@charred totem it means one ship in the fleet has been duplicated across another fleet (most likely commissions)
@lean solar do make sure to tell customer support that it crashes when facebook (twitter as well) is tapped so that they can work around it
@sinful yoke it doesn't crash anymore, but when trying to login with Facebook it only lets me enter with a new AL account, also right now I am on my new phone, the old one was the one that crashed

Just be sure to include your old account information, as much as you can get (e.g in game name, server, commander lvl, UID, etc). And clearly let them know that you want to recover the account as it wasn't bound. That should be good

Need some help here. I purchased a gem chest and fail to receive any, then I made another same purchase, the second transaction was successful. I have emailed customer support about requiring refund the first purchase with app store invoice. However, since you guys said most staff are on holiday and it gonna take a while for a response, should I request refund on app store now or wait until costumer service reply me? And can I spend the gem I purchased from second transaction now, because I don't want cause any misunderstanding that I am using "refunded gems"

A friend logged into their account on my phone via facebook and I can't seem to be able to log out of it. When I attempt to log into my account via facebook it directs me to their one. I am also binded with twitter so my account is fine, I'm just wondering if I am able to 'remove' their facebook account from my game

Got an issue here. When I bought the new Tirpitz'skin, I have noticed her new quotes. Yet for some reason, the next day she went back to her default voicelines. Updating the audio data did not help.

you're correct but you've got them mixed up. a UID is what they can use to get the account back no problem. however if you don't have that your username and what server you were on works as a substitute.

You mean check if Azur Lane is linked to any of my social media?
yes. in twitters or fb's settings check the app permissions and if you see AL in one of them then it means your account is bound to it.

Hello, almost a month ago I sent an email about gems I purchased but never recieved. I have an email receipt for them and the money came out of my bank. I recieved an automated reply and responded to the eamil two more times since the 13th and I've still not gotten any help with the matter. I came here and was told to wait beyond the first week, it has now been three weeks for a simple payment dispute.
What are my options? Why is the support team so difficult to reach? It is immensely souring my view of things

Itunes is telling me it cannot issue refunds for Azur Lane, and gives me a massive wall of text that has to do with various legal matters and the region it operates from.

Nah. As long as you bound in the settings menu in game at least once, your progress will be safe
then how do i get my save back
Well for Yostar, try logging in w/ Yostar on the title screen w/ the email that you bound w/. And once you've fully logged in w/ Yostar, make sure you choose the correct server from the server selection screen. AL accounts stay on the server that they're created on(and don't pay attention to the character icon on the server selection screen as that won't show up till you fully log into the server)

And do you happen to have your UID? It's possible you didn't actually bind it but the UID will allow me to check for you

It's your UserID. It's a long string of numbers that would've been found in your profile in game. If you don't have it though, you won't be able to get it as you need to be logged into the account to see it

Its just an automated bot reply. As long as you included your information in the initial email, you're fine to just wait for their actual reply. And as well, they're out of office for holiday right now and they currently have a backlog, so there'll most likely be a longer wait time for a response

Hey @sinful yoke, I just got a message back from the customer service email stating to create a new account and forward them the UID so they can force bind my old account to the new one I created. My question is whether I need to create the new account on another server from a while back, but I’m not sure if they need one on the same server as before. Any ideas?
the server doesnt matter, as long as the new account is bound, they will be able to merge it

Awesome, is there any major difference as to the different servers or is it just a matter of congestion? I heard Avrora was the most filled by EN players. Will I still see lovey discussion about lewd boats in the chat regardless? 
They did ask me to bind the new one first then send it.
some servers are missing specific events from being newer servers
if your account is on say lexington, and you make the new account on avrora, your account is still going to be on lexington

you're old account is and will staw on avrora. they just need you to bind the new account so they can force the bind to your account on avrora.
that way you can log into it again.

hi, just a quick question. I got the 38000 points (for 700 core data) in the event of crosswave but when i collected it and checked the amount in the inventory I only have 706, and i´m sure that i had more than 6 before i collected them from the event. Is it a bug or did i miss something?

also the limit is kinda bugging me.. i cannot add anything more to it because of the limit even though am only placing small stuff. the best so far is the cat dorm because they are simple.
are there any chance of getting more stuff in the dorm like expanding the limit of stuff that one can place?
also how come i cannot zoom in and out when on editing mode? kinda a bother when editing, because i have to save it then zoom in then go edit again for the zoom and out thing.

Accounts stay on the server that they're created on (e.g if you played on Sandy, you need to log into Sandy instead of Washington)
@sinful yoke last question I promise, so once the bind goes through to my old account when I log in to the account I will log on to the server the old account was on before not the other one I picked for the new account that will be replaced correct?

Hello, I need a bit of assistance logging in. I'm getting an IP Restricted 100120 Error before I can even enter the server select on the main screen.
I logged in with no issues earlier today, but the second time I attempted to log in to update classes, commitions, etc I get the error
I tried restarting the game multiple times, and reinstalling it to no avail.
Some form of network error. Try restarting your network or using a different network if possible to see if that fixes it

One thing that may be of note, since reinstalling, now the top left of the picture with Enterprise, Cleveland, and Essex now has a white rectangle on it. I don't recall it being like that before.

Is there a way to bind an account that was previously bound to a twitter account to a different twitter? I've tried unlinking the account through twitter, but when I log into Azur Lane it still says that it's linked to the old twitter and won't let me switch the twitter account that It's linked to.

@pale pagoda Oh, well it has to be unlinked through the app. You can't unlink from the social media site.
And if it's the only bind on your account in the game, that's the reason why you're not able to unbind in the app and rather get an error. To get that fixed though there are two options. The first being to place another bind on the account (such as FB or Yostar) so that the error won't occur anymore. The second being to contact support directly via email so that they can manually unbind it for you
