Er I don't know whether I type this here but I am willing to find any help to solve this issue, and I am playing Azur Lane on my laptop.
I have an issue in getting the game to work, it was perfectly fine this morning when I logged on, but when I clicked to open a tech support crate it suddenly caused the game to crash with a close up image of something that followed where ever I went to on the game so I decided to close it and restart it. This only made it worse and especially so when I tried deleting and reinstalling it that it lead to the point where the game just black outs at the loading screen and restarts itself before letting me click on the continue screen.
the events are time limited. So the further rewards are locked behind days






. Still have the receipt and probably everything needed. Can I expect help?

But if none of the previous steps worked before, I'd suggest try restarting your device perhaps and log in w/ Twitter on the title screen again just to try it once more to confirm it's not working. If that doesn't work though, you'll need to contact customer support directly via email so that they can look into your account on the backend and help you w/ recovery for it

but Google didn't send you an email confirmation to your Gmail? As those confirmations contain the purchase receipt
