No, it's still possible. If you believe you bound it, try checking your social media accounts app permissions to see if you see Azur Lane under it. If you do, it most likely means you bound. Well if you bought it then, then it's a Gen 1 as the Gen 2 wasn't released until 2014

Well if it's a Gen 1, the issue is due to RAM limitations. The Gen 1 only has 1GB of RAM and AL requires at least 2GB or more to run without consistent crashes. And unfortunately there really is no fix for it besides upgrading or using another device (such as a spare phone or PC emulator)

Is some player here having the issue where the Dorm Set is missing from thr Dorm Shop?
Has anyone ever run into this issue that I have? I had my phone reset but I was able to download AL again but it had the cloud symbol on the AppStore. I log into my account and joined the same server I was on; I used the Yostar account on the main screen to bind my account but my level was reset to 1, back to chapter 1, and all my ships are gone except I have Laffey and Amazon.
Is there a way to reverse this so that I can get all my progress back?

To retrieve your account, you need to log in w/ FB on the title screen
Then AFTER you log in w/ Facebook, you need to choose the server that you previously played on as accounts stay on the server that they're created on

I have the same error "Failed to update [5]". I am trying now to reinstall the game, but now I have a different problem. Playstore is downloading the APK up to 95% and then switches to "Waiting for WLAN". Funny fact is that i can play a music stream at the same time without any problems or dropuots.
Tried this now 5 or six times and on my Tablets the game is running without problems
Btw are there any azur lane stability issues for iOS 13?
Cuz some of my apps recommended not to update to iOS 13 because they were facing stability issues
Haven't heard anything bad about the upgrade for AL but doesn't necessarily guarantee it's fine

@frozen ravine There is definitely a confirmation screen for those so most likely you just clicked too fast through it if you think you didn't get one. As there is a screen for it, I'm quite sure support won't refund it. You could try emailing them but it's doubtful

Hey, so I cleared app data and tried logging in with my Twitter account bc it kept crashing. However, it asked me to authenticate again so I did and then the tutorial came up. I think it overwrote my account that was bounded to my Twitter...somehow.
Any advice? I'm trying to install on an emulator to see if it really did overwrite my old account that was bounded to my Twitter. I'm hoping that this new tutorial account isn't tied to my Twitter now instead of my old one

Also worth mentioning to others using the Find function here...but if you're having problems with the Twitter button constantly crashing when trying to login with it, I just reinstalled the game and it worked. So try that (as painful as it is) and remember to choose the right server

Well B/D is having issues of not unlocking certain story parts too apparently. I mean that might be why it isn't working on the hard maps, but it's just a wild guess for now

Those are both a connection issue 99% of the time. If it's really consistent, try restarting your device and/or network as well as trying a different network connection if possible
Ah dammit. Tried all those. I'm really not looking forward to installing this on PC. The network connection can't be an issue because nothing else disconnects, just this game.

Shouldn't Trento unlock after 3-starring C1 to D3?
I have all the levels at 3 starts and it is still marked as 'ongoing'
There is currently a bug w/ the D maps not counting. If you wanna go for her right now, B maps should ideally count for it. But aside from that, the only option is to wait for it to be fixed
Got a question about the current Event memories. I completed and 3 starred B2/B3, but the memories never played/are locked in the Archive. Has this already been reported by others?

Nah. Hotfixes are released internal on the server and don't require an apk update so you won't have to worry about such constant updating from QooApp. Full apk updates are actually quite rare for AL

Just as a random question, is there a potential reason to not get the Nightly Commissions, some sort of conditions that have to be met? My understanding is that they always show up at the same time every night (8pm PDT/11pm EST) because they're synched to the Server. But for me, they only show up twice a week at best, regardless of if I sign into the game just before then, just after, or have been playing all day. They still don't appear after doing a restart on either emulator or mobile.
So to that extent, is there a reason why I might not get them, or is this something I should email customer service/support about to try and get resolved? I'm bringing this up today because it happened again tonight and I have a screenshot to support this. I understand they're out for the time being because of the holiday.

afaik it's random when it happens. you could be online or off and for some reason miss the night commissions. also afaik there's no known cause for missing them nor is there a fix for this. if you miss them then you've missed them for the whole night and have to wait until the next night to see if you got them.

It would be much easier for them to recover if you did.
Is there a reason why the B1/2/3 start cutscenes aren't being recorded in the Memento/Memories files in-game?
Cutscenes #14/17/19 are completely locked despite having progressed futher and unlocked other cutscenes since then.

Ah, that's good to know it's just a bug and I appreciate your quick response in the matter. This particular event has me completely captivated with its story and was insuring the cutscenes were being properly catalogged from my end. If it's just a bug, I'm sure it'll be plugged in sooner or later.

So I haven't played the game for a few months, and tried to relaunch the game today, only to get sent through the prologue. I closed it and tried to log in through facebook, which i connected with my account, only for it to send me to the prologue again, and treat me like a new player.
make sure you choosing the right server. the game defaults to the newest one upon install.

You can't unbind a banned twitter or facebook account, you'll have to email support and ask them to remove it instead

Okay, make sure you choose the correct server then after logging in. Accounts stay on the server that they're created on. And as well, don't pay attention to the character icon on the server selection screen as that icon won't show up till you fully log into the server
That icon is client side, not server side. It won't show up until you fully log into the server on your device

There are some players that state that doing B w/ either A or C will work. But that's just hearsay as I personally haven't tried it

Im having an odd problem. I have a new phone, and my old one still works on wi-fi, So I havn't 'lost' my account or progress. But even though the account is linked to my facebook and twitter, when I try logging in on the new phone, it starts me from the tutorial and does not load my original account.

So I have a question, I got all the memories for the event except 14, 17, and 19. I've completed all of the hard mode stages to 3 stars. It says the requirement to get them is to begin b1 or d1, b2 or d2, b3 or d3 respectively, and of course I've done so. What's going on?

maybe it isn't much of an issue, but the sprites in map doesn't match with the elite you face off.

it will always do that, it cant assume what server you are on
