Yeah, unfortunately the only way is to keep your device the one that's logged in. Also if you haven't, be sure to set your secondary password in the settings menu in game
I have link my all account tw fb yostar and secondary password but he can still use gem buy some event item or reduce meowficcer that's make me unhappy

try logging into all servers if you cannot remember your original server 
you dont have to keep logging in, just click the server and it should let you switch

The game was stored in my SD card, but th internal memory of the phone was full, so I erased the archives in the memory of the phone, but the SD card is the same. So when I want to enter the game, and I can't and appears a black screen

Well it sounds like the issue isn't w/ your account but w/ your install. If you do have it bound, try fresh installing the app. And if possible, install on your internal memory as SD cards can easily mess up w/ installs

if you don't have the account bound, you could try these simple tips but it's not guaranteed to work. Try fully restarting your device and clearing the game's cache
if those don't work, try a file deletion. Steps for file deletion are in the pinned Google doc in this channel

You can definitely recover the account w/ the UserID if need be

I only had my account bounded on the thing with a userid/accid + some random generated password. When twitter binding was first introduced it never worked. It keeps logging in as a new game without my prev acc. So i had to stick with the usual random generated password bind.

Ah a motorola? There are some known issues w/ Motorola if your Android OS is lower than Android 8. If you do have Android 8 or higher, try clearing the game cache as well to see if that helps

Oof. Did not know that was a known issue. I never let it bother me - if it keeps restarting, sometimes moving the phone or setting it down for a few mins helps reduce the frequency of restarts.

Hello, my iphone today decided to do an update all on its own, had to do a hard reset to get it to work again and everything on my phone got deleted, including Azure Lane. Essentially blocking me from getting into my account now.

so i closed the game, reopened, and this started happening

no idea what the global telecom service is but that's probably what's stopping you. try using a vpn instead. you can find some on the app store.

Ordered event building 3x, used quick finisher on all of them, then used Finish All. First ship was normal, second freezed on "loading" and I got to relaunch my game. When I opened it, I still tried to finish my construction and got my 3rd ship but not the second one. 6 cubes and 4500 gold, but I've seen only 1 Hermes and 1 Z35.

double check ur dock and see if the missing ship is already in there - i believe the easiest way is go to set secretary and sort by Time (this way you dont have the stuff from your fleets showing up first)

That system error was fixed a while ago w/ a hotfix. Please be sure to fully close out your app (and possibly restart your device) then reopening the game. If none of those work, please try clearing the game's cache
hello, i've been having an issue lately, my game keeps saying "connection lost" mid duels a lot lately and on some occasions after i press retry it says "another device is logged in"

its likely your connection is really poor, if your connection already isnt great and you are using wifi, it can make your connection worse
that error can pop up due to having an unstable internet connection and it often will dislodge and think you're attempting to logon twice

it might be something w/ how nox interacts and utilizes your network. Have you tried a different android emulator? If so, what has the performance been like?
give a test spin - if it gives much more consistent performance, it's probably something with your installation of Nox, and if you still want to use Nox, I'd look at completing a reinstall.
if it's the same performance as Nox, it could be something unique to your environment that's conflicting with how the emulators are connecting.
Good evening, I re-installed Azur Lane yesterday after taking a break and my account is missing. I know I bound this to my facebook account so that I could play the game through my computer (Nox emulator) and my phone. I made a lot of progress in the short time I played last year and really dont want to start all over again when I did what I was suppose to do. Any help is appreciated.
If you bound your account to facebook, simply log-in to the game through facebook on the log-in page and select the correct server.
what Casey said. The most important thing is after logging in via facebook (button is on the lower left corner of the screen), make sure you pick the right server. If the incorrect server is selected, the system will not see an account associated with the logged in facebook account and will start a new one on that server

Question: about a year ago I had a Motorola, and Azur Lane crashed every ~5 minutes, after asking here, I was told that there was a known problem with moto devices when playing the game. Does that problem still exist? Now I have an old Samsung that doesn't have space to download the game and I'm about to buy a new phone, and the one I'm looking for the most is a Motorola, but if it can't move AL, then I will buy something else

