Then the game tells me "Connection Lost" but sometimes, if I try to log back in, it tells me "Please do not repeatedly log back into this server."

Hey guys, I'm having real issues not being able to get the game started after downloading it. All I get is a black screen after the logo. I've done a lot of Google searches on the matter but all I've found are threads from over a year ago with no helpful info (*edit, or threads to fix the issue with a pc emulator, which doesn't help me) one of which led me here to this discord.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, cleared the data, and restarted my phone. Any tips, if you've encountered this in the past?

I was bored and wanted to create a new account.
That's what I did then I've created a new Facebook accout for the account and connected. I wanted to play on my cell phone where my main account went on it.
everything worked well, but then I wanted to play again on my main account and it was nothing at all on every login on the account a new accout was created. and in game tell me the game I would be logged in via FB and Yostar. after logging in on another blustaks system, the new acc was always loaded and not my main account. then I wanted to tie that on twitter, did not work. I'm still on the account on my main PC but I want to play it on my phone.
I still have the UID, as well as all login data to FB, twitter and paypal sales receipts

Ah, a Motorola device. So Motorola devices are known to have some issues w/ AL. Ideally though being on Android 8 or higher will usually fix most of those issues

If your device isn't able to upgrade to Android 8 OS or higher, most likely unfortunately. We haven't been able to find any other workarounds for it as far as I know. If you haven't tried already, you could try restarting your device and clearing the game's cache but it's not a guaranteed fix

Oh no, you don't need to have it to use the furniture. But when you click on the "Default" option in the manage, do you see the option to filter it by Iron Blood Winery?

I can't launch AL on my phone since today, the app keeps crashing on the login screen. It worked wonderfully 10 hours ago, I didn't do any modifications since then (went to sleep right after stopping AL). The app still works on Bluestacks. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it didn't change anything

it's about the apk of the game. It gives me errors on the emulator when I try to download it through the google play store and was wondering if anyone knows a safe site to download the apk (and if I can update the game through google play store later on or will I need to download the new apk version every time)
You can get it from somewhere like APKPure or QooApp. Those are trusted third party sites. It won't update from the Play Store iirc (but I could be mistaken about that part), but it's just a simple update from their website, no need to fully download the apk over and over

Hm...one way you can check is by going through your FB and Twitter accounts on their sites and checking under "Apps and Permissions" to see if you see AL under there. If you do, that almost certainly means that you bound it that way. If you think you might've bound it to Yostar, you should've gotten an initial email when setting up your bind so you could check for that
But besides those options, you could try brute forcing it. By logging in w/ all your FB, Twitter, and Yostar possible binds and then checking all the servers to see if one of them contains your account

I lost my account due to resetting my phone but I actually binded my account to my Twitter account (it's listed on the "Apps and Permissions")
Unfortunately, after I finished the tutorial I tried to log in with my Twitter account but it didn't work at all since it says there was an error. (I actually changed my Username on Twitter-- the @)
I also binded a Yostar account but I created one at the startup screen.
Is there a way to restore it by using the Twitter account?
(I know my Username, UID and Server Name)

If you had it bound, you just need to log in w/ it on the title screen of the game and not the settings menu
(the settings menu is only for binding and the title screen is for retrieving your bind). Then after you log in there, be sure to choose the correct server as your account stays on that server

When you only have the one fleet that is mostly why it's like that, but after you unlock fleet 3 and 4 that changes
By that I mean you could clear a fleet number out to assign from scratch

They're at max level for their current limit. You need to limit break them more for them to get more levels

make sure to gather your uid, username, server, and a screenshot of your binds in settings for them

is it possible to disable the poof sound at the end of a sortie?
Issue been around since yesterday, I can't finish my builds and when I do they kept saying no. Only fix I could do is reset the game but it has been too consistent to be considered an anomaly.
that sound is a result of all shots "missing" at once to clear the screen. you can't turn it off without muting all sound effects.
