It's currently a bug #known-bugs we're waiting on staff confirmation if it's an error that it says 700 instead of correctly 70 OR if players were supposed to actually get 700 and just didn't. But staff is away for holiday observation so no word as of yet

As of right now, it can take upwards of 10-12 business days due to massive backlogs. And as well, they're currently away from office due to holiday observation and won't be back into the office until Oct 7th

I accidentally logged using twitter while I had another account unbinded and I can't seem to get that account back, is there anyway to retrieve it. If I remember correctly, I might've bound it to GameCenter ID out of habit, but probably not.
Well the game only binds to Twitter, FB, or Yostar. So there's no bind option for GameCenterID. But do you happen to have the UID for the account that's believed to be lost so we can just double check the binds?
Ah, the UserID. It's a long string of numbers that would've been found in the profile while you were logged into the account

Sure thing. If not, it's no problem, but as you believe it wasn't bound, you'll need to contact customer support via email w/ your lost account information so that they can look into your account and help retrieve it for you

The email that the account is bound to? Well the only email binding is Yostar, and they send you a confirmation email when you bind it that way, so the only real way is to check for that old email unfortunately

Hi, I don’t know if this is a bug or not, but here’s the thing :
Right now, there’s an ongoing Crosswave Event, right? There are 3 difficulties ( Easy, Normal, and Hard ). I used up all 15 daily attempts in hard difficulty, and I also used up all lf my bonus tickets to play more of hard mode. Somehow, I can do 1 additional attempt even when I used up all the challenge tickets and attempts...
There's no bug. The 15 tries (and the tickets tries if you use them) are just a type of "Reward" run where you get better loot drops. You can farm it beyond those tries but your loot is just less (but you still get the same amount of event points)

Example, I have 5 tickets and 15 attempts for hard difficulty today, I played the hard difficulty 30 times. That means the first 20 has better rewards and the other 10 has less reward, but all 30 tries rewards the same Event Points ( 120 points ), correct?

Bind your wrong account to any yostar account using any disposable email then unbind ur said wrong account AND make sure you arent logged in until you get into your proper main.

and yeah, the game won't let you unbind your last binding option on the account so if you wanna unbind the last one, you'll need to place a type of dummy bind on it

Yes, they do. They're daily though. So once you click on them as "notified", they won't appear for the rest of that day until the server reset

Even if you download the app via ways you normally can't you can still use Play Store to make payments for it. (Strictly on Android though, iOS by no means allows this.)

Sure thing. And there's one thing you can do actually to help narrow it down if you'd like. Log onto your FB on their website, and check under apps and permissions, and if you see AL under there, it almost certainly means that that was the FB it was bound to.
And as well when logging in w/ FB on AL, be sure to choose the correct server after logging in as accounts stay on the server that they're created on

Been seeing a lot of people complain about IP restricted 100120 and no one really offering working solutions so I'll just post the IOS fix method.
My fix was:
Settings -> general -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings
This is assuming you're on IOS. Worked for me twice so I'm assuming it should work for anyone on IOS.

I have a problem regarding monthly pass; I bought it on 1st October the amount got credited from my bank but I didnt get the pass so I repeated the same process next day but same thing happened. Twice the amount was debited but didnt receive the pass and the amount wasn't refunded too.

I got responded to by someone telling me to make a new account and send them the info so they can force bind my old account to the new one. I sent them the info. Can I assume when they do the force bind they’ll email me to let me know it went through or should I check my game everyday to see if the force bind went through?
Nah, they should definitely let you know when they've completed the process of moving the bind over to your old account

If you didn't bind it and already emailed, you're good. The only way to recover an account with no binding is to contact support via email. Though they do have a backlog right now and they're out of office for holiday observation till Oct 7th

Hi i completed a mission where the requirements were to get Taihou to level 100 but after reaching level 100 the missions no longer on the list and i didnt collect the rewards?
You probably collected it while pressing "collect all."

I also know i needed the item from the rewards so i checked my depot and the item was not there
Actual tech support might be able to help you further, but I haven't heard of any issues completing secretary quests.
I'm not sure much can be done if you don't have any way of proving you didn't get said items.

