You must have entered challenge mode once before they put the LVL 80 restriction on it. As such, to get them out of Challenge Mode, you'll need to either A.) Wait for Challenge Mode to end or email support directly so they can manually remove them

Made a new account to get 500 extra pts in the rally event. Tried logging in back to my main account through my twitter and it binded to my new account instead of going back to my main account meaning I logged in to my new account. I unbinded the twitter bind in my new account and now the game reset me to the prologue even though I picked the correct server.

what kind of borders?
Those borders are just due to your phones aspect ratio. Since the battle screen doesn't fill it in completely, the game will auto fill the rest w/ those borders. And there is no way to turn them off. But it's been suggested in #game-feedback to have an option for that

It doesn't use browsers. It uses the Play Store which you can't fully uninstall afaik

@short path Well if you truly did uninstall it (which I'm still not fully convinced you can do) , there's the issue. AL is only through the App Store or Google Play so your payment will have to be through one of them

I recently changed phones and since then AL has not been showing notifications unless Im in the game.
Anyone experiencing this too or maybe a way to solve it? Because nothing seems wrong with my notifications settings

It's a device issue some people will get. Try restarting your device as well as clearing the cache for AL to see if that'll fix the issue firstly

I've had an account since way before the anniversary, but wasn't actually playing for quite a while until now. I heard there were anniversary mail gifts, but I didn't receive any. Were they only for people who logged in during the event, or did something go wrong here?
I had an account a year or so ago for the EN version of the game but stopped playing after a bit. I re downloaded the game today but can't seem to find my old account anywhere. Tried signing in with twitter, FB, mail, but I got nothing.
@pearl basin There might've been an unstated time limit of when you needed to sign in to receive it. If you wanna play it safe, you can send an email to support just to see if they can offer solid insight

I think I just lost everything. I had an account a couple months ago which I didn't really use and had basically nothing on it so I just uninstalled the game back then. Two weeks ago I installed it again and started grinding like shit. And now to the problem. I had the old account (which I didn't use) linked to my twitter. I wanted to play with my new account (which I didn't link to anything) and accidentally tapped on the twitter icon in the title screen and now I can only access my old account. Does that mean everything I had from those two weeks is gone or is there a way to get it back?
There is a way to get it back. But you didnt bind your new account in the settings menu in game? Do you happen to have the UID from it?
Nope, didn't bind it to anything and sadly can't remember my UID. I know my username but I guess that doesn't help at all.

Came here to report that I got my gems that I ordered has been fixed. I got my gems and I got my Zara skin. This was fixed pretty fast! Thank you people who fixed this at such speed.

Hi everybody, today I lost my account progress on EN Avrora which I had invested money and much time into. I had originally used my twitter to bind my account but I deleted my twitter so unbound it. Today I decided to change the binding to a yo-star account. Instead of doing it through the settings however I accidentally used the main menu login using my email. Now I have 0 progress on any server. I tried using the restoration APK that yo-star released in April however it would always fail to install. I do have my UID if that helps.
What are my options? Contact yo-star, restore my app somehow?

Okay, and you logged in on the title screen w/ your bind options? If so, make sure you're choosing the correct server. Accounts stay on the server that they're created on. So after logging in, fully log into your old server and your character should still be there (don't pay attention to the character icon on the server screen either. That won't show up until you log into the server)
Can you try all the servers if you haven't already?

Well it could always be worth a shot as there are some players that make that simple mistake. But if you're sure it was Avrora, are you using the correct social media account (whether it be FB or Twitter)? Especially if you have multiple accounts for them.

I got in and the got disconnected while buying gems. The first attempt was unsuccessful (in-game message saying cancelled) and the second seemed to be successful as I got the gems but I think I was billed twice. Need to check the next time I log in and then maybe need to request for cancellation of the first. My timing was not great. I feel responsible too.
