Well unfortunately the nickname wouldn't be helpful at this time. If you had the UID, I'd be able to check the binds. But if you don't have it, there are a couple of things you could try. The first would be to go onto your FB account on their website, check under apps and permissions, and see if you see AL under there. If you do, that highly means that you had it bound. The other option is to just log in on the title screen w/ your FB and then log back into your old server to see if it loads up your old account (and be sure to choose the correct server as this causes a lot of confusion for players)

Well, if you're not able to find the AL account on your FB account and trying to log into FB from the title screen on AL doesn't retrieve it either, you can still recover it. You'll just have to go through customer support via email at this point so they can help you w/ the account

So if you successfully logged in at the log-in screen via facebook, 99% chance you've simply selected the wrong server

I cleared 3-3 three times and successfully cleared those 3 stars
but it still says 68% threats eliminated even though each time i defeated all enemies..
the first 2 times got me to 68% but now it's stuck on that number and isn't increasing...
idk what to do
The threat will only increase after you clear the stage (this is by killing the boss. Killing all the enemies or getting those stars does not matter for the eliminate threat). 3-3 takes a total of 3 clears to get at 100% clear. If you're saying that you've done it 3 or more times and it's still staying at 68%, try closing the app fully and waiting 10 or so minutes

Okay. Be sure to choose your correct server then from the title screen. Your character stays on the server that it was created on. Ex: if you played on Sandy, log into Sandy instead of Washington (and don't pay attention to the character icon on the server selection screen as that won't show up until you fully log into the server)

I sent an email about not recieving gems I paid for last months on the 11th. I've followed up 3 times on it and was told here it would be a 1 week, then 11 day, then 15 day wait. it has now been 30 days

I installed azur lane on nox and getting that error where if you try to log into facebook or twitter it crashes azur lane. However I know azur lane works on nox as I have used it on it before. Is there a fix for this?

the only solution for that is to wait it out until it fixes itself and play on another device. in this case though maybe try reinstalling nox?

Ok I got a workaround. I bound it to a yostar account from my phone and used that to log in.

Those lines aren't used in game due to the fact that they're not voiced at all. CN will use unvoiced lines but JP/EN will NOT use unvoiced lines so they were reverted back to Roon's default lines. If/when they do get a CV update for it, we'll get the new lines

Well Gmail was never a login option for the game. It's always been FB,Twitter with Yostar later down the line. But do you happen to have your UID from the old account?

Hello I'm experiencing the following problem: my Shouhou ship went "in challenge mode" despite I'm level 58 and I shouldn't have access to it. As a result of that, trying to retire her results in the display of a "UndefinedLanguage:word_shipState_activity" error and the operation fails. I cannot even use her as enhance material: same error is displayed. Despite all that, I can still add her to a fleet and play with her. Really don't know what do do.

@vocal jungle gotcha, unfortunately theres no other way to bind than in game with a keyboard, if you have a phone with AL, you can start a new account, bind in settings, then contact customer support to merge the binds of the new account to your original account
if you do the latter, make sure to send usernames, servers, and UIDs of both accounts

Hm...just username should ideally be possible but it would require a bit more work. There is a possible workaround you could do to find your server: log onto each server, go to the friends function, and search up your username. B/c the chances of someone using the same username should be low (especially if it's a rather unique one). That way you get the name and server down

Howdy. I sent a message to customer support September 29th, understand the wait, no problem there. But my problem in short is I didn't understand to log in with twitter on the title screen like the image above shows, I thought that was just a social media link or something. So I went into my account and bound over it with the new game on my original server. Anyone happen to know off the top of their head if that's even recoverable? Thanks for your time.

have you tried closing and restarting the game?
Probably just your connection strength to the update server. I'd suggest trying to restart your device, clearing the game's cache, and if none of that works try using a different network connection if possible to see if that solves it

Okay, you just need to log into Twitter from the title screen. Then after you login w/ Twitter there, you need to choose the correct server (Sandy,Washington,Avrora,etc). Your character stays on the server that it was created on. So try logging into all the servers

As long as you sent it to al.cs@yo-star.com, you're good. Customer support currently has a massive backlog going on right now so they have a starting estimate of 8-12 business days or so (so weekends not included)