It does seem to be for players if your Android OS is older. Usually around Android 8 or higher seems to be where the Motorola specific issues tend to tamper off

Since divergent chessboard rerun update came the game reloads after way too short time of being inactive. For example when I pause battle and go for literally 10seconds to discord and then I switch back and the game goes to login screen after 10sec instead of continuing. This was not happening before and started exactly with chessboard rerun update. And I talked with a friend and they say it happens to them too

I'd like to have something clarified in regards to communicating with Customer Support. Not sure whether I'm at the "wait for reply" step of one of my inquiries or a "congratulations on failing. try again" one.
They do have a backlog, so there's a decent chance you're at the wait for a reply. what was the nature of your ticket and when did you submit?
Here's what happened: I e-mailed the CS (the "yo-star.com" one) via GMail, got a reply within a couple minutes (do they have some sort of "auto-reply bot to let people know they received the message", by the way?), then I hit reply and sent another. Been quiet for about an hour (which would make sense if the first reply was automated), and then I noticed their reply came from an address different from the "yo-star.com", it had something ending with "mail.helpshift.com".
So...yeah. not sure whether things are "as they should be" and I'm to just sit tight and wait or...something else.
i've never had to message support so im not sure what the flow of messages is and what to expect ( @sinful yoke might know more about this procedure) but from what i've seen so far email inquiries usually take a day or two at the minimum, not to mention it's currently early morning

Hello, I'm having some issues with the game from SEA regions. I can't login or do anything, it's simply stuck in the "Checking for updates" screen and it's the same on both my laptop and mobile. I've tried reinstalling the game but it shows the same screen.

The game updates usually at 3 PM, I tested it at 7 and the issue still remains.

try reinstalling again, make sure all azur lane files are gone from both devices
that loading screen hasnt been used for months, its a tell sign that its installing incorrectly
Are you sure it isn't the loading screen for the game when it has just been downloaded from google play?
because when I was having this issue prior to reinstalling, it had the normal loading screens with Crimson Axis introductions and all that.
And I'll retry downloading after deleting the files manually.

I've tried it on both google play and qooapp, both just "waiting for download".
Other games work and download normally, it's literally just Azur Lane.

Gotcha. Usually when you're having issues installing/updating (basically connecting to the update server) you'll only need the VPN for the updates. Once they're done, you're good to turn it off

Since the divergent chessboard rerun took place the game reload from beginning after being very low amount of of time away. For example Im in the middle of fight I pause it I go to discord write one answer go back it takes around 10 seconds and the game already goes to login screen from beginning it didnt act like that before. or if you don't want to reinstall the game then assuming you are just end user(means you don't do things like linking folder) go to this folder path "/storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.YoStarEN.AzurLane/files/AssetBundles" with any file explorer/manager you have and then search folder named "live2d" without quotes delete that folder and try to launch the game again, after that you can download the live2d file again in the game's menu

And yeah before reinstalling(if you choose this way) make sure you have bind your acc because if not then permanent loss
accounts can be recovered you know
also we have that folder path in pins so you dont have to type it out next time

I am having an issue with my event shop that certain items show up as sold out but i never got to buy them. I sent an email to azur lane support on Friday but they haven't gotten back to me.

well that's odd, I sent an email last night (11h ago) about the same problem (can't buy the oil), got a generic response about lost items(5h ago), there's even in-game mail about lost items. Problem is I haven't lost anything, just can't buy the delicious oil

It's an internet issue in the game when the internet disconnects and immediately reconnects somehow in my theory. Restart your game and it should be fix. @storm marlin
A similar issue exist, but it's with the CN login screen and seems to happen randomly than with internet issues

Don't pay attention to the character icon on the server selection screen, that won't show up till you fully log into the server. So for now, just try logging into all the servers to see if your character is on them

it does, but on in this event, since enemy ships dont move, and you already have no movement restrictions, clearing mode doesnt affect anything
the only boss mode thing only affects non-event hard mode stages based on my understanding of the description

u do still have threat level and dmg reduction from that i believe, so that can help u out, at least a tiny bit
It's not like clearing mode would save you oil.
Clearing mode doesn't work like it does on story hard mode stages. You don't just get the boss to spawn every run.

