Yeah, I think you can't unbind your e-mail yourself. You're going to have to contact them to do it for you.

There are no bugs with ranks. You need to be in the top 1000 to continue to gain ranks.
This is a common issue when starting in the middle of the season.
This season resets on Monday so if you keep up with using exercised and win you should be able to rank up further

Yes, I asked you in another email if my account still exists and if it is possible to recover it, but it did not resonate, I already passed the data of my account, the UID does not remember it.
Okay. Reply to their most recent email with a simple statement of "I need help recovering my account. The account information is:...." That should get the message across to them
I binded my previous account on the settings menu with the yostar account. I tried to bind it to my Twitter as I was trying to use it on another device and it just resets the game for me.
Okay. So if you did bind to Yostar while you were logged into the account, you just need to follow these 2 steps to recover your account. You'll choose Yostar on the title screen, put in the same email that you bound to in the settings menu in game, and then input that new code
And be sure to pay close attention to the second step regarding the server selection

The start menu yostar button still refers to the verification code dialogue for me. Does that mean my account wasn't binded before? Or was it overwritten when I tried to enter the code again? Yes. Everytime you use Yostar binding you need to put in the same email you bound w/ and generate a new verification code. The verification code will be sent to your email. Then you put that generated verification code into the dialogue box

Okay. Using airstrikes and barrages won't cause lines to be used. Only when actual abilities proc will ships say their lines. The reason you hear Hood is b/c when she fires her barrage, her ability has a chance to activate

Gotcha. So yeah, the title screen is for retrieving bound accounts only. Binding is only done in the settings menu in game while you're logged into the account. So you didn't have it bound to anything else then?

Well there is no gmail binding option for the game. The game only binds through FB, Twitter, and Yostar. Do you happen to have your UserID from the account? It's a long string of numbers that would've been found in your profile in game

@tepid abyss Hm...can you perhaps try clearing the game's cache and restarting your device. If neither of those work, please try a full wipe of the game from your device and reinstalling if you have your account bound

I've tried reinstalling and clearing data but to no avail.
When I hit repair the game freezes.
I've noticed that it gets to file 3 and then reverts back to file 1 and then thats when it errors.

I took screenshots before and after this time and according to my dock capacity I did get a new ship from the build, I'm guessing a trash grey, but that's good that it's not eating my resources for nothing. It is however pretty frustrating to have the screen turn black and then the game restarts and I don't see what ship I got any time I hit finish all

Update: yeah it was definitely the twitter app causing the error. Uninstalling the app and Installing twitter lite fixed it for me.

Make sure you're logging into the correct server. Your account stays on the server that its created on. Example: if you played on Sandy, log into Sandy instead of Washington

@torpid rover Okay. If you gave them your fresh account (that had a bind placed on it) and they told you that, that should mean that they moved the bind over to your original account. So try logging in w/ that bind on the title screen and then attempt to fully log into all servers

Well I have an issue with the game says that I have the ship Bailey but yet she's not in my dock I assume that means I may have accidentally retiredrd her or maybe a glitch either way we're in the game what mission would I need to go to to find the character so that I can require the character in game play
@quaint mesa You can only get her from light construction tab. Also, it's spelled "retired" and what you've spelled is a slur. If you don't mind, please edit it

Talking to NotZeroTwo, couldn't say about NoX. Facebook log-in has always been sketchy from what I hear. Gotta try over and over until it works.

its generally easier (and better in the long run) to bind to yostar if you can and try to login with it when you have this bug because theres a very low chance this bug will fix itself

Yes I have a Facebook account but I deleted my game back in February and I just redownloaded it today and I tried to log in and it didn’t retrieve my account
can you try logging into all servers? logging in generally resets the servers to the most recently created server, so if you made an account on lexington, it will be on lexington and not washington (the most recent)

Hm...if you dont know your server you could try this:
Log into each server and go to the friends tab. In the friends tab, search for your old accounts name. If you find it on that server, that's the server you played on

It unfortunately could be a couple of different things. First, make sure your device isn't in any type of power saver setting. The second option would be to try clearing the games cache on your device as some players have reported that as helping their push notification issues
