Or the boat that goes with it

The dorm preview was teased with a canal going under the bridge with a boat and is seemingly missing from the set now?
Dunno if it's a bug or was just intended to be released without that particular key feature.
I finished the normal missions A1 to B3 in the Event Empereal Trigocomedy with all 3 stars clear
But the story line for B1 to B3 was not unlock and i couldn’t see the storyline for B1 to B3 im not sure if thats a bug but i can send a photo of proof just in case.
I was informed it wasn't put into the bundle and quickly bought it after realizing you had to make a seperate buy outside the bundle
Which brings me to my new question

Trento problem seens to be fixed. Never touched any normal mode stages but I logged on a few minutes ago and she was available.

Well what happened is, I checked back onto the page, and there was an option to add it to my cart. So I did, but now I'm worried my order wasn't actually placed and I just lost $58

Make sure ya'll are fully closing the app and downloading the hotfix. If you have, try closing the app and waiting 10 or so minutes and then relogging (and as well, make sure you actually have 3* all the maps and simply haven't missed one)

If you're wanting to log into another account, all you need to do is to use your bind option on the title screen (whether that be FB, Twitter, or Yostar), and then choose the correct server as accounts stay on the server that they're created on

Why are you not able to use the Yostar? If you had your account bound to Yostar, you just need to put in the email, press "Generate", check your email and get the code from it, and put it into the "verification code" box
As for the FB, that's b/c you've used FB before on that device. You'll need to fully log out of FB on all apps (such as your browser and etc) and perhaps clear the cache on them to get rid of the login data

@proper marlin No, it's not. Your Fleet 1 is not being counted b/c you didn't fill any hull types in it. You need to fill at least 1 hull type in the vanguard and main fleet for it to be counted

Gotcha. That's the reason for the issue. The title screen is only from retrieving bound accounts, not binding. So you had it bound to Twitter though you said?

Okay, log in w/ Twitter on the title screen then. And be sure to choose the correct server as accounts will stay on the server that they're created on (and don't pay attention to the character icon on the server selection screen as that won't show up until you fully log into the server)

Question how do I recover my account that was binded to yostar I got a new phone the other day and my a new account and it was binded to yostar aswell but I want to recover my previous because of course it was farther in the game
you just need to follow these two steps. And be sure to pay close attention to Step 5. And be sure to use the same email that you original account was bound to
Yes. As long as you had your old account bound to Yostar, just follow those steps and you'll be able to log back into it

You cant bind two AL accounts to one social media/email. You'll get an error. But if you weren't able to log into it that way, reply with your old accounts information (as much as possible of the list they mentioned) and theyll look into it for you

Hello Azur Lane support. Seems Sandy server done rollback to my account. I have cleared ch 6 and unlock fleet 3.
Also some of my ships are dissapeared, notable ships which gone are Warspite, Lexinton, and Zara. Three of them just recently I got.

Went through the normal steps of trying again but not following through with the purchase on two difference devices, to no avail, and contacted support. Somehow the problem solved itself on its own... And staff has now gotten back to me two days later, giving me... Another thirty days of trade license. I've responded to the email, noting the erroneous addition of the second trade license, what should I expect?
as long as you tell them the item was very delayed and they gave you another license by accident, they will revoke the extra license once they get to the email you responded to

afaik the licenses don't stack. it just reset the 30 days. also it might not have been fixed "on it's own". it could have been the CS team giving it to you and the email was just delayed.

Notification issues tend to be a desync issue but you could try restarting your device and as well as double checking notification permissions. As for the patch notes, they were just posted a little early in game, that's all. Not too much to do about it now though as staff aren't in office

In theory you should contact support via email (I don't know what the info you need is, I forgot) and they should be able to get it to you. But it's kinda slow, and when I did it... The items showed up on their own and then support added it again.

I think I lost a free unit. Before the maintenance started, I got a notice that I got a new unit, then maintenance hit in and I now can't find the unit I supposed to have gotten on reset time.

Hm...I'd say just one as to not cause confusion to staff and avoid any possible errors. But if you do, be sure to clearly state that you already got one of them and are just missing the other as there have been some cases where people who get extra gems and then you'll need to get those extracted from your account