@warped mountain same question for you. the game is optimized but not for the newest version of android. it works fine for android 8 (and 9 from my experience) but afaik 10 is still in beta so it's not going to be optimized.

android 10 works fine, its just after game updates that the game breaks
ah that prolly explains it but its never a bother to me tbh. i just replied cos i wanna confirm that it happens even if you have 4gb ram.
aside from the 1-2 secs freeze at start of sorties, everything is working smoothly
well there are more things running in the background, its not just al
ok so @shy merlin ypur phone should be able to run the game just fine. unless it's running a version of android the game isn't optimized for yet.
and ya having a lot of background processes can slow AL down as well. trying closing a few things and see if it improves. (restart al as well so you get the full effect)
yea it doesn't happen all of the time so i guess its just background apps
I'm on 8.1.0 for android and i never use multiple apps at the same time (btw don't bother helping, while i appreciate it i don't really care about the freeze most of the time)

@spring grotto I don’t have another network to test with atm, but I’ve been using this one with other devices recently and had no issues. Those devices aren’t taking up bandwidth atm. Should also have more than enough for several devices. And a router/modem combo that can handle them.

Does anyone know how to fix stuttering during the start of a battle?
I'm in b4 in the event and threat level is down to safe. I turned clearing mode on and it seems like nothing happened. The other ships still appear and not the boss. Anyone else have this happen?
The form of clearing mode in which only the boss spawns is only Hard Mode maps of the Story missions. Clearing mode in events just get rid of your movement restrictions along w/ not making enemies move (which this event has none of so clearing mode is effectively useless)

@spring grotto It keeps starting me at the tutorial. Which makes me worried that I have lost my entire roster of ships. I haven't played the tutorial to the end encase it finalizes the guest account. I would not want to restart having over 60% of the roster.

Well if you did log in on the title scree, try logging into all the servers as your account stays on the server that it was created on. So try logging into Sandy, Lexington, Washington, etc to see if they all start you on the tutorial or have your character

I hardly have any internal storage left, and I know AL has an approximately 1GB big file in /obb and a load of files in /data
If I moved those files to their respective folders on my SD card, would AL still function?
It's possible afaik (but not exactly sure how it's done besides just manually copying the files over). But the main issue is that SD cards usually mess up after a while and will require you to do a full reinstall onto your internal

Hm...you could check through your social media accounts on their websites to see if you see AL under apps and permissions. If you don't find it under any of those though and logging into your social media accounts on AL doesn't seem retrieve your account, you'll need to contact customer support via email w/ your in game name and server so that they can check on it for you

Navigating between menus seem so slow, that's why I wanted to redownload some data.
In game, there is not. The only even slightly similar option would be the file repair option for any corrupted files

My bank account had been charged for both purchases, both purchases appeared as “pending” under Apple purchase history, and I’ve received the gems for one of the purchases

I was a little worried it is sometimes referred as x86-64 because it's an evolution of the x86 architecture
cmiiw, x86, x64 (intel, amd) and arm, arm64 (snapdragon etc) is processor architecture, doesn't matter if emulator optimize for arm, if it built on x86 or x64 processor it still regards as x86 or x64 app.
well, most of Android app player is a custom x86 android in a VM
instead of just a straight out ARM emulator

I can see the app update is 15mb but whenever I download it. It'll pass through 15mb and higher and that shows that the update size is 1.24gb.

Yeah, you'll experience no differnece. You'll just need to wait for QooApp to get the update onto their store on the maintenance day and you'll be set. They're quick about getting the updates on their store the day that the updates are officially released.

Collecting the research bugged out, i restarted the game but i didnt get any blueprints.

@chrome yew try restarting your phone and your network possibly. Or using a different network connection. If none of those work, try a free VPN. This issue is that your device is not able to connect to the update servers
@carmine hedge its possible they were sent directly to your depot. Can you possibly tell if theh were?
