Hello! I would just to inform you that I lost my account. I connected it with my facebook, but it looks like I lost it. To break things down, I'll explain my situation: I deleted the game because it was taking some space (though I regretted that, because now I'm bored, sorry hehe), then I downloaded the game again. When I logged in with my Facebook, and entered the same server as before, I got into the tutorial.
This is the 2nd time it happened to be honest, the 1st time was successful, I was able to log into my account, then again I deleted it (Don't judge me, I deleted and downloaded many games before lol), but this time I wasn't able to log in to my previous account.

If you know you bound to facebook in the settings, you should be able to log-in to your account via the facebook option at the log-in landing page.
If you still start over on a tutorial, try each server to make sure you're on the correct one.
Your UID is a string of numbers that's your account number and is shown in the top of your secretary screen.

2 accounts cannot be bound to the same facebook if theyre on the same server
But in my case, 2 accounts that are both in the Sandy server are bounded in the same facebook

So, I managed to unbind my account from my facebook (I binded it with Yostar), then I restarted the game then logged via facebook, I checked the server list then this happened:
No Characters
logging into an account will always display no characters until you login to the server
and if you unbound the account, that means no account is connected to the bind
I logged into sandy sevrer but, I went to the tutorial, tho I didn't even start it, once I saw the tutorial, I exitted the game
so my game is really slow in trying to login and keep getting network error, but my internet is good for all the other apps

Seems like it might be a network issue from your device. Try restarting your device and/ or your network. And possibly trying a different network if possible

You could check on your social media accounts and check if you see AL under the apps and permissions. If you do, that most likely means that you had it bound to that social media account. But if you're unable to find it, contact customer support via email so that they can help you out w/ recovering the account

Hello! I wanted to ask something, how much time it takes to support answering an email? I stopped playing the game a long ago and I wanted to play again, but I changed my device, so I went to my old device to try to link my account to Twitter, Facebook or yostar so I can transfer it to my new device but when it tries to update it says "Failed to download file:[4]", I tried cleaning cache, reinstalling the apk as an update to not lose my data, etc, but it wont update so I don't know what to do, I have all my account info such as my commander name, level, starred ship and even days since last login because my girlfriend has me added as a friend and I can send all that info :c I'm very sorry for this huge paragraph

Well if resetting and changing your connection didn't work, perhaps try downloading and applying a free VPN and setting it to somewhere like the US just to completely rule out any network fixes. If that doesn't work though, you could perhaps try a file deletion just in case it is some internal file error (but I do doubt that it is). Steps to file deletion are in the pinned google doc in this channel

I tried the vpn and it didn't work, I'm trying the deleting files one and I can't find "version.txt" I found the other 2, I have the option to show the hidden files but I can't find it
Hm....odd. Maybe that's b/c the newest version didn't finish downloading or something, but that's just a guess. Or perhaps that's the reason for the error in the first place, that missing file. 
I was thinking on downloading the game in my new device and copying the version.txt file

Okay. It would've just made it possible to check if the bind on your account is set correctly to be sure. But if you followed all the correct steps and it still puts you in the tutorial, the only thing we can really suggest is to just double check the email as that's a common issue w/ some players using the incorrect email, and perhaps trying all the servers as well just to be sure

The old account was on the "Sandy" server and I checked it, but there was nothing there either. I have only one mail, which is associated with games, etc.

@gritty snow Checking on updates is a network issue, in one way or another, even if your network is working. Try restarting your device and your network if possible. Then maybe trying a different network connection if possible firstly to see if that solves it.

@gritty snow Perhaps try using a free VPN on your connection. B/c for some reason or another, your network is not connecting w/ the update server, hence why you're getting stuck at "Checking for updates"

If not, that's okay as you just need to create a new account, go to the settings menu and bind it, then send that new account's information to support so that they can move the bind over from the new account over to your original one so that you can log back into it

You shouldn't have been able to enter the game w/o the update. It should've kicked out you and then prompted to download the update

@spring grotto still unable to participate in the event, even went as far as logging off/in on both devices, cleaning caches and update sound settings
I did a lot of stuff before logging out and back in to get the update, I completed overnight commissions, finished a cat box, collected coins, ect. So I never assumed I didn't have the update until the en discord told me to update because I couldn't find the event.

Commander recruitment is stuck at phase 20 with no option to continue on to phase 21. Ive completed the kill 500 enemies, but my points are at 500/550 with no way to get any more. Is this intended to be an uncompletable task of getting all 30 rewards or am I just missing something?

There are no other options i can click or select to recruit anyone else's ID number.

I have been playing Azur lane for over a year now and I have used a lot of different internets to play it on, just recently when on mobile data some of the time I get this message.

enabling ADB in bluestacks didn't appear to fix the problem, and neither did disabling it and then trying again

unfortunately, bluestacks doesn't appear to have the necessary settings thing to tap a whole bunch of times
also enabling ADB in bluestacks doesn't make the developer options appear in the emulated phone's settings app

if you cant login to another device (and bind to yostar preferably so you can play on the emu) then you'll have to contact customer support to see how they can help with the client

there isnt, theyre different things so to get a yostar account you'd have to be able to login

I can't be the first person who encountered this issue though... this was a fresh install of the emulator
if you were then I would be asking a lot more questions 
nobody who uses this emulator would be able to implement the suggested fix

How long does it normally take to hear back about account recovery?
Any help on this. Keep getting that error while it is installing, then the loading crashes. Since the install size is 150mb usually, I assume it didn't install fully given the 1.2gb download

kinda. it's used for deleting specific files but it gets you to the same place.
"using a file explorer, navigate to Android > Data > Com.yostaren.azurlane > Files..." if you want just delete the whole "Com.yostaren.azurlane" file.
that should wipe the game entirely from your phone. be sure to clear your cache for the game as well.

Make sure they're using the correct Twitter account if they're sure that they bound it. And do they have the UID from their original account?

Most likely a file error. But firstly, try restarting your device and clearing the game's cache as well as trying a different network if possible. If none of those work though, it's probably a corrupted install which would require a reinstall if your account is bound or a file deletion if it isn't. Steps to file deletion can be found in the pinned google doc in this channel

Did you ever bind your account? If you did, you can log-in with that bound method on the landing page of the app.
If you never bound your account, you can send any valid information about the account you have to customer service.

I just bought the Summer water park theme in the Dorm shop, but it seems it gave me only 1 of "Restricted pool area", "Beach Chair" and "Unrestricted Pool area" instead of all of them. Applying the theme also seems to not place all the items that I did get.
Or am I just dumb and do you get only one of all the items in the theme and need to seperately get the missing pieces?

Ok welp guess I'm jumping ship on this game. Since can't get any help then.
Well support does have a backlog and they were recently out of office for a week due to holiday observation. So they will take some time to reply. We unfortunately can only say that if it takes over 8-12 or so business days to send a follow email to them.
So wait another week then send another email then wait 2 more weeks for a response.
Along those lines, yeah. If you don't receive any response, send another email to support as a response to follow up w/ them and act like a bump for your original one.
If it goes over the estimated business days response time, send them another one regarding your issue
Not trying to be a dick just you guys need to get better or fix the customer service side. Was a fun game but just difficult to get any help. Not gonna pursue this any farther.

on the 'Exam' portion of the training quests, one of them is 'raise a ship to lv.110' I've done that three times and it still hasn't given me credit for completing it.
nor 'get any bb or bc to level 90' which I have 3 BB at level 100+
