Try restarting your device and clearing cache firstly just to try those out. If that doesn't work, it's probably corrupted files and will require if you have your account bound or a file deletion if you don't (steps to file deletion are in the pinned Google doc in this channel)

I'm having the same problem as above with the Rally Request. Will I just be stuck at phase 20 and miss out on the rest of the rewards? Cos that's not good times. I've clicked all over the screen and I can't do anything. If I have to send out requests to other commanders or something I'd be happy to but it's not letting me. I've been stuck on this for a couple days now and nothing has changed. Help?
Also I'm confused by the whole Active vs Returning commander thing. You put your own UID in the box right? Because thats what it prompted me to do when i first started this thing.
I'm just hoping i havent somehow locked myself out of the rest of the rewards by using my own UID if that's not what youre supposed to do because the explanation for the rally thing is somewhat confusing

It's a known bug at times that'll randomly happen. A restart should ideally fix it but it will eat tickets

Hi everyone. Is there a way to reduce action delay in azur lane? Pressing nodes takes 1-2 seconds to register and I haven't had this problem last week. My internet speed is perfectly fine with 140 down/11 up. Could there be another issue somewhere?
reduce fps to 30 ? or maybe your phone lack memory ?
there's still the same action delay when i reduce fps to 30, and my phone has more than enough memory

Everything else is working fine, but AL got stuck on the "loading" thing mid-battle when I tried to move, so I restarted and now it says unable to retrieve latest version info and to check my network connection

restarted my phone and it's working, don't know what that was about since it was the only app having issues 
I can't customize my fleet formation in the Crosswave event, and I can't add and remove ships from the fleet. Advice and clear buttons seem the only way to edit my fleet. Is this intentional? I don't encounter this problem when editing fleet in normal formation menu.
Mewofficers are working fine
It's an issue w/ just the event formation screen. Rapid tapping or holding down should ideally let you customize the ship formation

I'm not sure if i'm the only one with this issue but i have difficulty tapping my fleet manager on the crosswave event page's fleet builder (the one where the 6 ship's portraits are in a row) i can select my ship but only when i long press the box. Is this a ui issue?
This is the screen im referring to. I can press the advise button to fill my fleet but i cannot tap on them to change ship
try holding the screen or tapping multiple times, its a known issue that its finicky right now

That's because the medals only counted those that dropped when that was implemented

If you got those two before the medals were implemented then yes they do not count the ones you have already, just the ones that drop after the medals became active

i've been told by mods using macro's are fine. i use one for affinity grinding.

Well that's the old loading frame so for some reason your download is not going properly. Are you downloading over a strong, stable internet connection?
Well as it seems to be an issue when you're downloading the apk, try perhaps something such as clearing the cache firstly. And if that doesn't work, try a file deletion from the pinned Google Doc in this channel. But if neither of those work, I can only think to suggest try to download the apk over a different network connection to see if it's coming from the network side.
Clearing the cache worked since im downloading the update now

Most likely an issue w/ saved account data from the website. Such as, the website still has the saved memory of your social media account voting the previous day or whenever you last voted and keeps it and prevents you from voting. But that's just speculation

Yeah, she bound her old account on a phone. She broke the screen and it's currently being fix. She tried to port her account to another device and she got through the tutorial and bound the new account to her twitter, the only method she used to bind her account. As for her uid, she doesn't remember it

I'd suggest trying to wait a bit longer. But if that doesn't work, you'll have to either restart the app or try switching to a different network but that can be risky in causing a desync w/ the gems

Hey, I kinda need help finding an alternative away to contact Azur Lane Support. When i try to bind my fb account d second time it does say dat its already binded but it only shows partially my uid from my old account.

For the 5s, it's a RAM limitation issue as that device only has 1GB of RAM and AL requires around a minimum of 2GB to run w/o consistent crashing

@lone geyser Well that could be a good couple of things then. Such as your brightness is turned up too much, you have apps open in the background, running data, etc. Those are just some ideas though as it could be a number of things