A few months ago I sent in a request to have my old account (that I had lost while trying to bind it) bound to a new account. I sent in the information that was requested, but never heard anything back and the old account was never bound to the new one. I sent another email but was responded to by what I assume is a new bot which asked me to elaborate. I sent another email explaining the issue, but the bot sent another email that asked me to elaborate again so I'm not sure if the email will ever actually reach someone.

I actually had a purchasing issue occur about 3 weeks ago, and I've been trying to get into contact with the EN support since. Based on what I'm reading here, is it reasonable to assume they've been on holiday?
I was playing AL on my emulator and then today my windows told me "not enough space on drive left" - I checked and it was actually only 300MB left on the drive. Apparently the Emulator + AL put 13gb of data on the drive 😦 Since it was the wrong drive this was on (the system drive) I copied the complete emulator to the other drive, but after that the emulator didn't work anymore (I deleted the original apk after the dl + install cuz I need that space since I didn't expect this to happen). Is there any chance my few days old account can be recovered as I haven't bound the account yet?

How long does it usually take for them to reply?
Well they're currently away for holiday observation until the 7th of this month. And when tehy get back, they have a massive backlog so it can take upwards of 10-12 business days currently

Some form of network error more than likely coming from the mobile data. You might need to try switching to wi-fi or you could also possibly try putting on a VPN to see if that allows your mobile data to work

It's a known issue that only 70 core data is handed out. We're unsure if the bug is that it incorrectly says 700 instead of the correct 70 OR if players were supposed to actually get 700. Staff is away for holiday observation so we're just waiting on confirmation about it right now.

I feel like the 700 in the thing is a typo. That seems like A LOT. It's the only thing motivating me to keep going on the event
on the other hand the 6k prize was 300 core data so it wouldn't make any sense for the 38k prize to be 70
Hey could continue getting help with retrieving all of my account including everything that was on it, I was just put through a cycle of changing my linked account and couldn't actually get what I needed.
What exactly happened?
Earlier in the year I got glitched and had to delete azur lane I redownloaded it but was not able to access my items but I (I can't remember exactly why) my account was linked so I try to get it linked to log in and couldn't access it so I contacted this discord and you actually gave me the email recover thing which was a big help but I have changed my linked email three times and just gave up cause the automatic response would just tell me to give a new account to link

It told me to remind my account twice, which I did. because I was unable to access my original account which is why I had to delete it once I reinstalled I could not access anything because it gave me an error code so; I came here a few months back got the email to rebind my account to a new email, it then went in and rebound my account but when I tried to log in it would give me an error code and I told it and it rebound my account a third time finally it wanted me to rebind it again because I got the error code again so I gave up

@spring grotto hey toast, I got responded to for the request I put in regarding my lost account 2 days ago and I was advised to create a new account and send them the name, server and uid so they can force bind my old account once they locate it. Don’t mind waiting, but just wanted to set some time expectations.
Does the 8+ business day wait apply after each response or after we get the first response from a person only and our request is handled more quickly after that? And second, I was looking to upgrade my phone and was wondering if I should hold off until they get back to me on if they managed to bind my old account? Thank you.

seems the issue generally has come from changing around how you're connected to the internet
If you're getting "IP restriction" while at work, you might be connected to your work Wi-Fi which AL doesn't like

Try every server just to make sure you're in Sandy. Lots of people forget what server they're actually in.
You can't Kasea unless you don't have your account bound and you then uninstall the app.

Hey I was just binding accounts and my twitter ended up binding with the new account rather than my old one for some reason and locked me out my old one. Is the account just lost now or is there anything I can do?

yea the account I just created ended up binding to the twitter
so when I binded the main account it logged it out and loaded the new accounts stuff up
that only happens if you bind at the title screen

sorry im a little confused, if you bound everything should be fine, but im not sure of all these small details and your intent
- I binded the account with Twitter
- I opened AL on a second device and did the tutorial cause I thought I needed too
- I logged in on twitter with the second device
- It said it binded
- I opened up my original account again and it opened on the second device's account

What if u accidentally bind the wrong email account for the yostar account is there a way to unbind and rebind the email account to another account?
