did you get the gems? for me i receeived the gems only the bag is missing

If you bought the lucky bag, you wouldn't just get the gems immediately after a purchase
you'd need to go to your in game mail, collect the lucky bag, then you'd get the gems from it

If you were charged twice, please attempt to refund one of them from your respective app store firstly to see if they'll approve it that way. If not, let Azur Lane customer support know that they denied the refund. As for the other Lucky Bag, AL customer support will need to manually get it sent to your account in which you'll need to send an email to them for that. for me it's the 3d skin animation and then going to docks or any other location
@boreal sage Ah, the L2D skin. Yeah, it's a known issue w/ L2D skins (though becoming more consistent it seems) when going through screens too fast. Most of the time it's if the L2D skin is loading and you try to load the docks or something similar. The game can't handle it and crashes instead. You could perhaps try restarting your device and clearing the cache as well as a file repair from the settings menu in to see if it can perhaps detect anything

For the cache, yes. You'll go to your storage, find AL, open it in your storage and you should see an option for clearing the cache

Gotcha. So those are both intentional. The drop itself is random if you'll get one or not, it's all up to chance. And they also changed it with the update so that you don't get the notification when you do get one to drop. #known-bugs will have more info on that part

@thorn karma You'll go to the settings menu and there'll be a logout option. Then from the title screen, you'll see the bind options of "FB, Twitter, or Yostar". You can use those to log into your other account (assuming it's bound)

@thorn karma You'll need to log out of FB on all your apps (such as browser and etc) and possibly also clear their cache (along w/ ALs) so that it gets rid of that preset FB information
@carmine hedge There's no concrete answer as to why it happens, but the most suspected cause is a type of desync when the game even slightly disconnects to the game server.

how do you unbind your account? i mean to log out, and make it so that it's not your acc that's automatically logged back in
The game defaults to the most recent account you've logged in with. So unbinding won't solve the issue. You'll need to log in on the title screen with a new account (whether w/ a bind option or a fresh install)
let's take a recap. you log-in, bind your in-game acc (or not) and when you leave, can you make it so that it starts anew when you click on this screen? without having to manually login with another account? or is there no choice but to re-install the whole thing to do it?
you have to reinstall to log out of an account fully
you can get to another account or a new account from that screen in a couple of ways:
1.) use the bind options on the left hand side. You can log into another account that's bound
2.) After pressing on the screen and logging in to your current account, you can switch the server you're playing on and that'll be just like a new account. Accounts are separated by server so if you've been playing on Sandy all this time, switching to Washington will give you a new account while preserving your data on Sandy
no 2 is completely irrelevant. 1 is the problem i'm addressing. but i guess i have to reinstall after all
just wanna know if you can make it so that you have to enter with the bound accs in the left hand side, even if you wanna login with the most recent acc

Okay, that's the reason you're getting that error then. To solve it, you'd either need to place another bind on the account (such as a FB account or Yostar bind) and that should ideally let you unbind it without any error. The other option would be to contact support via email so that they can manually get it unbound for you
Pretty much. Once an account is bound, the game will do it's best to keep at least one bind on it to ensure account safety
so now if i bind it to yostar then i can unbind the twitter right
Ideally, you should be able to yepp. You might need to restart the game app after you do the Yostar bind though

When I fixed the issue, it said purchase was successful, and took the $29.99 out of my bank (pending, not cleared) but I didn’t receive the bag.

you could also try to get a refund for the second purchase through apple/google play. if that doesn't work however you'll have to wait for CS's response.

I completed A & B of the current event Empyreal Tragicomedy, all three of those maps with 3 stars, but it still says the mission for Trento is "ongoing". Is anyone else having this issue? Game is up to date and I've relogged multiple times.

Well Google won't refund purchases unless you report an issue w/ the purchase which requires some steps. Are you sure you weren't charged for it?

Yeah, that error means it's been purchased but not sent to your AL account yet. Well, if it truly wasn't deducted from any of your accounts, contact support via email and be sure to let them know that you tried purchasing it, were not charged for it, and that you need it cleared from your account

@calm tide Are you sure you're using the correct FB and/or Twitter accounts? There are plenty of cases where players just use the wrong social media account
@wicked saddle Yeah, there have been some cases. But no worries, support can provide the gems for you. Just provide your account information along w/ the purchase receipts and they'll be able to manually get it fixed for you

the title screen is meant for logging in, which becomes more apparent when you finish the tutorial and stuff

no, it will only make a new account if you login there without ever binding a facebook/twitter/yostar
and if you change the server it will restart , but if you go back to your first server, everything will be back as usual

if you know the account is bound then just try each FB account until you find one that gives you your stuff.
another way to find out which one it is is to long into FB account and look in the facebook "settings > apps and websites" and see if AL is listed in any of the 3 categories. if it's not, login to the next and look, repeat until you find one that does have it listed.
