I just got 38k points in crosswave and went to claim "700" core data, but it only shows 70 when I got it. I went to the core shop and I indeed only got 70 core data. Help.

Okay. If you bound your original account to FB in the settings menu in game while you were logged into it, just follow these 2 steps to retrieve. You shouldn't be able to. If you try to bind 2 AL accounts to the same social media(in this case, FB) account, you'll get an error. So if you bound a new AL account to that FB account, then that means you either used a different FB account OR you never bound your original account

Did you try those two steps firstly? Log in on the title screen with your FB account and then choose the correct server. Your original account will stay on the server that it was created on (example, if you played on Sandy before, you'll need to choose Sandy instead of Washington)

And you tried logging into ALL the servers? And don't pay attention to the character icon on the server selection screen as that won't show up until you fully log into the server

UID isn't required, just requested if you happen to have it. In game name and server should be good enough to start the process

It's just a bot reply in case you didn't tell them your issue in the first email. So as long as you sent your information in the first email, you're good and just need to wait for their actual reply

Well if it's truly not yours, not much we can do here unfortunately besides email customer support directly w/ your concerns and account information(such as UID, commander lvl, server, in game name). Ideally they should be able to remove the Twitter account but not sure of what they could do for the cause of it personally. And as well just to be safe, perhaps turn on the password protection for your account in the settings menu in game

damn. i'm not sure then. the CS team usually ask for a uid or the username and the server. i'm not sure if they can use anything else to help. @spring grotto do you know if the CS team can use any other info in account recovery?
If they don't have the UID to check bindings via a bot command, recovering an account without a bind requires mailing customer support.

CS needs at least some way to locate the account and one of those two options would be needed

ya he doesn't have his uid and he doesn't remember what server he was on. he has his username and a screenshot of the lobby but he says it's from the old ui design.
Got it. Well if we at least have a username, that's a good start. One thing that could be done is to go to each server, go to the friends list, and search for that username. Especially if it's a pretty unique name as the chances of someone using that name on a different server would be rather low.
And as well if the screenshot is really recent, we could reference the level on it as well

Need a dev to look into the APK files that are uploaded to Google Play compared to their original APK before they uploaded. Apparently Google Play is now removing the x86 libraries which affects the performance of those playing games on the emulator and I was wondering if this is the case for Azur Lane. Assuming you mean for in game chat, most likely just got mass reported for some reason or another (whether it be justified or not). Unfortunately not much anyone here can do for such an issue as that'd require customer support. Although the chances of them being able to even fix the issue before that 24hr limit runs up (they were away for holiday observation in the past week and they also have a huge backlog) is rather low.
Hello I have issue with CrossWave event reward Phase 21 I only received 70 Core-Data from the 700
It's a known bug right now w/ the reward. We're unsure if the bug is that it incorrectly says 700 instead of the correct 70 OR if players were supposed to actually get 700. Staff is away for holiday observation so we're just waiting on confirmation about it right now.

tbh i think it's supposed to be 70. an easy way to tell should be to check your core count to see if it went up by 70 or 700. if it is 70 then it's a simple typo. if it's 700 then it's a bug and CS's email log is gonna get a lot bigger.
but it could also be that the text box for the reward is a typo
on jp it says 700, so I believe its 700, but we will not know till staff is back from holiday

@sinful yoke Yeah, they just got it back a few minutes ago. Turns out they got switched to another server unknowingly after updating and didn't notice. Sent them this picture and it worked.

I'm not going to deny the issues there because i get them every time on my own phone also, i'm only able to purchase with the emulator without getting the same issue you've had.
In regards to the skin, might you consider sending another email (by replying to the first email you sent, so it's in the same string) mentioning that you are unable to purchase this skin, i'd imagine they'd hopefully be able to send you both the skin, and whatever remaining gems are left after that purchase.
Since they're on holiday and unable to respond, i would hope it's possible for them to do this.

Alright, so 90% of the time, Error 5 is caused by having the game saved onto a SD card. Do you happen to have it saved onto one?

Not too sure what you mean, sorry. For your first screenshot, you get that 100213 error because you only have one bind on your account. To get it unbound and not get the error, you have to have at least 2 binds on the account (such as a Twitter or Yostar bind). As for your second screenshot, I'm not sure what it says, sorry

Okay. You need to log into the correct server at that point. Your character stays on the server that it's created on (e.g if you played on Sandy, you need to choose Sandy instead of Washington). And don't pay attention to the character icon on the server selection screen as that won't show up till you fully log into the server

From what i know, missions need to be completed with a 'Partner' in order to go past stage 20 right?
When the event initially started, the box with the written UID could not be edited, the other 3 people i play with noticed the same thing.
The Send button was the only thing we could do, does that mean we requested ourselves to be our own partners, thereby locking ourselves to be the only participants?
I'd doubt it'd be designed that way, but I can't say personally tbh. Not sure how it works 
is there anyway to log out of my current facebook acc or do i need to reinstall so it'll prompt the fb login again

You could try a reinstall, but I'm quite certain that it's a setting w/ FB and not AL. If you'd like to try it as well, attempt to log out of FB on all services (such as your phone's web browser, FB app if you have it downloaded, etc) and then clearing AL's cache to see if that could clear out the default option.

I can't seem to find it I'm pretty sure I bound it to my Facebook account since there wasn't a Gmail option and I don't know my Facebook email password anymore either
So I can't look through that email
I think my username was trianalog but I could be wrong
then youโll have to contact customer support to recover your account, make sure to tell them all details like username and server, and do tell them you cant login to facebook anymore

if you cant remember your username and server, its unlikely they will be able to recover the account

Hello, I recently had to delete the game off my phone due to memory storage but now I downloaded it again and can't recover my account as it was Google+ bound.
How can I recover this?
The game doesn't have bind options for Google+. The game has only ever had options for Twitter, FB, or a bit more recently Yostar binding
But you didn't have it bound to any of those?
Then I may have rememberd it wrong, is there still a way ik recover my old account?

Do you happen to have your UserID from the old account? It's a long string of numbers that would've been found in your profile in game. This is just to double check binds initially
