Er I don't know whether I type this here but I am willing to find any help to solve this issue, and I am playing Azur Lane on my laptop.

I have an issue in getting the game to work, it was perfectly fine this morning when I logged on, but when I clicked to open a tech support crate it suddenly caused the game to crash with a close up image of something that followed where ever I went to on the game so I decided to close it and restart it. This only made it worse and especially so when I tried deleting and reinstalling it that it lead to the point where the game just black outs at the loading screen and restarts itself before letting me click on the continue screen.

Okay, if you logged in there, you just need to choose the correct server as accounts stay on the server that they're created on. So on the title screen, go to the server selection screen and choose your old server. And if the first one doesn't work, please do try logging into all of them to see if they have your character on them or if they still send you to the tutorial

@brisk sky Currently using TouchVPN. Has free access to US and UK but not JP. You'd want to close the store, delete all saved accounts, switch on the VPN, relogin with your account and go to the store.

Ah, so it's the only bind on your account? That's the reason for it. If it's the last bind on your account, the game won't allow you to unbind it. You'll either have to put another bind on the account or contact customer support via email so that they can manually get it unbound for you

Okay. Try looking into your FB account under apps and permissions to see if you see AL there. If it is, that means you most likely bound to FB. As for Yostar, you would've received a confirmation email from them if you might happen to still have it. But do try these steps for retrieving though. Only use steps 4-5 for retrieving. Heyo, I was wondering if clearing the data on AL will help with the problems with it such as the game restarting itself constantly without me being able to click on it to open to the game. I also have it on BlueStacks so I have no clue if its the app itself or the emulator with the files on my laptop.

if you did and don't have your stuff - please check what server you logging into, if it was over a year ago - it's probably one of the first servers

You have to be logged into the account Chiorisad But if none of the previous steps worked before, I'd suggest try restarting your device perhaps and log in w/ Twitter on the title screen again just to try it once more to confirm it's not working. If that doesn't work though, you'll need to contact customer support directly via email so that they can look into your account on the backend and help you w/ recovery for it

i have no idea why it gives the "ip restricted" error. ik a while back the game was getting blocked by phone companies outside the US (and EU if iirc) so maybe it's another form of that? i'm not sure if there's a way to fix it. try calling your phone provider and see if they have any info. for now there's only the workaround of using wifi or a vpn. sorry.

I'm having a bit of an issue with constant disconnects (Network Errors). It would happen every two seconds and sometimes just boot me to the login screen. Even had a scary "Your account is logged into another device" pop up which prompted me to activate a secondary password for AL, but I still get these network errors after clearing the cache, relogging, and flat out reinstalling the game. This is the only game I'm getting network errors with so I doubt it's my connection. I'm on Android 9.

I even got a flat out "Your account is logged into another device" got disconnected, tried to reenter the game, got a "Login failed" clicked again, then got "Please do not try to log in this many times to this server" or something like that, then I was able to get back in.

Yeah, those are network issues. Hopefully the next time it does happen, the logs can tell something. And just to ask as well, have you tried restarting your network connection or trying a different one? Just to test them out

Not aside from just the cellphone service, but I don't really like to use that. And the network errors are sporadic without any rhyme or reason as far as I can tell. I started playing a little over a week ago and had these network issues. Then suddenly they stopped unless my phone was off for more than a few minutes, and then they started up again today.

Gotcha. Well as no one else has reported such network issues (much less in the US), I'd first be inclined to believe it's coming from client side and not server side but you did say that no other game is giving you such an issue. So it is kinda odd.

It does have me a bit worried that someone may be trying to access my account, but nothing has ever been tampered with on my account, even today before I added the secondary password. The only thing I could think of is maybe when I tried to wipe the account data on Azur Lane when I was just starting, I deleted the AL Folder from my internal memory (not a rooted phone) but the account I had there was still there no matter what I tried to delete on the phone or how many times I reinstalled. But I doubt that could result in so many random network errors.

Yeah, from what you're saying, there's no issue w/ people getting on your account. That error message (someone has logged onto your account) can pop up due to a poor connection to the game. Something along the lines of it's trying to reconnect and creates multiple instances

That makes sense.. I mean for now... The network errors seemed to have stopped aside from the aforementioned automatic disconnect when the phone is asleep for more than a few minutes. But I just want to be sure that these errors aren't a result of something else. It's also weird because I have played AL in the past, around the first month of release and didn't have these issues either.
